Run down blue collar casino. A dump 30 years ago, a dump today. The coffee shop is not worth visiting. I just dislike waitstaff that zips by, tops off your coffee without asking you, and drips coffee all over your table. Low class. Yep, in every way.

Decent drink deals, a couple pretty good restaurants, but the casino staff could be a little nicer

I had a nice relaxing time at Rail City. The staff was very friendly and the gaming was fun and exciting. I will definitely return for more fun.

Last night the ribs were very good should be tried out

What can I say. It's a Casino. Feeling lucky, well then you could give it a try. Rail City is conveniently located right off the freeway. Get yourself a players card and you get a free banquet meal on the house. Nice place to sip on a brew while you take in a sporting event. So if you don't mind the slot machine noise and cigarette smoke then your there. (Chuckle)

Worst food/coffee on the planet, for the worst prices in town. They charge way too much for their garbage food, if you even dare to eat there in the first place. Low customer service, mostly drug addicts & elderly who work in there. They seemingly only hire meth heads & old people for jobs. This place should be condemned.

The BEST brisket sandwich I have ever had. So good I went back the same day for another one!

Purchased some barbecue before it wasn't that bad 2nd time it was old meat. don't order to go.

The BEST CASINO IN TOWN!! The cocktail waitresses are nice, friendly, respectful, and professional. City cafe cooks name Ivory and Bill are the BEST cooks in the business. Their cooking is number one!! The management staff, security, players club hosts, and all the other employees at Rail City Casino are number one. I enjoy going there and will continue to do so because it is the friendliest place in town!!

Nothing special about this place. Looks like a dive casino. The cocktail waitresses are slow. I was playing for 2 hours and they only came by once. This place is also hardly packed so I'm not sure why it took so long to get any service. The buffet was okay. Nothing to brag about. They had New York and Prime Rib steak. I believe the buffet was $18. I ate 6 pieces of steak because when I go to a buffet I make sure to get my money's worth. Not priced badly but they don't have a big selection. Our waitress was friendly. The girl at the cash register had a long day and forgot to give me my DL back so I had to ask for it as she thought she had given it to me.

It's a decent place, good atmosphere and mainly locals.

Enjoyed my visit. Even though the pandemic is playing a part on hours etc. Is still enjoyabke

Management changes their players club comps, on a weekly basis. My understanding is people from Vegas are running the show. The restaurants have changed their menus around so many times and they seem to be running them on a shoestring. They used to cater to the locals and now the place is like a cemetery. Could say a lot more about it but it's not worth my time. Why don't you pack it in Railcity?

Been here forEVER, changed owners a couple times, but the buffet is still great, great coffee and bacon, and omelets made to order!

The cafe has good food for a good price but the entire casino is so thick in Smoke you can hardly breathe

It's kind of ghetto, but they have lots of machines that are popular, cocktail waitresses don't come around much.

Lots of slots. Very smokey. Low priced buffet that is adequate.

Very fun and friendly people. You have a chance to win a little bit of money when playing slots. I haven't played black jack yet but can't wait. No free play but if you loose 20 dollars or more they will send you free play or credit. The buffet ain't to bad. Staff was very friendly and good coffee.

Pays well on most machines and if weird people stay away.. Lol

We've been cashing our pay check there for ten maybe fifteen and they said they couldn't cash it it was to large and were very rude won't be back

There some people here that are genuine, i tried their promotion with an outting of my family and friends but they held me up as i was getting my membership to eat the buffet and tried to kick me and my family out. The sad part was the buffet wasnt worth it at the end.

What we found he was very friendly helpful employees here we're going to go above and beyond. The food at the buffet is pretty good especially for the price, but they refuse to seat us it was three minutes to 2 and Buffet didn't open till 2 I found that a little odd but oh well not a bad place. If you sign up for your rewards card to get a free buffet enjoy

I think the slots are too tight. I have never won there.

Food has dropped off machines have dropped off management has taken this little Casino down where two years ago it was one of the better places to have fun and was well priced

We traveled all the way out to Rail city because of a sign on I 80 advertising Buffet 5.55. Get there find the buffet.. it's only on one day a week you have to be one of their top of the line club members to get that.Staff Was rude.. Was not very happy was misled by a sign on the highway.. That sign shouldn't be there this was false advertisement to get people to come all the way out there. Will never ever go there again and they don't care.Staff was rude.the buffet was $30. Sea food

Awesome and fun place to have a good night with friends or couple, they have a lot of machine games, tables about everything nice and clean restrooms, and really good restaurants and buffets, I really like this place

Bad air circulation, I don't smoke and nicotine makes me sick, any other casino I've been to has not made me feel that way and I don't hang out a lot...

Typical locals casino. Ale House restaurant has some pretty good food though. Also the bartenders and waitresses are very nice

The staff here is always very friendly! The building is old and it's not too big so when you enter you immediately smell stale cigarettes and old ashtrays. I'm not sure what kind of ventilation system they have but the air quality is horrible. The machines don't pay very well ever and the food is just so so.

They had a buffet so I had dinner with a friend &did a little bit of gambling.a very nice evening.I always have a nice time when I am at Rail City.Nice people & Nice place.

Not a large casino. No rooms available, as for staff, most seems friendly for the most part

I played Black Jack at the tables and I had terrible luck but the dealers were very nice and fun to talk with. Overall the atmosphere was good. It was not very crowded either.

I typically don't like giving up my favorite hidden gems this restaurant does not get the credit it deserves. I have NEVER had anything less than a great meal and exceptional service. And yes, I am a chef with very high standards.
