I stayed in raffles for 2 days with my family we enjoyed the stay it was like our second home the staffs were welcoming we enjoyed the food and also i loved the butler service, hope to be back soon.Everyone is so attentive to me and my family when we are there.

First let's talk about the place..the hotel is located in a really calm and quiet area but not too far from the town..!then it's really important for me to emphasise that the interior was extremely clean.At the end...all the people there are really friendly and every day with a big smile for anyone.Let's hope that i will see you again!!

5 years in Dubai and this is the first time I m visiting the mall and hotel. Neat decor. Have an Egyptian themed experience. Front office was welcoming and smiling. Attended a conference at the ball, couldn t read anything on screen. Food was good , but could have been better.

Was checking out wedding venues for my brother, Mrs. Olexandra was extremely professional and did a great job although we couldnt agree on the prices.

When we checked into your hotel on the early hours of Saturday 22nd February, we were overwhelmed by the opulence of the hotel. We have never stayed anywhere like this and at first wondered if we would fit in. From the moment we were met to the moment we left, your wonderful staff made us feel like royalty. They could not have done more for us or made us feel more welcome.
From the breakfast staff to the pool staff, the concierge to the housekeepers, everyone made us feel special. We have had some challenging times and our holiday with you was everything we hoped it would be and more. Nothing was too much trouble and was done with a smile. It was an amazing experience and a once in a lifetime experience. Please pass on our gratitude to everyone who gave us such a memorable experience.

The hotel is perfect!Nice view to Burj Khalifa tower ,pool area is big and has 2 types of jacuzzi.Delicious breakfasts which u just can not miss in the morning (waffles are must try). room service is fast (house keeping by Giri). All the staff is polite and attentive to guests. Thank you for our unforgettable staying!

Solo the Italian restaurant on the 3rd floor is very good offering very tasteful italian dishes with satisfying variety of wines again from Italy.
Cannot say that was expensive.
