The Cafe food was HORRIBLE! Flavorless shrimp, cold prime rib, dry potatoes. The staff was pleasant. Not a great selection of food and definitely not for the price of 21.99 that we would have had to pay if we didn't have a free coupon. We do """NOT""" recommend this place. Go to the Atlantis. It cost less and taste way better. I would give this a "No Star" rating if I could.

Seriously fun place to go ahead and sit down and play a couple of machines good Buffet and the price is right I like this place just because of the Ambiance it's not a over ritzy and your is winning that I actually comes on to the people not to the casino and they always have Raffles going on almost every day of the week

I would like to just point out, a purse is a bag as well, so therefore seems like some discrimination is being implemented. Curious as to why it is just, "Backpacks and Bags", because everything you can carry in such items described I am pretty sure you can carry in a "Purse".

I like this casino, slots are payable most days. But ever since this covid stuff started and rail city re opened, they don't allow back packs, and I just happen to be a person whom doesn't trust the people I live with so I carry things of value, or that mean something to me.. not giving more then two stars.

I went with my dad to have dinner, at the ale house, has very good oven baked pizza and the rack of ribs is delicious, friendly service and good food.

Very bad experience, I always lose in 15 years. I never earned them a dollar. I think it's time to retire.

I won some money today and that makes me feel good.

I sat at the bar and played $10.00 . I wanted to purchase a draft beer , the bartender didn't even acknowledge me I played for a out 10 or 15 minutes, then left .

A place to park my behind and practice how to play Keno penny machine. Anywho, I feel relaxed after my long walks and have a nice cold beer. lol

Made me get a players card to cash my check, good thing is i got a free buffet, $5 food comp and free tacos. I think thats a win.

They still have some of the older games that I love to plsy

The place has been there since I was was kid so it shows a little age, otherwise it's a good little locals place! I prefer going early as it can det a little sketchy the later it gets!

Have not stayed in Reno yet but my Vegas Says are always fantastic

Wish they would expand to Wendover Nevada as the other hotels there are awful esp the food
Maybe they can take over the Red Garter or Nugget and bring back the bus program that used to go directly to the Red Garter

Kiosk are very slow, cocktail servers, not all, rush past saying "drinks ? " not allowing the customer to even think about a choice and if lucky enough to order one it takes way to long to get it. The cafe night shift is on point, they greet very well, ask about yoir night and then take your order which is always served the way we like it and quick. Every employee at the players desk day and night have always been fun to encounter. We especially enjiy the night shift guy in the red jacket, that dude is super cool and doesnt let an issue he had to deal with prior affect how he treats the next person. All in all we dont mind going to Rail City but it has not been our first choice lately. I will change my rating to a 4 because there are employees there who make up for those who like bad days plus its gives room for improvement. We do recommend going there, food is amazing in the Ale House, buffet is worth every penny. Check it out and see for yourself. They have some loose machines around in there too.

No frills, neighborhood casino with great deals on beer if you bet at the WH sportsbook and $3.99 Gambler's Special breakfast for card holders. Pizza joint and good value buffet as well.

Free buffet was excellent, got it just for signing up for a player's card!

They have 2 good restaurants but nothing cozy if the whole place is not very cozy so I give it 3 stars.

Comfortable small casino with great games, pretty loose as well. A little dirty but who cares the staff is nice and the food is pretty good too. The buffet kinda sucks though.

There guys there that walk around. An. Try looking for people to b the next victom. Steal money from them.

I wish I could remember the name of the restaurant that's in there but their BBQ pulled pork sandwich is absolutely amazing with the waffle fries holy cow thanks for doing such a good job!!!!

Great food selection, best sweet potato fries I've ever had.

Very smokey in casino. Went for breakfast. We showed our club card for the special 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, 2 bacon and sausage for 3.99 while ordering and waitress still charged us the regular price 7.99. Food was alright.

Got hassled by security which normally isnt a problem I get asked for I'd explain I lost it and then I'll go about my day but this time I had to use the restroom before I left and security followed me for about 2 to 3 minutes then asked for I'd again at that time I got irratated and said I'd prefer you not follow me to the bathroom and went to my car the security guard then stood at the doors staring at me

Used to be one of my favorite places to go play but of late the comps of gone way downhill and play as gotten a lot tighter.

One of my favorite casinos. A great place to go day or night. Good selection of slots and they staff are all friendly and remember regular customers.

I stopped in there at midnight to play before I got inside the door I was asked if I had a truck and trailer and I said yes I never disconnect unless I have too and at that time I was told I couldn't park in the parking lot and there is no other place to park so no matter how expense the items that you own are; you have to walk and leave your property behind if you have a trailer behind your vehicle

Great casino and a great time with your family and a good buffet

Use to eat here a lot in their diner. But now only has buffet style dinning and nothing else. And the other restaurant is horrible
