We originally booked to stay for two nights and are now here for seven nights as the hotel is wonderful.
The rooms are very spacious with a large outside balcony (relatively hard to find in Dubai).
The service is exceptional the moment that you arrive. The Concierge team are very knowledgeable and helpful if you need to find out about places to visit in Dubai.
Special mention to the Room service staff who remember our breakfast orders and deliver with a friendly smile each morning.
I ve eaten thousands of room service breakfasts and I have to say that this is probably one of the best that I ve had and consistently excellent. Compliments to the chefs and F&B team!
The rooms come with all of the amenities that you would require and the attention to cleanliness detail is second to none. Our room attendant Giri is very polite and ensures that we have everything that we need.
Well done to all of the staff and management team you re doing a fantastic job and I can understand why you re number 1 on TripAdvisor!

A wonderful rooftop with tasty food and great service

No doubt it was rewarded as best hotel in Dubai/UAE for several years.

Without going in the details cause this hotel love each and every detail.

Starting from valet parking, reception welcoming, easy check in/check out, luxury and spacious rooms, tasty food, cleanness and overall services.

It s simply everything.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. It is a good choice to go with the club room option as the afternoon tea and evening canapes are delightful.

Rooms are excellent and very modern with usb porta for charging, big TV, electric blinds which black out all external light. The staff are excelent and friendly.

Hotel is worth every penny.

The single most important thing is to make people happy. If you are making people happy, as a side effect, they will be happy to open up their wallets and pay you.

The hotel and its facilities are up there with the best of the 5 star hotels I have stayed at around the wordl.. but the service from its staff, world leading. I was beyond surprised at the above exceptional service it's people provided us during our stay.

Very kereeeeen, the rooms are super spacious and amazing, plus the staff who are all friendly, the architecture of the building is very beautiful, in time we will come here again, ok.

Good hotel with excellent food . Recommend strongly for functions weddings parties and other celebrations. They go the extra mile to make their guests comfortable. The food is of a high standard. Take care in buffets as a tendency to overcook the meats which get tough and almost inedible.
Went back recently for a Friday lunch. Pleasant staff as should be expected in a five star hotel. The food continues to underwhelm.

Comfy hotel, spacious room and wide food menu selection .

This is really nice. You'd enjoy the architecture and theme.I personally didn't like their customer service or attention to our needs. Make sure you don't use their parking area. It's stupid. You'll get lost. Even their security and other employees can't help find the exit. Sorry, but that's my honest opinion.

Awesome, We had a lunch in the restaurant few days back, the food was the best and the service was extremely good, the staffs were helpful and friendly.

Huge comfortable rooms, good breakfast and solid gym

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by an extremely helpful man who walked us in to the hotel. We checked in very tired after our long flight, beautifully dealt with by the reception staff and we were escorted to the Club lounge and treated wonderfully by the team. We were then taken to our beautiful suite for an early check in, and the excellent service from all the staff throughout the service areas continued throughout our stay.
We could not have asked for a better stay. Thank you to all for an amazing stay.

Mattress and pillows are a bit uncomfortable. But overall the room is great and state of art with amazing technology

This is THE Place to stay in Dubai. Great service. The room are amazing and the best rain shower I have ever seen.

Not this traffic from the highway ... The hotel itself is just beautiful and great food for breakfast. Prices in hotel restaurants like in Dubai without 500 PLN have nothing to choose for dinner. View from the rooms on Dubai - postcard ... But this bang outside the window ... High prices per night.

Reffles is one of the old hotel in dubai, Good to stay and very easy to travel from this locations within dubai or other city of UAE. Trainings Room are designed with black colors which is not feel good. Food is okay.

Had a very nice afternoon tea.everything was ready.our table was set before we arrived .cosy and warm place to sit and chat with friends .the price was moderate .but I would expect more selection of sandwiches.

Have done several meetings at Hotel Raffles.. convenient location spacious and high quality restaurants and lobby. Valet parking and basement parking is available.

As in Singapore, the Raffles Hotel in Dubai is unbeatable in quality and ambience. A top service and super friendly staff.

Both service and security were good. The staff's response was perfect and I felt good. The birthday person has a cake service

Very great hotel with perfect decoration. You can find dedicated decorative items round all places in the hotel and said mall attached to the hotel

Outstanding on every level. Raffles is approximately 10 minutes from the airport and about a 10-15minute drive to other major attractions such as the burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, making the location ideal for a short stay. With regards to the hotel we could not fault anything, the Japanese restaurant TOMO is fantastic. The hotels are spotless and opulent. We were on honeymoon and room was set up beautifully with rose petals for our first night. The club lounge and poolside staff will cater to your every need. The staff are warm, welcoming, friendly and love to share their experiences or recommendations with you. We will most certainly be back. Special mention to the lovely Nik, Matthew, Rachael, Isisa. Thank you for making our trip so memorable and special.

I booked a signature room .
Best room design ever !
Good view at the garden or the pool .
Breakfast taste good and great service in solo restaurant.
Dinner also very good
Bathroom is big and looks fabulous.
No noise from the outside or the other rooms.
Access to wafi mall from the hotel.
Easy to self park or use velvet service.
Close to downtown , dubai mall, airport.

And I'd like to mention Amina from the reception and Gigi from house keeping for making me feel welcome every time i stay here.

Above the Kafwa as a residential but expensive and worthy of the location and magnificence close to all the airport and the tender and the Dubai Mall I liked very much restaurants where the magnificence of the morning buffet sophisticated

The stay was fantastic, great staff service so helpful, will surely make a another visit.

Old property and not as luxurious as it used to be. Also most of the shops in the mall attached to it are closed.

Great service, very clean and continet property. Staff is very friendly with quick service and personalized attention give to all guest , even during a big convention.specially Ahmed and the banquet team ,who gave us excellent service and continue support. I highly recommend it . Very close to metro station as well with great communication connectivity across dubai

Staff: all are absolutely great.
Rooms: very sophisticated.
Food: tried breakfast and I liked it, but I think it needs more variety.
Location: great being very close to highway and connected to a very big mall with many shops and restaurants.
Transportation: regular taxi and luxury ones are always available.
