The staff were very welcoming and were always on hand to answer/deal with any queries. Beautiful hotel and excellent facilities. So close to the metro which was great for getting around.

On our way back from Australia to France, we decided to stay 1 day in Dubai instead of 5 hours transit.
A friend of ours recommended us the Raffles*****.
Let's be straight! This was by far our best hotel experience ever.

All I can say is, "Everything down to the smallest detail is 5 Star. Staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Always greeted with a smile. We have a suite which is outstanding. Food is great with a diverse and varied selection available. What more could we ask for

The best luxury hotel, huge Egyptian art works at the entrance and the large bedrooms and ofcourse the excellent ballrooms for conducting events coupled with the customer friendly sales staff makes this a place to be to enjoy and retreat.

Today I was 200% satisfied by the management of this hotel who gives great attention, importance and respect to the opinions and remarks of its customers, frankly a very warm staff worthy of a luxury hotel, too bad some activities available in this Hotel are not included in the room rate but this is normal given the luxurious quality of the services offered by these activities.
But frankly it's a beautiful hotel

It was our first time staying in Raffles Dubai after years of wanting to but not finding the right schedule. We have been to the hotel several times for some breakfast or brunch but has not had a chance to stay, so we were quite excited to finally go.

Firstly, the room is spacious, intricately designed and most of all, clean. Several requests about the room that we asked during booking were correctly implemented by the Housekeeping team. We discovered something in the linen, promptly asked for it to be replaced and the Housekeeping team came to correct the issue swiftly and efficiently. The manager also called to apologise about it and were impressed by their customer recovery response.

Secondly, the hotel was also equally serious about their COVID-19 protocols, which just made us less worried about our stay.

The swimming pool was simple yet clean and well-maintained. While we never really got a chance to truly explore the entire hotel due to some commitments we had outside, the only ask I have would be to have more family-oriented activities or facilities in the hotel.

And saving the best for last, the service was truly excellent and impeccable. We were treated like royalties. And even in terms of solving some issues, they were really quick to rectify and not act defensively.

With all the amazing things I mentioned about Raffles Dubai, the service is the most unforgettable and top reason for a return stay. With this said, I would like to give some special mentions to several staff members who truly made a mark for us: from the Reception team, Amina and Steven were just so amazing. Atif from the Room Service team was also very attentive and thorough in his work. The best service we ever experienced in a hotel restaurant was from Melissa of Hotel Solo, who took the time to explain to us the different restaurants in the third floor and even helped us immortalise the experience by taking our pictures for us. Also from Hotel Solo, I would also like to commend Sanjeet and Mars. Pushkar from the Bell Service was quite extraordinary in his service. Lastly, the entire Housekeeping team for their impeccable and fast service.

These are the people that should be commended by the hotel and that despite pandemic restrictions, they were able to project their smiles and service beyond the face masks.

High standards, great location, it looks like egyptian museum from inside, from there u can access wafi mall, which is also a piece of buzzle, egyptian mummies and painting, u can access vfs global as well, Carrefour , perfume stores , clothes stores, matalan store, I recommend for tourist s, and business people.

Nice hotel, elegant and well arranged. Welcoming reception and staff, the meeting hall is good, the view is very nice specially in higher levels. The lobby is so comfortable and warm.

Superb hotel attended a beautiful wedding staff were really helpful food gorgeous. Xmas display awesome.

Very charming hotel with great design and good services

We were assigned a wonderful room on the 9th floor - the largest room we have ever experienced in a hotel. Breakfast on the 3rd was a mix of nice treats and healthy options - just perfect to kick off each day. And the Club on the 10th was a delightful way for us to finish each day after walking the Malls in Dubai. All this coupled with the friendliest, helpful staff imaginable and we were treated to the most delightful five-day Stopover imaginable.

One of Dubai's most comfortable and distinguished hotels. Years and years passed by, and every year he likes more. Its advantages
1- Distinguished service system throughout
2- Luxury in furniture, taste and pomp
3- The size of the rooms
4- Room service is varied and distinctive compared to others
5- No annoying crowds
6- Wafi Mall Market, which has its advantages
7- Close to many Dubai landmarks (by car)

The Raffles is a truly splendid place. Slight downside the fact that it may be a bit out of Jumeirah but it will take you just fifteen minutes by taxi. Otherwise the quality of the room and the service are more than excellent.
