So disappointed in their catered food for an event I went to. There was hardly anything that either my husband or I liked, and he'll eat anything. The mashed potatoes were so liquidity that they were closer to potato soup, the honey bourbon sauce I could have gotten drunk off of and almost had to spit out because it was too disgusting, and the pulled pork was so finely shredded that it was mushy. I work in events, and have worked with a lot of different caterers, but this food I would never accept for one of my parties!

Recommended by a friend, I was very happy with Echo Valley Meats! Ordered the Rancher's Choice package - twelve steaks for our family of four. Delivery was quick and easy - Our steaks arrived neatly packaged, vacuum-sealed and frozen in dry ice. The filet's were tender and absolutely delicious. We're looking forward to enjoying the NY strips this upcoming weekend. It was a bit pricey yes, but well worth it in my opinion - especially when we can't get out to a favorite restaurant during this pandemic lock down. We will order again for sure.

It isn't Easter without some delicious Echo Valley Meats ham! It was DELICIOUS! Our family raved about the fantastic meal and it was all thanks to Echo Valley Meats!

The delivery was so quick and easy, it really made planning for a holiday meal very simple. We won't have a single holiday without Echo Valley Meats at our table ever again!

I am with CCPI in Pekin, IL and we constantly use Echo Valley for our catering for all of our employees. The food is always delicious and full of great flavor and the service is consistent, friendly, and reliable. I have had to call last minute before and they were able to accommodate us and save the day! Huge thanks to Jeanette for that and we look forward to using Echo Valley more in the future.

I recently purchased a spiral cut ham for the family. I am not much of a ham fan, but the rest of the family love it. I ate several pieces! Not salty, tender, juicy, fragrant and even the drippings were amazing. The key to success is when the other food items on the table (salad and scalloped potatoes) go untouched because everyone ate ham to the point they did not even have room for pie!

Amazing service, shipped with care and the BEST ham around! Now we are waiting for the sausage sampler!

Fresh meat, they will cut to order. Good selection of cheeses and other goods, including the old Pitsch beef jerky, if you remember that. It seems like the old recipe - but it's not inexpensive.
Good local shop - friendly people. Old fashioned white-paper wrap.
They also have baking potatoes, which is nice if you are getting a steak to grill, you can get your 'tater and not have to go to Kroger.

Order the 4-pack of rib eyes-

The first 2 were absolutely delicious!!
Grilling the other 2 tonight, with the seasoning that comes with them. Can't wait!!!!!

we have never been to this store before but a friend gave us a gift card, so we tried there fillet steaks, I have to say that it was the best steak ever...I will def be back

I had some salami an deer sticks made . They were excellent an good turn around time . Thanks.

Very disappointed. Ordered some steaks from the website they arrived in a cooler with dry ice but the steaks had thawed out. I called to make sure they were safe to eat but they had closed. Left a message asking them to contact me...never heard back from them. Decided to role the dice and cooked a rib eye last night hoping they hadn't spoiled in shipping. Well it hadn't spoiled but the steak was super dry. Like I said super disappointed, no customer service and a dry steak to boot

When I went in I was sorely disappointed. When I go to a meat market I expect at the minimum a selection of pork, beef, chicken, luncheon slices, cheeses, on all forms from ground to steak to roasts.
The selection here was nominal. I saw a couple of steaks here and there, some processed meat, ground meat, then a bunch of spreads and what not. I went across the street to Kroger where they at least had roasts. Sorely disappointed! This is not a meat market. It s a half filled cooler display.

I just now saw the segment on Shark Tank 9/5/14 9:10PM EST and they showed a clip of making what looked to be a meat loaf mix and sausage. Not one worker was using gloves. They all had bare hands handling the meat. Not good! Would never order anything if I knew the food was handled bare handed.

Not a good place to take your deer. I dropped of 30lbs of deer meat on Oct 3rd and I was called Nov 10-11 stating it was done. Once I arrived I looked at my order and tit was wrong. They tried giving me salami rolls instead of salami sticks, as I ordered, and was going to charge me the sticks price. This isn't the first time this has happened but it will be the last. Do yourself a favor and take you deer somewhere else.

We ordered Echo Vally Meats for my Son and his new bride (on a short notice) and they came through!! They raved about the steaks, summer sausage and brisket for days!! Great company and service...we are hooked!!

Clearly they did not plan for the response after their Shark Tank appearance which resulted in NO DEAL. You can buy a spiral ham in your local grocery store for under $30 that will be 1/3rd larger than this ham.............fresher.............and appropriately frozen.
We waited three weeks for our ham to GET SHIPPED. It was not froze upon receipt and barely cold. When we opened the plastic........the meat was gray. Our dog would not even eat it!! What a waste of $50.
Additionally, they don't follow up with you whether you e mail or leave a message on their phone.
This business is on it's way to closing the doors...........THUMBS DOWN!

Love summer sausage! Saw their segment on Shark Tank and wanted to give them a try since they're in Illinois and I live in Chicago and I like to support local businesses whenever possible!

For $39.99 of their sampler pack + $9 shipping I think the quantity is pretty good. 5 of each of their summer sausage (garlic, original and smoky). It took about a week from order to receipt but I live about 150 miles from them so I didn't expect shipping to be a problem.

In terms of the food, I think it's pretty good! It's on par with some of the other non-grocery chain summer sausage. I wish there was more of a distinct difference between the garlic, original and smoky as they taste very similar.

Overall, I was pleased enough to buy some of their bundled options as Christmas gift packages for a few meat lover friends I have.

I checked them out after the Shark Tank segment- very pleased with the service.

Sat there for 5 minutes couldn't get any help. Watch so they don't double charge then try and denied it.

Coworker and I would get breakfast sandwiches here that were 2nd to none. My mouth is watering while writing this review.

I love to get my meats here meat is really good prices are awesome and if you go around lunch time on the work week they have great brats polish sausages ribeye sandwiches hot dogs brisket sandwiches and a few other different things all are very very good that's why I love to go here and I will continue to

i order the sausage with crackers and was like wtf when i received an e mail saying that they where experience high amount of orders that my order was delay {receiving it 2 weeks later!} it was definitely worth the wait i didnt like the cheese spreads but the meat was amazing

Everything I tried has been delicious. Prime rib, ham, different steaks, all were excellent. Now I just ordered the gift package of gourmet sausage & cheese pack.

Echo Valley Meats offers up some great snacks! The Garlic Cheese Spread is to die for! A great combo with their summer sausage. And have you had their bacon? Oh my god, the best I've had in a long time :)

This past Christmas I sent everyone a gift from Echo Valley Meats. They made it extremely easy to find something for those hard to buy for people on my list. I had all of my meals catered by them...and I saved money this year...not to mention the time I was able to spend with my family. Their Turkey was great for Thanksgiving, Ham the best I ever had for Christmas Eve, and their Prime Rib is now a family favorite for Christmas Dinner. They made everything so easy for me...I can't wait until next year to do it all over. Until then I will be dining at home more often after hearing everyone who I sent steak boxes to tell me how great the cuts of meat are. Very impressed! If you are not buying from Echo Valley you simply are not buying the best.

Delicious! We love buying our meat from Echo Valley It is always high quality, and you can't beat the value. The staff is always super friendly. The spiral ham we purchased for Christmas this year was just as great! They had it ready for us fast. It is already smoked, carved, and comes with a honey glaze. Yum!

And by the way, the Sharks on Shark Tank LOVED the food. They just didn't agree with the proposed business venture.

I was recently referred to Echo Valley Meats by a good friend. Being that I live in Montana, I was somewhat concerned about the Meat arriving frozen. My concerns were immediately satisfied the moment I opened the Box and found all the products that I had ordered were completely frozen solid as if they were just taken from the Freezer. I have many outstanding local Butchers to choose from but none compare to the outstanding Quality of Echo Valley Meats. I now purchase all my Beef from Echo Valley because of the Quality, Flavor and ease of ordering online directly from their website.
