Rail City would be a great Casino if their security wasn't such D bags

I win sometimes and they have a special Dragon game I love

Foods not the best for the price, but waitresses are good, do the best they can. And plan on gambling to be a short visit.

If you like gross, this is the place for you. I m giving 2 stars just because I feel bad.

Good, fried, bar food. We had the onion rings, tortilla soup, chicken tenders and fries. The fries were actually underwhelming (not too hot or crispy), but everything else was good. The chicken was cut thin, which I liked actually.

Service was good, so no complaints there.

Staff are always very nice! Good variety of slots!

Lost my butt but had a good time, parking was great and the band was the best!

We were looking for a place to get something to eat, and noticed their sign near I 80. It advertised a cheeseburger, fries and pepsi in a cup you get to keep for $6.50. We went to the restaurant, and the waiter told us when we asked that one had to go to the cafe to get that deal. The price in the restaurant was $7.99. We walked around to the cafe, mind you this is in one building. The sign at the care said in order to get the deal, you had to have a players card. The sign said nothing about that. The waiter didn't offer to provide that info either. I would call that false advertising, and poor staff behavior.

I always eat the buffet and the food is always great, especially the prime rib. Staff is awesome, chefs are awesome. Great prices and love the atmosphere. Rail city buffet is a must stop if you're visiting reno. You guys rock.

A bit crowded. Machines were clean and I didn't see any that didn't work. Friendly employees.

Fun place. Their restaurants are very good. The Buffet is better then the bigger casinos downtown.

I go here for the fish and chips. They are always very good. They have a few different kinds of fries, I like the beer battered the best. The menu has shrunk quite a bit from earlier days, I am sorry to say. The servers are great, always treat us well. You can't beat the price! I will eat there again.

Probably the best of little casino in town, they give a lot of free play and have strong drawing; but no hotel rooms!

They now seem to think that there a higher class Casino they don't really care anymore to what they considered lower-class slot players with any promotions they've taken them all away I've been going in this place for 10 years I will not be returning

Use to be a fun place to gamble till they changed all the machines

Very clean n social distance. Food was great at their coffee shop very friendly. The wings n pizza where very delicious n the waitress very friendly.. great job rail city.

This place has done lots of upgrades and for the better still have yet to win anything ever here but they have made great improvement with thier staff and appearance.

For a small casino it's huge on the inside. I recently moved to the Reno area and I live and work close to Rail City Casino I will be back lol. I play slots and I'll tell you what if you can't find a machine that you like or want to play or even your favorite machine in here then you must have a problem ha haa . It's all here Baby !!!

Good casino for travelers and locals. Food reasonable priced. The breakfast is excellent in Cafe. Service for food and beers from the bar was very good. Place has older style machines with some newer machines available. Will be back.

Place is pretty cool, a little tacky...didn't get asked for a drink though, its not like they were Hella busy.

Security are uptight little dueche bags who are quick to profile people and have something to prove

Had ate in the ale house was very good I had fish and chips and a house salad my husband had the ribs and we ordered a side of onion rings. Jose was our waiter and he is so good at his job.

A trip down the strip, a carnival of lights a year-round Christmassy feel just what you feel as a kid! Not far my mind sees food, music,laughfter while on the bus. Nexst before you even realize you got off . Your at the counter ordering. Yum!!! That all I can confess fries , big spin tasting burger no room to talk. Playing card woukd'nt work game techs very rude unhelpful,i played 60 dollars 15 minutes not even once did i win anymoney not even 1dollar pretty sad considering new year just started Rail City use to b a platation slave owner it is still take take take giving back reperations to Society is not even an option for this ruthless casino business

Bit in a sketchy area but great food restaurant's in the casino! Certain days slots can be loose or not loose but its fun playing!

Rail city was one of the first when I moved here,loved it then & still do its homey.

Nice place to play but the food is usually terrible.

We love the buffet and gambling here. They have a lot of the older machines we can't find at other casino's. The food is always good and very reasonably priced.

Older, small casino, probably better for locals than out of towners

I loved it here food was not bad the cheese was really watered down made me very sick however the rest of the food was awesome service was amazing the price for the buffet was very fair the manager was nice I'm actually going to come here a lot its a lot better than the buffet over there at the Nugget and it cost a lot cheaper to

My wife likes to play there because the workers greet you with open arms and a smile every time she's there

March he's broken and none ever read any reward cards to earn points however the buffet is great

Doesn't pay out often the slots and tables are too tight

It's one of my very first experiences in Reno and was made welcome. The local people look at you like your committing a crime and their report is going to get you emediately do to the great discriotion.

Love the Ale House. Great food and prices. Casino is smokier than most, but it's a nice locals joint. Does not have a hotel attached.
