Very good meals both morning and evening and good rooms

Great hotel, I was very satisfied. Clinically clean, no brown spots far and wide. It is always taken care not to leave any muck in the hotel. Would like to give more stars, but the upper limit of Google is five.

A very average hotel where time stopped in the 90's. Service stiff, not nice, unfamiliar with their job. The price is completely inadequate to the quality of services. The hotel needs major renovation. I recommend that all visitors to Szczecin avoid this hotel with a wide berth. For the first time after staying in a hotel I felt "robbed" ...

It was good. The breakfast was great , the cocktails in the 11 floor satisfactory. The hotel itself is great but one thing bothered us that you can not open the windows in the rooms, all rooms are air conditioned.

Very nice rooms, high comfort, however, the service at the reception is not entirely professional, the gentleman at the reception did not present me with the full range of rooms to choose from and wanted to place in the smallest and cheapest hotel in advance, if I had not checked the hotel offer earlier, I would have to spend the night there if I had he himself did not ask what else to choose. On the downside also no toothpaste in the bathroom. Generally, I recommend the hotel, a very nice and nice place :)

We arrived at 27th July, the welcome wasn't great.
Our room wasn't ready at 13o'clock. I have choosed allergy bedding 4 days before, but we don't get it, so we called the travel agency to solve the problem. 5 hours later we get the allergy bedding from the housekeeping. All employees from the reception aren't friendly to us.
The bed was very comfortable and they served good breakfast.

Recommendable. The best in Szczecin. Rooms clean and comfortable. Plus for bathrooms with bathtubs. Nice and professional service at the reception and in restaurants. There is also a swimming pool in the hotel. The hotel is not perfect. It has several disadvantages. For example, going from the underground car park to the reception desk is a pain. There is no direct connection, i.e. elevator access from the parking lot to the reception. You have to go through the connector to the outside. But there is no better hotel nearby. There is a Euronet ATM in the hotel.

From the pluses: good location, food OK. From the minuses: average room standard, walls to refresh, not very clean, damaged bathroom floor, poor lighting, tap water is actually lukewarm, illegally marked parking lot.

Everything is great, I'm here with a dog and everyone is very accommodating. However, it is not allowed to take the dog to the restaurant, but it is not a problem, we are best looked after in the outside area.

I definitely do not recommend it. I was misled when booking by phone. When I asked the lady from the booking department how much would the stay in the hotel cost me (2 nights), she said only "PLN 500". Okay, for me it was a clear message that this is the price for two nights. The lady on the other side forgot to mention that yes, 500 zlotys, but for one night. Late in the evening, after arriving in Szczecin, the receptionist told me that as I pay in cash, she must be charged in advance. Of course, I agreed, but when I heard the price of PLN 1,000, I was a little choked. This is not how I was informed by phone. By the way, PLN 500 for one person per night in the simplest room is a very high price. As it was quite late, I didn't have the strength to look for another hotel, so I agreed to everything. I only had euro with me, so I was informed that the hotel offers currency exchange and they can exchange it for zlotys right away - great, here it is a plus. It is a pity that they exchange money in comically and even thievingly unfavorable conditions for the client. I paid 250 euros, so for 1 euro the hotel costs 4 zlotys. Also on that day in other exchange offices the euro stood over PLN 4.50. For me, this is a scandalous, even a thieving situation. Paying PLN 500 for one person in a small, standard room, I thought that at least there would be standard extras that guests usually receive for the duration of their stay at the hotel. I mean mainly a bathrobe and flip-flops, but nothing could be further from the truth. It is also worth mentioning the "service" of breakfasts. I mean one particular lady. I had the impression that the lady who was serving the district in which I was sitting did it as a penalty or for free. It was scary to ask or ask for anything, because a person met with a rude, arrogant remark or the lack of it. I had the feeling that the guests were there for her, not she for the guests. Upon entering the restaurant, I wanted a table by the window, which had not yet been cleared from previous guests. Probably Oksana, because we are still talking about her, was just picking up dirty dishes from that table. I greeted you and asked you politely if I could sit here, to which you rolled your eyes, after which I received an arrogant, unpleasant answer "for now, I'm cleaning here, you also have other tables available". I said, however, I would prefer to sit here if it doesn't cause her such a big problem. I got no answer to that anymore, only an unpleasant look. Of course, I watched the lady throughout my breakfast stay, and I think she's just in the habit of glaring at her and rolling her eyes at the guests. Very unpleasant situation, it just so happens that I also work in the breakfast service at the grand hotel, if I acted to the guest this way I would lose my job in a maximum of 15 minutes. Perhaps this is where the mental comfort of the guest is not so important. I rate the maids very positively. In conclusion, I do not recommend anyone, it was my first and last visit to this hotel. Super centrally located hotel in Szczecin. 2 shopping centers within walking distance. Great view cafe on the 22nd floor right next door. Breakfast ok but not outstanding. Restaurant quite expensive, drink prices very good. Nice restaurants nearby. Room was adequate, noisy air conditioning and TV with us broken. Nevertheless, ideal hotel for city exploration.

Very nice hotel! The room was clean and modern, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast tasted very good! The wellness area is also very nice and the staff very friendly! I can only recommend.

Breakfast at a reasonable price is very, very good ... but the parking fee per day is 17 euros, which is 1/5 of the cost of the room.

The rooms are 'retro', but the hotel is undergoing renovation, so it will change soon. I have no objections, clean, neat and peaceful. A very large selection of breakfasts, I also estimate the plus. Well, the parking lot ... could be bigger, because the subscriptions are crowded, but when you come back, this place is always there.

For a Radisson rather rustic, but clean and the beds are ok. The windows cannot be opened, so only AC.
Restaurants are also good but absolutely overpriced in proportion. The hotel exchange rate does the rest. All in all good and you can hardly find anything better anyway ...

There are rooms which are not made to smell of smoke but otherwise a good Hotel.
