It's a huge hotel where everything works good at our stay. The room was nice even though doesn't look really modern. We got a very nice balcony where we could enjoy some beers outside and the sun.
At the top floor have a beautiful sky bar.
In the morning the breakfast was served in a huge place but was very basic compared with the restaurant size. I wished could have some more variety of food.

The room itself is very worn and shabby. The floor is full of scratches, the furniture has had better days and everything is chipped, broken or just ugly. Not to be compared with the other Radisson Blu in Oslo.
Thanks for the feedback from the hotel. I am happy to add a few more pictures and thank you that we had no electricity in the room for a while. Never again with you. It doesn't matter whether you have better rooms. Anyone who offers something like this to guests is through with us. Very fine greetings.
A very pleasant hotel with lovely staff and excellent rooms. It has a very cool chic decor in the communal areas and also the rooms. The hotel is conveniently located in the centre. The gym was closed during my visit but they offered us access to the gym over the road. My only gripe was with the restaurant. Although it had a great menu and was a really nice space (plus the staff were excellent), the food could have definitely been executed better. For example the fries weren t even cooked properly. So I would recommend this hotel, but maybe eat out for food until they remedy the kitchen!
Good premises, professional and very courteous service tidy and clean
Nice place. One wonders, however, that there is a supervised wardrobe area, but one must not put their luggage there on the day it is needed. It is a little tricky that we then get an unconsidered room instead. We held a symposium there and even though many things worked, it was also the case that it was not clear to us, for example when we found silk certain rooms that were lectured in. It also wondered that I ordered a coke and had to drop 53, - nk for it. It was a bit abundant!

The interior of the room was outdated and worn, the bed was so soft that we got back pain. Had this after the first night three times complained, only the third time I was told that none of the already offered for the first time liners for the beds, would be available.
High quality rooms, breakfast very good, bar fitness room swimming pool. Quite decent prices for double rooms. All in all very good.

We were guests of this hotel in the first week of November 2015. Great location, close to the center and the main attractions. Very nice room, well furnished, very bright. Excellent and abundant breakfast with very wide choice. Friendly staff. Excellent quality-price relation. What can I say ..... I highly recommend it
The worst thing I have been to is poor service and secondly, they have gone to my friend's bag and thought they found drugs something that was not the case. So when we were to pick up our bags they told us to wait a little so they would pick it up but then they had called the police never felt so offended that we were no excuse to come once so I recommend staying away from this place.
Rude barman who on closing bar leaving many still waiting to order, then turns lights off in whole bar! I had a full drink and then attempted to take my drink to upstairs bar, only to be threatened by the barman with being thrown out by security! Seeing as I had my company booked in with 5 staff at considerable cost I didn t feel like looking for another hotel at 11pm! A small row then occurred and then he looked like he was trying to make amends by putting his hand out to shake mine, only when I put my hand out to shake his hand he pulled away and stuck his middle finger up to me. Charming !

Swimming pool, sauna and gym shut for maintenance after booking, insane parking fee 72/HR and 400/day, did not Get the bed ordered hence had to claim IT and shift the room, took 2hrs to settle down. Not value for money ....

Worst service we had anywhere in Europe. No help at the door with bags. Tried to eat dinner in the hotel restaurant and was given a lunch menu. Disinterested waiter. We left and ate tapas across the street. AC did not work. Maintenance came and confirmed it wasn't working and brought a 6 inch fan. Internet was worse than the internet on the ship. If you've been on a cruise you know how intermittent WiFi is. Various remodeling/ construction going on in the building. Checkout day my wife was told there were no bellmen to take our bags nor my in-laws' bags down. Clean, if unbearably hot, room. Shower worked. There was a tv. Glad we only had one night here.

Nice hotel, rooms in standard size. You can upgrade to upper floors with nicer views (and no waiting time) *wink*. Breakfast is average, nice presentation but with average selection and standard quality (canned orange juice presented in Glas bottles for instance) . Really nothing special.
Quite a nice hotel for more or less reasonable price.
Its located in perfect place not far from practically anything:

2)7 mins walk from harbor
3)10 minutes walk from city house and fortress
4)15 mins walk from grinuoka
5)5 mins walk from royal palace
6)5 mins walk from central streer
7) 2 mins walk from two 24/7 groceries
The room was quite cozzy and the view was impressive (however it was not ready on time so i hald to walk around rhe city waiting).
The shower is real good. Water power is nice, the water is real damn hot.
Good reference room. Relatively short to Oslo S. Slightly few toilets.
The hotel location is great, next to the palace and very close to the center and Opera. The breakfast is delicious and the people who work at the reception are very friendly. I really recommend this hotel.
Woke up this morning and I still feel sleepy. The ventilation system and the moderate traffic 17 floors below kept me awake. Otherwise the room was nice and neat, and the staff were all very welcoming and smiling.
The southern side has a beautiful view over Oslo fjord.
Don t miss the majestic morning buffet.

Nice Restaurant, very likely to eat something have a drink and go to sleep. The rooftop has a nice terrace with good view of Oslo. The Bus to the airport is particularly useful for large groups or for you is carry a lot of bags.
A good business hotel that also works for tourists. Located quite central and you can easily reach other parts of the city with the trams that fit. The staff is helpful and the cleaning good. Only useless air conditioning that is not available, so I think you should avoid the summer months.

Lovely hotel. Friendly and efficient staff at reception. The rooms are quite nice, clean a good size and well appointed. Very central in location but not right on the main street which is also very nice. A business hotel with conference center but still a good size that it doesn't feel sprawling.
A lousy hotel. We booked a large double room with double bed, and bath. We were given a small room with two single beds pushed together, without a bath. The room was worn and there was smell of mildew in the room. When we complained, we were told that it was not possible to change rooms, but as compensation we would have a great breakfast delivered to the room the following morning. We got breakfast, but it wasn't very big or great ..
We later discovered that they had listed the breakfast on our bill, and charged it to the same account we paid the room with.

Honestly the hotel sells itself as a 4 star hotel when it barely makes it to 3. They did not clean the rooms until we asked them to. The rug had holes in it. The rooms where too small, something they clearly know, because the photos online are very misleading. The rooms had this typical insert key to activate the lights system, which in itself is not a problem, the problem is that i could not turn the lights off, so if i wanted to sleep, i would need to go to where the key was inserted and take it from the system, making me wonder in the darkness back to the bed.
The floors where dirty and unwaxed, the rugs had many spots in them including some of what looked like gum.
The food was bad, i could not finish it.
We asked for a wake up call, it never happened.
Honestly im more mad about the lies than the quality. The hotel is supposed to be 4 stars, they certainly charge you like it, but once you get there, it becomes apparent that its not even close to a good 3 star hotel.
The good part about the hotel is that the people you interacted with where one of the nicest you could ever meet.

A huge hotel with great facilities and most importantly, clean and quiet with super comfortable bed and lovely modern decor.
Staying at a seminar, didn't stay there. Ok amenities, as expected. There was some work clothes from surrounding rooms to the auditorium that disturbed the lecturers.
Nice enough. The breakfast is amazing and the rooms are nice, very European. The pool and sauna isn't quite what I expected and there are some cosmetic problems with the room, but overall what I expected.
Good airport hotel nice junior suite spacious and a good price especially compares to the centre. You just walk out of arrivals and your there checkin was super fast and easy they arranged a cot for our baby and express checkout in the morning just drop the key and go.
Like the hotel but in terms of price it could be better. A big minus is the extremely inefficient operation. Must always stand in line for a long time at both check-in and check-out. It should be much easier when you have pre-ordered, difficult to understand that it will take so long. Check-out should be possible without having to fill out an entire page of information.
Many of the employees can be quite arrogant at times ...
