Fabulous option for a very good price! Very convenient area of Dubai. Restaurants are not overpriced, views from room are fantastic and staff very attentive! I was given late check out and extra fruits to the room!

We booked 4 rooms for a family trip. Although our bedding types in 2 of the rooms were not fulfilled, Yassir? rectified the issue and had us moved to proper rooms the very next day.
The stay was amazing, from the pool, the restaurants, room service, EVERYTHING!
We were hesitant to stay at a property not beachfront, so we split our stay into 2 hotels. Let's just say at the end of our vacation, we wished we had never left Raffles!
Special mention to Yassir the manager, Mathew in the Club Lounge, Remon at the front desk, Sandesh for wonderful omelettes, Vinod and Philomena in Azur, Keen out front, Sahan at concierge, and Z in Solo Italian restaurant!
I didn't understand how a hotel had such great reviews online and wasn't near the beach. After staying there. .. we understand! They pay attention to small details that make such a huge difference!

It's a different experience . Japanese beer recommended . It a little on the pricier side but worth evry penny

Skyline view room was huugee ! Good function hall and open air arrangement.. staff could be bit more courteous..

Raffles is a beautiful hotel with courteous and attentive staff.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only negative comment we have is that we found the afternoon tea and evening canape food was reduced in selection, quantity and quality since our last visit. My husband and I do not drink alcohol and previously enjoyed the amazing food on offer, but not this time. We will not be booking a club room for our next visit because of this.

Awesome (and expensive) place to stay. Can walk through to WAFI mall. Express laundry service is amazing, clothes come back ironed, folded, and packed in plastic like they were new.

Every thing was great till last moment when check out. When I did check in the hotel take a deposit 1000 dhm and at check out the total amount was 1443 dhm and it was supposed to pay only 443 dhm but it pull all 1443 dhm and the worst part the employee there continued saying good bye till I found out that and called hotel from Airport to fix that issue and got my 1000 dhm back. Email was sent from hotel and I m still waiting for my money. Otherwise all was excellent

This hotel was usually my first choice when I reach to Dubai .. the staff is welcoming and helpful all the time I've been there for like three or four times even for my family they prefer it all the time that we visit Dubai .. but last time Which was 2 years back I felt like many things changed and the hotel must be renewed ASAP .. but still I love it and I love the quite location ..

One of the hotels I prefer every time I come to Dubai .. It is true that his fault is that it is very expensive, but its rooms are very spacious and clean, and it is very worthy of every riyal that rushes in it .. I visited it, I can three or four times and we have conferences in it. Honestly, it is an excellent time, and my children love it a lot .. but another Once I did not like it, I felt that the hotel needs to be renovated .. but I still love it and I love the session in the lobby I like its location that it is quiet and there is no disturbance around you ..

The lobby is very cool and quiet and there is a Japanese restaurant at the top of the hotel

Raffles, is an iconic landmark hotel in Dubai. It s rare that you ve not been in here, or noticed it in passing. Its pyramid shaped structure is sure to catch your eye. I recently had the chance to stay at this spectacular property, and what a fabulous experience it was.

Their basic Signature Room is more of a luxurious room at other properties. So spacious, well-lit and extremely comfortable. It s has its own little walk-in closet, a separate shower & toilet and a huge bathtub. The fanciest part is how you can control most of the room functionality through a tablet / buttons. The curtains, lights, order breakfast, request housekeeping, etc. The room I was in had amazing views of the swimming pool along with the entire Skyline.

If you re looking for even more luxury & comfort, give the Diplomatic Suite a try. A massive living room and terrace balcony, and a separate bedroom for your privacy it does not get better.

The breakfast was amazing. Considering the current pandemic situation we are in, and the hotel not being very busy, you can have your breakfast in the comfort of your room. From the full American to the Benedict, and Waffles to French Toast, the options are endless. Also tried the Afternoon Tea at Raffles Salon, and that s something not to miss. Those scones with clotted cream and jam is yumminess!

Raffles Hotel is also a perfect destination for hosting any event corporate or private. The ballroom is lovely, and the outdoor garden is beautiful. The attention to detail is perfect.

But the best part of Raffles is their staff! They are excellent and so professional, and will go beyond their way to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. The hospitality is top notch, and it was an absolute pleasure to experience it all. A shoutout to Oleksandra, Andrada, Dany, Ahmed, Woulstain, Claudio and everyone else I interacted with. Can t wait to be back.

Raffles Hotel is the best hotel I have enjoyed my stay in. I feel like home and with my family, being taken care of on the most highest standards. Every thing was just more than perfect. Every one of the whole staff. Especially room service, everyone of them especially Giri and all his colleagues. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything

No vegetarian options. one of the waiters pointed to the salad area and said everything is vegetarian. But, many had non vegetarian only - leaving myself to check every salad for long before picking it up. Pasta was good and ice cream was awesome.

Luxurious property. We had a really good time there & sign in at the library in e guest book. The place it's built in traditional style with old inscriptions inspired from pyramid of Egypt.

Raffels is the best hotel in Dubai. I travelled there recently and stayed at Raffels for the second time. The rooms are superb and the ambiance is very lavish with ancient Egyptian concept. Mr. Charith the duty manager there helped me a lot and even used his contacts to sort things for me at a different property. Mr.Victor from the reservations team upgraded my room to the next level which was a very humble gesture. Over all the food is good , ambience is nice and the staff are always ready to please you.
