Older property that is loved by the staff and it shows.

There was lots of parking close to the main entrance. Check in was quick and easy, the staff were neatly dressed and very polite. I did have the fear when I opened the door to my room as the carpet was lumpy, but the mattress was very new. The room was spotlessly clean, the fridge work perfect and everything was were it should have been. The one thing I did find inconvenient was no phone charging ports. Great value and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Had a one night stay with my wife in a jacuzzi suite. Wouldn't say the jacuzzi was worth it, but the rest of the room was great. Facilities look well maintained for the most part, although one of the fitness machines had a broken cable, and a pool table was missing an 8 ball. The pool was nice, though. Breakfast in the morning was pretty good. All in all, I'd rate the facility a solid 8 of 10. The staff were super friendly, and my stay was exceptional (I wasn't really bothered by the problems, as they didn't really interfere with my stay).

Had a Christmas party here. The room was nice, staff was helpful. Food was good, though the buffet was replenished slowly. To be fair there were 4 or 5 other Christmas parties that night.

Let s start from the beginning. So the GF had booked our Jacuzzi Suite months MONTHS in advance, through their website not even a middle man like Expedia. We came up a day early so just got a casual room there for the night, next morning we go to check into the room we had booked MONTHS in advance, But they gave the room to someone else. So GF is upset and they end up putting us into another room trying hype up that it has a jet tub, and that we ll get the jacuzzi suite for our last night. Well we had no choice, so we took it. Get into the room, the jet tub didn t work, shower head ripped from the wall. So we left for the day, because they felt bad because this was our anniversary, they got us a gift certificate for the pub down stairs for dinner and wine, only to expire that night, we ll the pub was closed that night when we got back, and also closed today so we can t even use it or the drink coupons they gave us. Now they have 2 different charges on hold on the GFs credit card 3x for holding the rooms as well as used the card to pay for the rooms when we stated we would be paying cash. Now we are waiting for our jacuzzi room
Honestly the worst experience and has ruined our only long weekend we both got off from work till late spring. Hotel needs better communication, don t just book people into rooms when they ve been payed for months in advance, etc, etc, etc.

The hotel staff is the most incompetent staff I've ever experienced. I booked this room for my wedding night and the night prior. I had booked it many months in advance, and Had to call several times to confirm it was still reserved because some staff couldn't even find my name in the system. Upon my arrival I had asked for 2 cots for my bridesmaids. They didn't show up and when they did they tried to charge me for them (even though I was paying $450 for my room) In the AM I had called to have the cots removed from my room so that there would be room to get ready for the wedding. These cots were never removed so I had to wheel them out into the hallways where they proceeded to stay (they were still there when I returned from my wedding that night.) when I returned I noticed that there was no toilet paper. I called front desk where I was told "I'll see what I can do because I'm the only one working" this is the kind of response I got for everything, no toilet paper was ever brought up. I should have wiped my ass with their towels, but unlike them, I have respect. My new husband and I decided to use the jacuzzi tub. It worked very poorly! I was also awoken many times throughout the night by the ice machine which sounded like a jack hammer coming through my room. When I mentioned this the staff simply said "hahah yeah lots complain about it." a couple days after all of this crap I noticed my credit card was charged for this room, even though my sister had gone and paid for it as a gift. But guess what, her card was charged too. I also noticed that my card was charged again for another hotel guest. They can't even manage simple payments. I have not yet received one apology nor ANY empathy from this hotel. I am absolutely sickened and appalled at how mis-managed such a large corporation is.

Very comfortable beds!!!! Nicely appointed and the in-house restaurant features an all you can eat buffet for $10.50, using real food. The only complaint that would have about this hotel is that their parking is a little difficult to navigate but overall I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others.

I was only in the Pub. Service is great. Food is great. Nice atmosphere. They used to have couches in front of a huge fireplace that was cozy and now it is a stage held together by a ratchet straps and duct tape. Like, really?

Live music? Really? Why? When? Who? Bands? What bands? Kiss tribute band? Pub 76? Really?

K.

Hated that. Sat at a crud table by the crud stage like a bad dog. It was gross. Super grodie.

The rest was golden.

These guys do a great job of taking care of their guests. The place is waaaay off the beaten track to be sure, right in the middle of...an industrial sector. But they renovated a while ago, it's quite nice now.

Unprofessional behavior by lady in morning and at night on front desk. They don't even know how to greet a guest. Shampoo, conditioner and lotion was already open in room and seal was broken. I stayed here before too but this time was my last horrible experience.

The place had no vending machines for snacks. I was there for a conference and I didnt have time to eat at the restaurant so I needed something to eat fast. The one they did have had to accessed by cc which I dont have. Why is there not machines that use change? Not cool.

Such lovely staff in a very well kept, clean hotel. The food is amazing, I was pleasantly surprised with the great quality for the price. The service was exceptional. This is my new home away from home when I am in Edmonton.

There was nothing positive here, took so ling to check in even with prior reservation. The keys won't work in the elevator, when went back to the front desk I was told to not keep my key with my phone. Enetr the room and it is so dark. The switch at the would not turn on the internal lights and the light at the door was not reaching far enough into the room. Finally walked into the dark room and found the switch for the area. Ventilation fan was so noisy and the pillows were too hard. Next morning went for breakfast and there was no vegetarian choice, only beef sausages or bacon was available.
Anyway, not at all impressed. Will look for somewhere else for my nezt trip to the area.

It's nice. Reasonably priced and cheerful friendly staff. Overall a pleasant experience. I would stay here again anytime. My only complaint is the view out the window is terrible but hey that's not their problem if Edmonton is an ugly hole in the ground!
Sorry if I offend any of you Edmontonians. We all have choices. Just my opinion. It is what it is!.

August 29. 2015 Estelle Millaud: Radisson Convention centre, We can not thank them enough for all their dedication and hard work on our special day! We were treated like queens, we used them For our Reception & Ceremony. we didn't have to worry about anything! They decorated catered, set up and took down! They were truly an amazing Venue and very reasonable in price. Our guest stated that "it was the best food ever tasted at a wedding" All the staff went the extra mile to make sure our day was perfect including the manager!! He came to check Just to make sure our day was going perfect.

We arrived around noon and were told to wait for our rooms to be ready, which would be on the same floor as the rest of our party. When we returned around 4pm we were told our rooms were still "dirty" and assigned 2 new rooms on random floors instead of adjacent ones on the same floor as the rest of our party. When we asked to have our original rooms and explained we were willing to wait, they refused to make the change (after several minutes of excuses). Clearly the staff gave away the rooms and lied about their reasons instead of owning up for the mistake. After ~2 hours we were assigned 2 rooms which are in the same floor, but separate from the rest of our party and not the originally assigned rooms.

I stayed in a few hotels with my job and I was pleasantly surprised here. The rooms was an upgraded room, well appointed. The bathroom was large and had a jetted-soaker tub, very nice (which I used nightly). The room was a large King bed, the bed was actually comfortable and the pillows were great too. There was a kitchenette, but it was dark - no direct lighting in the kitchen space. The free bottles of water were a very nice touch.

I felt comfortable and would stay here again.

Some of the other reviews noted the sound proofing is weak -this is true. Its obviously a wood-frame building, and you can hear other guests showering, walking down the halls, doors slamming. I would not want a room by the elevator or the stairs.

Enjoyed a one night stay here. The room and hotel were clean, attractive, and inviting. Very comfortable king size bed, great pillows, ample space, coffee stand, and bathroom, with dual shower heads and the usual goodies. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub seemed well maintained and clean. Perfect to hang out and relax after a long day.
Location is lacking a bit but the hotel served it s purpose to a tee! Thanks guys and we will be back.
