Great hotel! Great amenities! Great stuff! Then why not a 5 star!

The staff and their hospitality is outstanding. Have stayed at approx. 15 hotels in Dubai, been back to the Raffles the last 4-5 times.

One of the best series of hotels in which Raffles Dubai is suitable for Marais to spend honeymoon and celebrate the wedding in particular.

Dear sir, please accept my sincerest apologies, It was a accident on my part. Your hotel, the service & the very helpful & obliging staff who could not do enough to make our stay some thing never to forget, which will never be forgotten.We had the most wonderful experience in your beautiful hotel.I have taken many photos & shown them to many friends, & even recommend they chose this Raffles should they visit Dubai.
I have done a worthy 5 star rating as above shows.
There is only one request I have to make, as we intend to visit again, as I just love your city & the people are so friendly, it was amazing. As we are both pensioners & I am disabled, would you consider a reduced cost for us senior citizens, who are both over 60, I am 74 my wife is 66.
If possible, that would be absolutely great. My son brought us on the last trip, he chose your hotel after a lot of checking out reviews, as It was our anniversary present from my 2 sons.Your hotel also very kindly contributed a lovely anniversary cake with lovely red rose petals, it really made that day more special with your hotels kindness.
Once again my apologies for the error, & sincerely hope no damage was done & that my mistake can be corrected.

Very nice hotel and very spacious rooms worth 5 stars

The place is excellent and the accommodation is excellent
Cleaning is excellent
And the cleaning official is running very respectable

I have been staying at the hotel over the years. I have come to expect excellent service and I have never been disappointed. My current visit has been under COVID conditions. Yet I have found service most satisfactory. The hotel staff are very diligent and friendly. The staff cleaning my room, especially Giri, are so efficient and meticulous. I would like to commend them. Please keep up the good job.

Awesome experince , sauna bath and steam bath super.

Nice hotel , staff is really caring, has really beautiful swimming pool, very operative room service, club upstairs is a place which I don't recommend but as hotel says it's not under their management, and loved the VIP lounge.

Fantastic club rooms with butler service and private lounge

Just as a passing by visitor, was disappointed with their third floor cocktail area after walking though the stunning atrium.

Even not staying ink this hotel the lobby alone is worth a visit if you just happened to be around. The opulent yet elegant atmosphere will mystify most visitors and it definitely feel different from other hotels in UAE.
Suggest to go here at night where the darkness will just enhance the whole experience. The hotel and nearby Wafi mall (same building) is well lit at night and looks very beautiful.
The hotel is close to metro station so if you just want you see it is pretty convenient. For those staying here I think you could afford limo services.....(haha)

Everything was awesome! The only issue was something in the room aggravating my allergies

Love this place. Up the street is the Metro, so you can ride rails to all the Dubai sites. Great breakfast buffet.

Another level of its own.. the terrace is beyond relaxing..

It is excellent hotel , im enjoying the stay room 638 . StaffS are friendly , very clean , Girli from HK department is helpful and do his job perfectly . So I recommend this hotel for anyone want to stay in Dubai .

The Raffles Hotel is a fabulous place to stay. It's connected to the Wafi Mall. The staff are kind and attentive. Mathew in the club lounge was exceptional. The hotel has a nice pool, swim up bar and a jacuzzi. The hotel has an Egyptian theme and the interior design is beautiful. It definitely deserves its Trip Advisor number 1. I thoroughly recommend it.

PS: you must try the Azur breakfast pancake. They are delicious.

Well constructed but way too costly. Crowd is not there.

One of the best hotels in Dubai. Great Ambiance. There is a lawn on the 3rd floor. Pathways, gardens, small stream and all. Great feel. I had an Amazing Experience.
