Beautiful location, great atmosphere in the bar on arrival at midnight, and what lovely old property. The bed was bliss, so much so that I didn t look carefully around the room which was in need of updating and sadly had a large damp stain from a roof leak. We were upgraded to a suite (which also needs upgrading) but it was a good move as it overlooked the gardens and had a terrace! The only downside was that the mini bar fridge was not working and the suite was situated next to the external air ducting which was rather noisy. However we enjoyed a great lunch function there and the hotel location was perfect. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Imagine, a 5 star Irish hotel with no spuds! Attended a small event there with 12 people squeezed around one table. One dish of vegetables for the group. 3 requests for some potatoes before they eventually admitted they had none left. Very mediocre meal. Had had lunch there earlier and equally disappointing. Won't be back.

Stayed here for a night and paid more compared to other dublin hotels so we could be close to the city but still have access to the beautiful gardens however when we arrived the car parks were full leaving us unable to find a space and we were denied access to the the gardens due to a Vodafone function taking place. The room and food were nice but they were not exceptional considering the price

I am so glad I didn't know how much it would cost to! get into Dublin from here. The public transportation was confusing to someone just flying in from another country without much time to see Dublin. That being said; if you can eat the cost, of a few taxis, stay here! The grounds are amazing and worth it. It is not touristy and the staff are professional but friendly. Breakfast was a little pricey but delicious! THE VIEWS!!!!! You feel like you live in an enchanted palace.

Myself and my little lady I care for went for lunch at the raddison. We really enjoyed our lunch the food was most enjoyable. The only downside was my poor lady had to climb all the steps to reach the main door there was no wheel chair ramp or lift. It took alot out of her then the same again when we were leaving. I was actually very surprised and disappointed by this but luckily we enjoyed our lunch except my nerves were gone trying to maneuver my lady back down the steps after her glass of wine

Bed was nice and big, and in general room was lovely. However, firstly the kettle was broke, would not work, neither was the mini fridge. The sound on the telly was so poor you couldn't watch it. I rang for reception 3 times to ask for help but it wasn't answered. Limited dinner menu and they stopped serving drinks at 10.15pm on a bank holiday. I am aware of covid restrictions..bare in mind this is before the rule about shutting at 11. Surely given that we had ate a meal and as residents we should be served.. At quarter past 10..very disappointing given the price of a stay.

Newly built hotel in a forested area, it has a structure suitable for its location. Simple and spacious rooms, well equipped and the bed is comfortable, pity, do not have USB plugs to charge electronic equipment. The collaborators are attentive and friendly, ready to solve whatever is requested. Breakfast is excellent.

So, started out good, ended poorly.

So, started out good, ended poorly.
The place looks nice and you can tell it's trying to hold on to an upper middle class, *almost* wealthy sensibility. But soon it all starts to break down.

Your water kettle doesn't work (and the cord is built into the wall so it can't just be replaced), plastic is melted onto the clothes iron, the room is freezing and the heater doesn't work, the TV guide has no actual program listing and the TV signal cuts out for long periods of time, you come home each day to the room being cleaned in a different way than before like the staff don't really have the system nailed down. Room service works fine twice, and then the third time you wait two hours and call twice and still nothing arrives and your dinner is a packet of crisps and a yogurt you were keeping for breakfast. WiFi is about as stable as the TV, and about as fast as a 56k modem. You soon learn there's nothing nearby so it's taxis and buses to do anything. And the food is overpriced.

The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the grounds are pretty. If literally all you want to do is sleep, it's great! But the execution on everything else is haphazard to poor. I would not recommend this place.

A fabulous hotel with lots of history & charm. Gardens are beautiful and extremely well maintained. Staff are warm & friendly and clearly take great pride in working in such a great location. I booked one night as a Birthday gift for my Mam which she loved. Thanks for making her stay so special. Look forward to returning soon.

Staff were friendly and helpful very approachable. My four year old daughter was sick during our stay and they couldn't have been more helpful or understanding. Thanks and we will definitely be back again.
