I worked there through a temporary service was let go for supposedly not making production on a job that I already know how to do. I wasn't trained properly on how they did things. I was only there for 3 weeks not enough time to learn and get your speed up. I really liked it there but it is what it is. I guess if you miss two or three days a week they will keep you.

Excellent place quick delivery. I had an appointment at 1 p.m. and got unloaded at 8am. Friendly people easy backing the docks are to the right as you come in for receiving the shipping docks are on the left. Great atmosphere great people.
Don t be late, they got $ 250, for 3 hours late .... and check by weight
They do load you up quick it s pallet exchange or 7 dollars per pallet

Today, I really meet very kind and good people in this receiving. Robert is a great guy and helpful. My driver was sick and stocked in the street. He just went to street and wake my driver up and helped him. Thank you so much guys ! I'm really happy because there are still helpful people around us.
Great facility got in easy enough got put easy as well. Doors were easy go get into. Loaded correctly while it was a heavy load. Great place.
Showed up 7hrs early for a noon p/u because of a 1am delivery at Walmart. The guy who drives a silver car and parks by the shipping office is really nice and will help you out and tell you where to go. The other guy in the shipping office walks around and checks the trailers at the docks before he starts his shift in the office. While he's walking around, he'll come to your truck if he sees that your up, and will tell you what to do instead of just leaving you sitting there. They loaded me in an hour and brought my paperwork to the truck. Super nice guys loading and in the office. GREAT JOB guys and Custom Foods. You guys are the example of how it should be done everywhere. THANK YOU.
Dont book a load to pickup in a monday. They have no weekend staff to reschedule you if there is an issue and will charge you 250 on monday. They generally take about 3 hours to load also.

Fast loading. Pallet exchange facility. I had a hard time understanding what anybody was saying but if you re a south person you ll probably fare better than I did.

Delivery was quick, just to let you know for shipping the entrance is on industrial and for recieving you go to the other side of the building. Pleasant river something street, I don't remember. Unloaded in less than 30 min
I saw a review on here from Martin O Shea and he was spot on. The correct physical address is 3005 W industrial Parkway. Your GPS if your using iPhone will say you have arrived but keep going till you reach the stop sign. Make a left on w industrial and about 59yards on the left you will see the driver entrance which is the 2nd opening on the left!!!

It's was a great place to work and I will say that most of the employees are a great bunch of people especially this one girl who was a very sweet person and kindest person I've met in Tennessee by far. So as the first day progresses so did the great experience and the people who work there. Highly recommend
Ok. The only entrance to both the Shipping and Receiving Departments is on West Industrial Parkway. Don't follow your GPS. Go on Route 62 and turn into Industrial Parkway. Go to the stop sign, and turn left. The entrance will be on your left.
The first building you come to will be the Shipping building. If you're delivering, the two docks a little further in on the left are for Receiving. They start at 5 am. Each department has their own check in doors. You can't miss Shipping. Receiving is on the left side of the two docks. The signs state to back into a dock, then check in. If both receiving docks are full, just park in front of a shipping door. They'll flip everyone around when they get started.

I only make local deliveries here but the guys working the dock were very nice and helpful
Fast loading. Back into any open dock and check in with your dock number. Unhook your red line they will come out and lock it. When you are loaded they will bring bills out to you. Shipping and receiving start at 6:00am.
This is one of very few food wearhouses I can say was fast and actually nice that I have delivered to in my 31yrs thanks to the guys on dock. They had me in out in less than 45min
