Great revamp of the hotel, went there for a staycation. everything was great! The room.was spacious with luxury touch..The bed was comfy that absolutely let your body forget about the clock.breakdast was great and staff was lovely.
The location and service are goods. It seems the room amenities are old a little bit. The battery of sefety box was empty.
Amazing hotel, near to the bay area and Merlion. They make sure that breakfast has options for vegetarians. Of you are lucky then you may get the to facing MBS
Visited the Asian Market Cafe. Awesome buffet with a wide range of quality local and foreign food.
Good hotel. It has a tea shop inside, they have a nice collection. Also, a mall is there with all the branded showrooms called Raffles. Ballroom was comfortable and spacious. Rooms were nice too. If you get a chance to go on the terrace, its better than observation decks and their long lines. View from top floors is nice too
Great location and many options for dining and drinking with family, friends and/or colleagues. Highly recommended for visitors from overseas. And recommended for local residence too.

I'm not impressed by self computer check in. After a long flight I like to be met by a smiling face doing check in for me the customer. I would stay elsewhere next time.

Went to cafe swiss. The spread is wide and food is great.
The buffet spread was generous with good quality food. Ambience was only average as it was beside a mall. Service was good too.
This is NOT a high-quality hotel! For two nights running, I was woken up by construction noise (loud drilling that went on for at least half an hour). When I called about it, the Front Desk assured me that this was "Outside of the hotel, and thus beyond their direct control, but they were trying to stop it". That seems odd, because I could feel the floor vibrate from it at 1 AM, and when I opened the window to see if it was outside, I could not hear it. There was also a letter in my room saying work was taking place in the hotel, but only between 8 AM and 6 PM. Therefore, I doubt it was from outside. In any case, lots of lost sleep.
In addition, breakfast was a complete zoo, including a queue to enter, a school-gym-like atmosphere and substandard service (day one: newspaper offered by person seating me, but then never brought; day two, coffee was offered by person seating me, but then not brought!).
Meanwhile, I took advantage of the complementary show shine, only to have the shoes given for shining delivered late the following day (I was asked what time I needed them at drop off, and they came almost half an hour late).
Attention to detail in cleaning the room was also lacking: coffee was replaced when used, but creamer was not replaced.
After all this, I spoke to the manager when I checked out. No refund was offered, just an "upgrade" on my return. Why would I EVER return?
Singapore has MUCH better hotels for the same price! AVOID.
The view from the room is very very nice. Satisfying breakfast, Drinking wine and beer at the lounge.

Great location and view of marina bay sands from some rooms. Staff provided early check in at no extra cost. Lounge on 71st floor is a good visit. Mcdonald's on ground floor. No vegetarian food options available.

Big and comfortable room was the best.
Amazing place, great location that was within easy reach of many tourist friendly spots. Great assistance with directions to places of interest (local landmarks, places to eat etc). Would definitely use swissotel again in the future, possibly try the one over in Stamford next time. Very nice hotel.

Can see the nice view of Singapore from the hotel. We were just unsatisfied with the AC, it's not cooling very well. 2 different guys had to check the AC on the first and second night. We ended up having additional fan for 2nd and 3rd night coz the AC is not enough to cool us.
The newly renovated rooms are very comfortable and technologically advanced. I had a harbour view room which makes the stay very relaxing.
Good service and good ambience. Easily accessible as well.
The Place has a stellar view, we had a perfect table and it was a great experience to spend some time in such an amazing spot.
One improvement idea is the drink list, in such a beautiful place i would expect a more sophisticated cocktail options.

Location is very convenient as it is just next to city hall mrt. Restaurants standards are high, and with Amex card gives valued discounts. Ambience at different restaurants suitable for different events.

Great hotel in a great location! The rooms are really nice and big. The outing is simply a dream and the "Skai Bar" on the top floor is definitely worth a visit.

Excellent service with newly furnished room on 13th floor. Two sets of elevators should take you some times to get used to. Convenient connection to Raffles City Shopping Mall with plenty of foodcourts and retailers.
Overated, expensive hotel. Very poor bathroom design after renovation.
Terrible service. My confirmed booking was not in the system. Took awhile to get it sorted. Hard to ask them to get breakfast included. Room service was done late evening. Location and facilities are good though.

Callous and unfriendly place. Poisonous customer service. Avoid.
1) Sleepless night - window howls at night - staff will not move you 'as every room is affected'
2) Locked out - after settling bill locked out of room. Still had a night :-) after 30min still not showing to open door.
3) When I complained I was told "this is procedure Sir you have to wait in the corridor".
To think this place is selling the "Swiss" brand....
Went to the Asian Market Cafe for their lunch buffet. At the peak hour, food was replenished fast and it tasted pretty good still. Place was clean and the staff provided good service.
Great location, just across the road from the subway station. There is a large mall downstairs, and the mall has a door directly to the hotel, which is convenient for shopping. Close to Marina Bay, just 15 minutes walk. The hotel staff provides high quality service, flexible and efficient. Especially the Security Department, they do their best to assist the tenants and reduce the troubles of the residents. When there are many people lining up for breakfast, the staff will take the guests to another restaurant for meals to reduce the waiting time. The rooms are clean and tidy, suitable for any type of tourist.

Great hotel in a city of superlatives. Even the welcome is special. We had a room on the 22nd floor overlooking Marina Bay. A dream. The location on the bay is highly recommended, connections to bus and metro right outside the door.
Without doubt the best service ever. One of my family members got sick during our stay and we had to take him to the hospital. Upon our arrival from the hospital, Eddy (manager) and her team welcomed us warmly and decorated our room table with a big beautiful flowers vase, a delicious fruit plate and a get well soon cards and other goodies that warmed our hearts tremendously. Definitely their love was a proof that kindness can treat all illnesses. Sending you lots of love.
Attended a media event because I got invited by skin calories. The place is super chill but may be pricey but there's nowhere else in SG to drink and pee on the 71st storey. 2.1 km vertically up in the air. I felt kinda perverse but it's all good. Highly recommended if you have a few hundred sgd to spend. You can keep a bottle of spirit for a month

absolutely a 5 star hotel!! strategic location, above mall and mrt station, with a beautiful scenery from room.. if u get high floor room, u can see beautiful singapore skyscraper from your balcony.. the room is big and very clean, have so many amenities and equipment.. breakfast is very delicious with a lot of menu.. i will be back here if i visiting singapore!
