Grand and stunning hotel with a spacious interior and some great food choices e.g. Tomo.

The gym sucks though. Typical small hotel gym with limited free weight options.

Lovely flora afternoon tea. The vegan option was good. Service was very attentive.

This is my second visit. Just as fantastic if not better. Wonderful service, wonderful venue.
The Club service is exceptional, the spa, the pool are just amazing.

It was a relaxing trip for me after a heavy duty at my home country. Raffles Dubai gave me what I need and more. Apart from the excellent hotel services, location, atmosphere, staff and all other related items, there were 2 persons from the hotel management staff, namely Crystal and Yousef, looked after me very well. A human touch that I felt from their treatment indicated their sincerity and genuine behavior that reflects the high standard of this hotel which provide their guests with what they need and more.

A luxury and luxury hotel and one of my favorite hotels in Dubai is close to the airport and next to the shopping mall and Carrefour

Hospitality by far the best, cozy hotel. Soul soothing Spa, high tea at lobby lounge wasn't what I quite expected but much more than that. Special mention of courteous & caring staff. Fresh scones to varieties of stuff served to us was insta perfect plus endorsed generous food culture of Arab world, we couldn't eat it all but yes the staff ensured we come back to devour next time with their warmth.... Until next time, adios!

Excellent place to stay. Rooms are clean and the staff is respectful and great at what they do. I appreciate how the concierge and our room attendant Giri went out of their way to make it a great experience for me. The Arabic afternoon tea was also a highlight.

It was an amazing expirence to have a afternoon tea. Staff is highly professional and ambiance is very good. Not very crowded and the place is very cozy to have a conversation. Valet parking is available with the seprate entrance for people of motivation. A must visit place

My wife and I had a fabulous 12 night stay at our favorite hotel, the main reason we love this hotel is the staff, they are all so friendly, polite and professional.
We enjoyed breakfast in Azur, many thanks to Mr Elias, Mr Sidd, Mohammed and Augustine.

The club team are great, many thanks to Kris, Issa, Rachael, Roxanne, William, Mathew, Prady and Joevenold.
Miss Summer and her team in Raffles salon make you feel so welcome, the selection of cakes are delicious, we really enjoyed our evening meal of lovely pasta dishes and the impeccable service we received.
We celebrated my 50th Birthday, and Raffles Dubai ensured we had a wonderful experience.

I stayed in raffles for 3 days with my family we enjoyed the stay it was like our second home the staffs were welcoming we enjoyed the food and also i loved the swimming pool hope to be back soon.

A failing hotel, very expensive and not worth the amount in terms of comfort and service. It was very bad by the staff. It is recommended for a private hotel for conservative families. There is no discotheque and naked women cannot enter. Thank you.

I enjoy everything and every moment in the hotel.

Tried the afternoon tea and the spa experience which was amazing. They even had a Falcon in the lobby and you could take pictures with the beautiful bird.

We have been here for 2 days and cannot fault the hotel or staff. It s wonderful. Everyone is so friendly, professional and nothing is too hard. Hotel and grounds/pool are beautiful.id give them more stars if I could. Thank you raffles for making our stay really special! I highly recommend staying here and believe me, im fussy
