We had a great time staying at Raffles. Everything was very convenient from the location.

This hotel is the absolute best. From the moment you enter the concourse and your bags are taken, the hotel cannot do enough to ensure your stay is the very best. The check in staff are informative, friendly and efficient. The room is spotless and immaculate in every way. Every time you leave the room the towels are replaced and during the evening the turn down service makes you feel extra cared for, our room assistant, Yogendra was outstanding.. The breakfast is beyond all expectations and Kingston in particular served us with a personal touch every morning. The pool attendants and life guards ensure your water and ice are topped up throughout the day and the towels provided are always clean and fluffy- they are friendly but not over powering, which is perfect. The afternoon tea was a real treat and the canopes and drinks were wonderful. In particular, Matthew really looked after us. Add to that the extra special treatment our children received (we loved the welcome plates and the Get Well package for our son) it really is a dream come true. We have shared our photos with everyone and could not recommend the hotel or Dubai enough. Thank you for another amazing week- without a doubt we will be back.

By far The best hotel I have a state in while in Dubai and maybe a vessel to have a state and ever. I will definitely be back again. The hotel crew was so friendly and very helpful. The room was gorgeous and everything we need it.

Beautiful Hotel with Wonderful Service. It is situated so it is an easy car ride to many places --The Creek, Dubai Mall. I definitely recommend the Club Level. Afternoon tea was great and the evening canapes provided plenty of food....and wine We had a beautiful skyline view from our balcony as well.

Beyond our expectations, which were high, I might add. Very service minded staff, who were guessing your wishes. Wonderful room. Delightful Friday buffet in the garden, and the breakfast was to die for. And don t forget to try the Dubai sling. A twist on the traditional Singapore sling. Enjoy!

One of the ten best hotels in the world .. The rooms are clean and space is very spacious and the decor is sophisticated derived from the Pharaonic civilization, and the rooms are equipped with a smart control system .. The room processing was delayed for about an hour, but in return they apologized for the delay in a decent manner and they hosted us the special dessert they have .. I thank Receptionist and receptionist Sakinah on the sophistication of dealing.
A note on parking is only if Valet parking is available, it would be more comfortable, especially as parking is the unit of Wafi Mall and the hotel.
