Nice hotel, with good rooms, the food served in the restaurant is nice and the sky bar has a great view

Friendly welcome, well-kept, excellent service.
The sky lounge is a must !!!
During the day you can see Genk in clear weather, and even further. In the evening all those beautiful lights.
Also various congress halls, meeting rooms, ...

Kitchen does not know the difference between vegetarian, vegan or pescotarian! BE CAREFUL!

Through one good friend I know that the hotel treated everything seriously, reliably and discreetly. That is why I cannot judge better myself.

Non-cleaned room offered to you upon first check-in. For the price of the room I think this is actually not possible. Immediately resolved by giving a new room.

Rooms are wonderful but showers are way too narrow. Occasionally when your showering you bump the job and it goes cold or hot. Else wise it's beautiful and comfortable.

Far too expensive for what it suggested, maybe it's the location but for these prices you have much better 4 star hotels
