Sahan at the concierge was excellent he really helped us with our day trips nothing was a problem for him, Thankyou Sahan.

Not to forget Oleksandra at the Club Room really looked after us and was more than happy to attended our request nice to be at this hotel when staff make you feel that you are at home .

Very beautiful architecture, garden and swimming pool, spa, several restaurants, very nice terrace with Japanese restaurant and bar overlooking the city, close to the airport and the main attractions of Dubai, truly a relaxing place and we will spoil you there.

Note an extremely welcoming and reliable service without being intrusive or "too", I will name Kaiser at the reception, Claudio and Sidd in lounge service, professional and with ethos, which has become rare for this profession. Well done !!

Very nice, and from the hotel in the entrance to the appearance, which has everything and the most important thing in a large quantity of upscale restaurants I advise you to keep in this hotel and its reasonable price

Raffles Dubai is a best luxury hotel and have a best service

Having recently visited the hotel, I was very impressed with the way the staff handle the current social distancing and covid situation. The service is always first class and it's always good to see a smile on the staff's faces, a testament to the professionally trained F&B team. The English breakfast tea service was extremely well presented. Unfortunately on this occasion there was no time for dessert... I will be visiting in the very near future.

Amazing ambience great service. The food was delightful and the tea spot on. My croi was soft and warm lightly crisped on the outside.
The cheesecake was not overly sweet but balanced. The convenience of valet parking helps I will be back again.

First of all, the room wasn t available although I came at 3:30 p.m. however, the receptionist offered me a complimentary tea or coffee until the room becomes available.

When the room was ready, I went up to the room, it smelled so bad. That they upgraded me, which was a very good gesture.
During my stay two bad things happened:

1- housekeeping forgot their cleaning towels in the bathroom, and left the bathroom soaking wet.

2- I ordered room service, the person who deleivered the food to my room came to me in shorts and dirty sneakers with a polo shirt. He looked horribly unprofessional. With no uniform. I tried to eat, but I vomited everything from how disgusted I was.

I have never been to a 5 stars hotels with this quality of services.

Great spot for business meetings. Access is somehow difficult. As a hotel, it's still one of the great hotels in Dubai.

The hotel is located in the area of Umm Hurair, close to the Dubai Mall, 10 km to the center of Sharjah, and close to Sharjah for a quarter of an hour (not traffic congestion) and close to Down Town. It is also located inside Al Wafi Mall .. Al Wafi Mall is one of the oldest shopping centers in Dubai .. There is a restaurant Khan Murjan very close to the hotel and does not need a car .. Inside the hotel there are very luxurious wedding halls

Fancy hotel, great guest service. Rooms are super super great and comfortable. Pool is a great relaxing experience if the weather is right. Food is super good, breakfast area is wonderful with a variety of food.

Raffles is always a weekend go to. We start our weekend with breakfast at Azur! We just love the spread on their tables. The breads are to die for. Freshest juices and fruits are always something we look forward to as well.

This hotel is amazing. Whether you want to lie by the pool, go to the spa, eat nice pizza in their Italian restaurant or do any of the other many things they offer, you will not be disappointed. The food was very good and the entire staff were excellent. I will return.

Amazing place for Christmas brunch if you have kids. Make sure to book the outdoors, loads of space to play and activities to keep them occupied. Took away a star as despite some of the staff being amazing, since were completely incompetent... Having to request the same thing 4-5 times in several occasions

Went for their afternoon tea at the saloon and it was one of the best experiences I had in Dubai. The service was superb and the food very good. All you can drink tea and plenty of savoury and sweet treats. Valet Parking is free with the meal. Highly recommend it and can't wait to come back to see more of the hotel
