Azur Restaurant is a very pleasant place to have great service, food and quality. Is one of our favourite restaurants for lunch and breakfast.

this fantastic hotel. Staff are outstanding nothing is too much for them . I have enjoyed my stay and I definitely recommend Raffles Dubai I cant wait to go back again

The stay at the Raffles Hotel was very pleasant. The service on the executive floor was excellent we were very well looked after by Alex. At breakfast there was absolutely nothing to complain about.

It is a luxurious hotel. Rooms are spacious. Well equipped. The bathroom is amazing. I liked it.

Compare to other 5 star hotels the price of this hotel is way expensive BUT you will know the difference once you experience it.

The hotel in Dubai is made in the style of a huge Egyptian pyramid of glass and concrete with rooms that have balconies, which is quite relevant in Dubai. Almost everywhere, air conditioners work to create the effect of one of the coldest countries in the world. air conditioning everywhere; on the plane, airport, cars, hotels, restaurants and even at bus stops))))

Elegant and classy, conveniently located for the airport and downtown Dubai. Adjacent to Wafi city with shopping mall and souk. Spacious and well appointed rooms. Afternoon tea is a must! Served by the lovely crew of Sofia, Sidd, Windy and others. Swimming pool has a relaxing atmosphere even though it's a city hotel. We kept extending our stay and truly enjoyed it!

The place is very cool, clean and the service is excellent. I thank the reception employee Sakina for the good treatment and speed of delivery

Service was excellent. Our Butler Noor was attentive and left nothing to be done. I can not say enough about how excellent this hotel is. If I am ever in Dubai again this will be my choice. I've stayed at other hotels in Dubai and Raffles is in a league of its own.

ALLERGIES/DIETARY REQUIREMENTS BEWARE!!!!

We visit Dubai every 6 months and always stay at the Grosvenor House (incredible hotel, worth checking out) for NYE we decided to try something new and visited Raffles Dubai for 5 days, what a mistake we made!

I have been vegetarian for 26 years, this is due to my body unable to process meat and I would get incredibly ill.

Within a 24 hour period Raffles accidentally served me meat twice within my vegetable dishes, even after I carefully discussed with the staff what were in the dishes I was told they were vegetarian. Once biting into them I quickly realised that they were actually meat.

This happened in the morning at the main breakfast restaurant and again in the evening at the club lounge (this is supposed to be a premium facility)

As I m sure you can imagine I was incredibly upset, not only am I allergic but it also goes against all of my beliefs and to happen twice is just pure negligence. The management immediately knew they had utterly messed up and admitted fault, but their way of resolving the issue was to offer a room upgrade for our remaining 2 nights which we obviously declined, they didn t understand the severity of the situation and just wanted to palm us off with a room a few ft bigger and a plate of chocolate in our room. It would take management hours and hours just to come back to us, consuming so much of our holiday.

I immediately wanted to pack my bags and leave but they refused to release the hold they had put on our credit card so we were completely trapped there- I kept asking to speak to Ayman the Managing Director but I was repeatedly being told he was unavailable.

I then spent the remaining two days on the toilet, incredibly poorly. A holiday completely ruined and has left us so so upset and angry, not only by the incidents themselves but also how management dealt with the situation- I recommend undergoing resolution training. They should feel incredibly lucky that it wasn t a nut allergy or similar as this can actually cause death and they would then be looking at a much much more serious legal case. I did not eat anything else at Raffles for the rest of the holiday as I just didn t trust what they were putting in the food nor the hygiene levels of cleaning hands between meat and vegetable dishes.

We vow to never return to this hotel or any other in the raffles chain, and I hope this warns other vegetarian, vegans, people with allergies to steer well clear, it certainly isn t worth taking the risk when it comes to life or death!!!

Step up your game Raffles and understand that allergies and dietary requirements are extremely important, and that there needs to be immediate attention from senior management and head office as to why you are not taking it seriously.

Very elegant hotel very friendly staff highly recommend specially for couple the only thing that I did not like it that when I throw the shampoo after I finish it the housekeeper toke it from the garbage and but it back again in the shower with the little amount in it I hope the hotel will take care of those things

There's so much I have to say about this hotel. The staff are magnificent. Like (Uncle/Aunty) William, Queenie, Kris, Isa and soany more. There breakfast has an extremely wide variety of Food from the classic egg and toast to fact omelets. From a plain glazed donut to the most delicious rice pudding that I'm super addicted to. And don't forget about the cereal and fruit section and then there's a drink station with juices and water. Theres two chefs I k iw one of them is named Vinod but I don't know the other ones name but both are equally excellent. They make the most exquisite chovltae chip cookies they're absolutely delicious and definitely put a smile on my face when I eat them. I traveled to over 39 countries and I can say without a doubt Raffles has the best breakfast ever. There are may different categories of rooms like the Junior Suite to the Suite and the views are just amazing. Then there's a spa as well as a gym and pool all on the 3rd or 4th floor. I've never been to the spa since I'm 12 but my parents say it's very relaxing. The gym has the most fascinating machines. There are 3 pools a small rectangular pool which is like a baby pool kind of that's the (cold pool) then there's a hot tub and then there's my personal favorite the heated pool. Then at around 2pm to 4pm they have Afternoon Tea where they have tea platters with some scones, cake, sandwiches/wraps and some sort of other dessert in a bowl. My personal favorite is the scones but that's just an opinion. Then from 6pm to 8pm I think is canopies where they just have light snacks but of course you could fill your self up with canopies of youre like my family. Because they get full very easily. One of The best things about Raffles is that if it's your birthday they'llake you a really delicious cake if you tell them in advance. Yes Raffles is very expensive but it's all worth it because od the kind staff, amazing meals and the many benefits it has to offer. And that's why I like to call Raffles my second home.

Very much different styles in decorations, amazing. Easy to access by a car or a taxi. I was just having a short meeting, and l got a special parking spot for my Jaguar.

Nice hotel staff, nice view of the room .The building has a gym, a pool, a spa, a jacouzi ect ... The food is good you have the choice between an Asian restaurant, Italian and a self service with everything.I recommend this quiet and pleasant place.

Love their high tea menu! Such a lovely place and the staff is super helpful and pleasant to deal with no matter what you ask them. We needed special vegan, low sodium, gluten free meals for our ladies hi tea party and we booked the wrong date....but the staff accommodated us all with all our dietary requirements to make it a pleasant experience. Kudos to Raffles team!

We had the breakfast brunch at Raffles, Dubai, which was excellent. Each table covers foods from different countries, ranging from a full English breakfast, to foods from all over the world, including fruits, cereals, cooked foods, amazing bread table, it really is worth the experience and especially if you have time for a leisurely breakfast. Delicious coffees available.

Great choice of restaurants and a fine ambiance makes this a must visit. Conveniently connected to the wafi mall, it is a great stop after a long day of shopping, too. Make sure to check out the Italian restaurant, as it was named the best Italian in Dubai many times by timeout.

This is a 5 star plus, kids friendly, amazing hotel. The service is top notch, and luxury at every steps. The decor is mesmerizing and very elaborate just on the right side of everyone's taste. The rooms are huge with an office section, living room section, a walk in wardrobe and a balcony. They offered little arabic snacks and kept the fresh fruits fir guests. They have own floor butler which is an excellent idea too. Magnificent pool. Huge business center, awesome presidential suites, crossroads bar.... list will be continued. Anyone's expectations regarding one lavish hotel will start again here. Prices are too high but certainly matches the offerings. Strongly recommend for family stay with relatives, friends and kids.

I highly recommend a visit to TOMO Japanese restaurant. Quite simply a real delight.
With a great view to watch the sunset.

Outstanding hotel with the best service. The most attentive, caring and genuine staff. From the doorman to the manager, everyone was wonderful. The room had an exceptional, unique layout with balcony. The lounge service was over the top, they even made a cake for our anniversary. The lobby design is spectacular. You must stay here.

Although it's not new but it feels new.. One of my favorite places to stay in Dubai..

Good and quiet this five star hotel and restaurants

Excellent service and a very convenient location and very easy access to Wafi Mall makes it convenient for shopping for tourists

Simply because we did not realise that the hotel is now in such a noisy position.constant drumming from the roads.When we asked for a room transfer the staff were very helpful but we then discovered that we could hear constant lumping which was from the disco on the top floor.
All in all we have been coming to Dubai for the past twenty years and we now feel we have seen the best.It is overcrowded with high rise buildings and no longer offers the quiet laid back holidays it used to.

We spent the first two nights of our stay in Dubai at Raffles and WOW what a way to start our vacation! The room was beautiful, the service we received from Khris Ferrer and Gilbert was amazing. They were so friendly, kind and made sure our stay was very special. We can't thank them enough. We looked forward to the breakfast in the morning too. All of the food was fantastic! Thank you for making our trip to Dubai amazing!

Stayed here last weekend for my birthday with a bunch of friends. The hotel absolutely blew it out of the park with how they treated us all.

They made me feel so special for the entire time I was there. Highlights included a stunning black forest cake from their pastry chef, their team surprising me wit ha happy birthday serenade, and the stunning views the hotel had across Dubai.

I can't quite recommend the place enough - everything from the quality of the beds, to the room sizes, the bathrooms, the views, the food, the staff, the spa, and the pool - it all makes you never want to leave. I've been here many times before, and I'll keep coming back as long as they maintain this impeccable standard!

As usual, the best hotel I've ever visited.
the huge space in lobby is a plus, then the best afternoon tea treasure of Arabia with nice pictures with a falcon.
Staff are extremely professional with high level of quality.
PS: the best Arabic sweets that you can get while having a wonderful afternoon tea.
