Wow...I am in shock by how awful this company is. I try to not focus too much on the reviews because sometimes people exaggerate but these one star reviews are true Not only is the company trash but their vendors as well. One never shipped my stuff, and the other shipped me another customers stuff and said I needed to pay to ship it to the right customer who is shipping my stuff making me wait ANOTHER 4 days. Wow but I m going to New York so looks like my package will be sitting outside for four days. Also could not understand her AT ALL. Very heavy accent and barely understood me.

The companies customer service is so bad I had to take a hit to stop from cussing them out. They sound bored and annoyed the entire time. They answer the phone like it s their personal cell, don t tell you before they put you on hold or switch you over. I messaged them on the site where I was told to call, when I called they told me to email. Really? I asked for a supervisor who s was initially rude (probably because I was being rude) but after putting me on hold she returned sounding better.

Never have I gotten a full order that I placed, they always give the big orders out before filling the smaller ones therefore never expect to get everything you want. Not even once have I received a full order from a store, the items are there to order, but not available when filling orders, really need to find a better way to help the smaller companies and not give our order to the bigger business. I am so disappointed with this last order so many things cancelled, I m definitely looking for a different wholesale company

Extremely painful "verification" process. Ignores phone calls and messages. Treats businesses like a number and not a company they value doing business with.

If I could give no stars I would!! They will verify your documents then turnaround and decline them. I ve been at this for 2 months now and still nothing!! I have multiple receipts and a sellers permit and business license, I m thoroughly confused and irritated.

I only gave one star because they don t have a Trash button! They have the worst customer service in history! During my registration I was sent an email stating that my permit was expired! I ve been shopping all month long and even just left LA fashion district a week ago and purchased thousands of dollars worth of merchandise using my permit! Whoever sent me the email has such a slick mouth! She wrote me stating (we are happy you were able to use an expired permit!) After setting her back Straight and sent all my invoices from last week she blocked my account stating I was unprofessional and my address didn t match and I m not allowed to contact LA showroom again! I called the customer service number and I was told that nothing said my permit was invalid and my permit is very so active! they only see the addresses were different! So she blocked my account because I was correct my permit was not expired but now you wanna talk about my address locations are the reason why my account was blocked!?!? No that s not what I was told! I sent proof of the email and my invoices from last week shopping trip! At this moment i don t want to do business with them! I rather continue to go out in LA twice a year and do my shopping personally! I don t want them making any money off from me shopping through them! Im good! Los Angeles must have a shortage on good workers!

I have thoroughly enjoyed doing business with LAShowroom. They have been extremely helpful and responsive when I have questions or concerns. I use lashowroom almost everyday to order merchandise for my boutique. If there is any problem...they are excellent at customer service. They will contact vendors for you if you cannot get in touch with them and are quick to resolve any situations.

We love ordering clothing from here for our business. Anytime we have a problem or question we email the customer service team and they are the best! They responds very quickly and always resolves any issues. We really appreciate the service they give us and will continue ordering from lashowroom!

This place is crap I made a purchase in one of their stores and it turns out that they charged me for the purchase and they never sent it to me, I called them a thousand times and they say that the payment was not registered but in my bank they gave me up to the authorization number with that the payment was collected and according to them they did not find it with the authorization number. They are damn thieves and they put the client up for a fight. I made the purchase in kancan just like thieves. My money was stolen but no problem.

I ve been using LA Showroom for my boutique for a couple of years now. I ve had good and bad service and products. I m learning who to purchase from and who not to still. Shoe click is a very reliable supplier and great customer service they refunded my partial order to defects with no problem. And I ve gotten great products from them as well. However a lot of times the place in order the call you and tell you but they don t have it so the website is not really true. After reading the reviews I will try to find shoe click and Stella shoes on their own website to use in the future. I ll give them a 4 because I have the latest styles and trends and for the most part do good business. Let s see style however sent me some horribly wrong size shoes and the quality was very bad and when I called them on it they offered me a $30 credit which is not even the shipping on the whole box but when I went to use it each time they said they were out of whatever I was trying to purchase so I will never purchase from them again even though they show they have new items.

You are better off registering with the companies personally. If you can visit LA Fashion District is even better.Majority of those places have their own website. This place will continue to see your registration, seller's permit, invoices, and they will say they cannot read it or " you cant send it that way" Just go online and to the fashion district of la and go to their websites. As long as you are valid. I am sure they dont mind you spending money in their stores. Also it is hard to get in touch with customer service.

I have been using this website for years to shop for my boutique. I really like the variety of businesses that post their merchandise online and how easy it is to order and have things shipped to you. I don't even travel to buy for my business anymore because this site has more than enough options to buy.

Worst Customer experience ever. Do not waste your time shopping here. You will lose all of your money. Find a better website. These guys are complete frauds.

buyer beware!!! Our card has been stolen 4 times in 4 months from this site! We know this because one of the cards we used was new and never used anywhere else.

Watch the sizes on ordering! My best friend ordered my 6 bridesmaids dresses and NONE of them fit! So they have to spend another hundred to get them altered! Thanks a lot LA Showroom! Also, they apparently changed their ordering policy AFTER the 6 dresses were ordered. I needed one more for another bridesmaid and they couldn't order because you have to have a order of at least 5 even though we already ordered 6, 600 dollars worth of dresses that didn't fit and couldn't order another dress to match the others, it's for my wedding for crying out loud! We couldn't return the dresses either! So I was stuck! 600 dollars worth of dresses they didn't fit and you couldn't help a bride out! Very disappointed!

We have been purchasing from LA Showroom for almost 10 years now. We have never had an issue. It is a very professional web-based wholesale marketplace that is safe and secure with all your payment information...which in this day in age, is a HUGE thing.

Never will I ever use them again. Nor will I suggest them to anyone else. Customer Service is horrific. Before using them please do your research. If you have a particular wholesaler that you like find out if they have their own website, build a rapport with them and use them directly.
