Excellent service very pleasent staff excellent food excellent rooms

Great location, if not in the center of Oslo. Good lunch and nice conference facilities.

At great location and great view from hotel.. beautifully craftted interiors if the hotel.

The stay was fine, but the bed was too soft for me. Also there was constant humming coming from the ventilation system which was really audible when trying to sleep. Also, this hotel seems to be a popular choice for large groups of tourists. Bit too crowded for my taste.

Good standar in the room I got. Reception could have been more accommodating.

Ok room but the sink in the bathroom took badly away from the water in the shower, for hot water in the shower one day and too cold the other day. Impossible to set the correct temperature. Decent enough breakfast, but the cold mirror is not very good.

Chose an upgrade! Kjempeflott. Good breakfast and walking distance to everything.

Good hotel with good concept at breakfast, although the omelette could have been made with less oil. The room is good, but needs renovation as there is some worn furniture / walls and bathroom.

They have had very good lunch when I was there on conference in November 2016. (I was not accommodated in this hotel).

Best hotel during our trip in Europe, big bedroom, connecting with a shopping mall and railway station.

Nice and great hotel, but not clear what is included and not. The first time I have experienced that breakfast is not included in the price. Pleasant staff.

We stayed here for 1 night on our Norway tour and were really completely disappointed. The breakfast and our room did not even come close to meeting the expectations of a 4 * hotel. We got an old, wheelchair accessible room with a shower curtain in the bathroom. At the buffet there was only filter coffee and the selection was really limited. We should then pay an absurd 50.00 for our dog. No other hotel (all of which were much better) charged more than 30.00. I am happy to pay 50.00 if everything fits ... The arrogant and superficial staff rounded the whole thing off perfectly. A Radisson Blu will never see us again :-)

The hotel has good breakfast, ok rooms (a little dated), but bathrooms need an upgrade! I asked for a bath room but instead got one with a shower with a hopeless shower head that was impossible to wash with. Dirty surfaces, so cleaning is like that. Lousy fad, bring your own!

Non-Oslo core area, partial residential area. Nordic chain hotel, breakfast buffet is very good, dinner buffet is ordinary. Good surrounding environment, suitable for running and walking

Near perfect example of what a hotel should be. Only let down is the horrible price for parking nearby.

Very clean and nice, and pleasant staff. What pulls down is sloppy; much in the kitchenette lacked like plain tea, sugar and milk, teacups, coffee cups. Besides, there were no brushes. The breakfast was nothing special. No smoothie, and bad with fresh fruit and
almost no order to choose from. We also didn't get coffee, but had to ask for it

Nice design hotel near Oslo, lovely area and good price for rooms of such a high standard. The negative thing was that the parking in the garage made it quite expensive anyway. Even the prices in the bar could have been a little cheaper, but that is their way of compensating for the discount on the rooms.

Nice hotel in nydalen, Oslo. Convenient service and nice atmosphere. The rooms are okay, but in the middle quality range. The breakfast is standard with possibilities for fresh omelett.

A quiet and nice hotel with very friendly staff. The conference rooms were large and good. Unfortunately, the cakes / figs disappeared before we could take it. There was only sweet and fruit, missing cheese and biscuits. Little food at lunch.

It's a nice hotel with kindly personal, tasty and many variety at the breakfast. I recommend this hotel for everybody.

Quite okay hotel, could have been better breakfast, the room I had should be upgraded a bit, struggling marks on the tubs. Easily accessible for public transport

Hotel very good, not very expensive to be in Oslo and with good combination of metro to go to the city center in 15 min.

Top conference venue. Great food and good selection. Good chairs.

The hotel is located in the center of nydalen but a lot of offices and restaurants around. Paid 3100 NOK for one night. Despite booking a superior room, I got a standard. Starts getting pretty worn considering the price of rooms.

Great hotel, decent rooms. Get a little pull on expensive parking, and no breakfast included in the price. This gives you a supplement of about 600 per day for two people. As long as you take this into account it's ok.

Very nice hotel near the metro with gorgeous view to the city centre

I was on course nearby so the Radisson Hotel was closest. The restaurant dems is very good, good selection with food. Room was ok. Had a view of the Akerselva river. The head shower was old and worked badly. Otherwise the stay was fine. Well chosen with breakfast.

Was a little too much that didn't work. The key card didn't work and the bathroom light didn't work. We didn't get half the price off, so the southbound was so so.

Lovely place as always... My favorite Hotel in Nydalen! Great breakfast for those that enjoy lengthy breakfast meals.

Hotel is amazing.. We asked for extra towels as there was no floor mat in the toilet.. And also for an extra heater as it was very cold at night.. Both were provided with no extra charge and without any fuss..! The mini bar fridge in our room was not working so unfortunately we could not buy some food to keep during our stay.. Even if the problem was reported twice.. No one solved the problem nor provided a better option if only they could have offered to keep our food refrigerated for us it would have been great.. But they didn't seem bothered about it.. So that was a bit upsetting.. And the review would have been 5stars.. Another little issue was the shower.. Very old and annoyingly water coming with no pressure and just in the middle.. Not like a good hotel shower that wakes you up and makes you feel refreshed.. So that is my opinion but I feel like they could improve in the details.. The breakfast is great and all the staff were very polite and friendly! Avoid the hotel restaurant for dinner at all costs!!! Not worth it at all! I would have given the hotel a 2stars because of the lack of service at the restaurant the ridiculous prices for what you get and the horrible quality of cooking.. (Please do your business a favour and train your chefs to cook vegetables so they are not raw and to season the meat and not heat it in a microwave (?) as it was hard chewy and cold and boiling hot at the same time..not to mention tasteless..oh and a mix leaf salad was 5 leaves no dressing.. Very disappointing all for 355nok)

The location of the hotel is in a wonderful and beautiful place

Very good attention, a large room and a very good dinner and meal. The bathroom is also very good.

Great place to spend a night. Friendly staff and comfortable bed. The hotel is also located near public transport.
However it is not very cheap. An Amaretto at the hotel bar cost me about 10 euro.

Nice hotel a litle bit outside centrum but its only 2 minutes to the metro ant then 10 m8nutes to centrum. Nice staff and good breakfast.

You can find Radisson Blu Hotel Nydalen almost next to the entrance of metro station Nydalen. What a relief after having spent hours travelling! I chuckled at the thought that I had even concidered taking a taxi from Oslo Central Station to this hotel. The trip was faster with the metro (at a fraction of the cost).

On entering the hotel I stepped into a welcoming & spacious interior, with a reception to the right side. No trouble getting to the entrance while guests are trying to check-in or out.
The room was fantastic (see the photo's that I uploaded). Free wifi. No hassle with passwords. OK... I had to get used to the idea that the door opens into the hallway, instead of it opening into the room... So when walking down the hallway, don't walk too close to the sides, or you might bump into a door if it is opened when you walk by.

I also uploaded a map of the floor. If you look closely you will see that none of the rooms are adjacent to the elevator. Your rest will not be disturbed by the noises that an elevator can produce.

I didn't make use of the restaurant for my diner. (See another one of my reviews on a nearby restaurant). Breakfast was good. Plenty of choices. Tables kept clean. Food presented nicely.

Checkout was without any trouble. Fast & efficient.

This is for sure a hotel that I can recommend and will return to next time I am in Oslo.

I went for a technical meeting. Breakfast is very good. All you can eat. No cable, you need o pay for it. There is wifi. I didn't take anything from the bar because is too expensive.

Good rooms and service
I got a standard room and it was of good size. Got two single beds and a desk where I could do some work. The bed was comfortable and there were pillow options. The breakfast had a lot of different options, all the way from health-nut to egg-sausage-bacon-lovers. The overall service in the hotel was good. Me and a colleague rented one conference room which was in good standings and had all the cables, projectors and white boards one can wish for.

A good hotel altough some floors are in need of a refurbish in order to take step into the right decade. Close to BI and good communications to downtown Oslo.

Be here with a seminar job. Good facilities with serving of fruits, nuts and refreshments all day. Absolutely lovely lunch with a fish soup of another world! Absolutely gorgeus!

Radisson Blu Nydalen is located in a modern business district outside Oslo's center. The metro (T-Bane) stops right next to the hotel and takes you to main station in less than 10 minutes - very convenient.

Parking our car however was a desaster, as the entrance to the garage was blocked by construction work and the hotel did not care to put up any signs towards a diversion. I tried calling the hotel to inquire about alternative parking several times but nobody would pick up - I do not understand how this could happen in a large hotel during the middle of the day.

We ended up parking in a nearby public garage, paying a fortune and walking back with our luggage.

Check-in took almost 20 minutes as the only person at the front desk was having lunch; probably also the reason why nobody would take my phone calls. When the receptionist finally returned to duty, he brought a plate of waffles and coffee for himself while a lot of people were waiting in a queue; not very professional.

The room was OK and met the standard you would expect from a four star hotel. We had ordered an extra bed for my 15 year old brother which was a bad joke though; to put it politely. The extra bed's slatted frame was missing several wooden parts, so the mattress crashed right to the floor - see picture attached.
I consider it outrageous to put obviously broken furniture into a guests room; whoever prepared the room must have noticed the problems.
After calling "One Touch Service", the bed was promptly replaced but the new one was not very comfortable either.

Breakfast buffet was good and check-out went smoother than check-in.

Overall a high standard building in a convient location but the lack of attention to details and the terrible service cast a bad light onto the hotel management.

Nice rooms and quiet night sleep. Subway station only a minute away. Good business hotel.

Depending on your room this is one of the best located hotels in Oslo. The area is very quiet and dominated by the BI (Business) University next to it. Very scenic areas as well, especially in the summer. Close to Storo Shopping Mall and to the surrounding Mountains with beautiful scenic views of Oslo.

Very nice lobby and good breakfast, the room for my part was very poorly ventilated and warm, which consulted to wake up many times. Otherwise nice location
