Loved the ice cream at the hotel. It seems to be a clean hotel.

Excellent food, clean, comfortable rooms, and a fantastic decor. Plus, piles of parking.

I would give less than one star if it was possible. Paid for my vehicle there for two weeks only to come back to the back window being smashed in and some items stolen as well. No security cameras in the area. Will never park there again.

A police report has been filed and evidence turned in. I would strongly suggest installing security cameras in that area of the lot if you want people to continue to park and pay there.

I'm well aware that the hotel isn't responsible for the vehicles but when you find out they were aware of multiple vehicles being broken into, a phone call would be nice so the vehicle isn't sitting there with snow accumulating in it because it's exposed to the elements and possible thieves/vandals.

Stayed for the weekend and everything went great, food in restaurant was great and good service, the check in went very well! Its in an industrial area so plain to drive where ever you want to go!

I went on a roadtrip with my partner and this was the first location, we arrived at 7AM in Edmonton and thought, there was no way in hell we're going to be able to check in. But the front desk absolutely did let us check in (lucky I suppose), gave us breakfast tickets for that morning as well as the next morning, and was extremely friendly.

The room itself is very very clean, room is modern, well decorated and comfortable!

The price was fair considering we went during high-season! Definitely recommend!

Overall bad experience with this hotel. It is not 3 stars at all. Please, consider the option to book whether in downtown or the cheapest what you could find.

I had my wedding here recently and was so excited but after the wedding I was wrongfully charged for *extra people* that I didn't have. It seems to be a trend here, even though I had evidence that I didn't have extra people the manager was trying to convince me that and I quote "we gave you a discount and did you a favour by reducing the number of people". The manager here has no sense of professionalism and talked to me anyhow she pleased, cut me off when I spoke. I didn't mind that they barely had my stuff together but it was ridiculous. I would not recommend any future bride to host their wedding here. I have yet to receive refund or an apology nothing.

Here for a wedding, venue seemed very open to providing the area early for set up. Location is far but venue is very nice.

Attended for a company Christmas party. Great food. Great atmosphere. Grand ball room looks nice

Looked into the Radisson for hosting my wedding. Very nice staff and accommodation.

Nice and clean. But slippery parking lot. Use some sand through-out.

Great place for our training and food was good. Bread was a little dry for the sandwiches though.

I'll be honest here I would not recommend this venue to anyone. Our day of was perfect and everything thankfully turned out great. But the issues leading up to and after our wedding were awful. They have an amazing ballroom and the food was spectacular. But this venue has a major issue with communication with clients and among themselves. They seem to have a lot of staff turnover and we were constantly having to deal with someone new and we would get lost in the shuffle.

We were constantly promised things and told things only to turn around and find out "the manager didn't approve it" or to not be told at all and find out unexpectedly. For example catering prices were increased by 45% and no one told us until we were 2 months before our wedding at our tasting. If something that drastic changed why weren't we called or at least email? That is a really big deal especially when you are budgeting for an event with 150 people and you aren't able to receive the meal plan you agreed upon. Another example, I was told the venue would be doing setup of my day, but I would have the option to do the setup myself the Friday, however a event was booked the night before. So i was fine with staff setting up the room.(I kept the set up super easy just in case this happened) I was then told the hotel only did "Basic Setup" which means table, chair and linens, so I was left scrambling to find a decorator the month before. I was also told that cleanup of the ballroom was included in my pricing, which actually meant my decorations were thrown on the floor, lights were broken and my stuff was strewn all over the room.

We also unfortunately had a family emergency a couple days before our wedding which meant 5 family members were unable to attend our wedding reception. The hotel then told me that the staff counted TEN extra people at dinner meaning we owed more money. This was impossible we actually had 6 people in the end unable to attend.

The day of went fine and no one would have known the stress we went through, but in my opinion not worth the stress and the cost of the venue at all.

Very much enjoyed our stay here. No complaints. Nothing really close by to walk to as it's in the middle of an industrial park. No worries as it is close to everything by a short drive.

Easy to get to from the industrial area. Staff is friendly and the breakfast service is good. Beds are super soft, but I prefer a thicker blanket. At the time, they were upgrading the pool/hot tub so can not review it.

Was there for a work related event ....It was very much enjoy able the state of hotel was clean and well kept ..the food was delicious and the service was well places will def visit again

Great hotel with conference center and very good resturant

Very nice hotel and decently priced. Only complaints would be that there was barely and water pressure. Also the restaurant has a buffet breakfast was below average. And service was horrible. Waitresses were to busy gossiping to notice that we were ready to pay our bill for 15 minutes.

Staff ard friendly but lacking quality at the front desk.

I have stayed here a number of times on business and always have a pleasant experience. Beds are comfy, rooms are clean and staff are always friendly

The hotel is very classy, in an excellent location too. The breakfast was nice as well.

I met a very upstairs Canadian upstairs she taught a young lady worked well ..the rooms very clean and excellent service

Went for Friday BBQ buffet. Food fresh and hot but nothing special. Still a great deal and would return.

The hotel is very beautiful. When you first see it, it seems like it belongs at the base of a mountain. The rooms were clean and nice also.

The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. This is the second year in a row our work has chosen this location for our work party.

We are essential workers, truck drivers. We phoned for a room here because they advertise a restaurant. When we checked in we were told the restaurant is closed because of COVID 19, but the swimming pool is open. . Also we have a small dog, this is a pet friendly place , they charge an extra $20.00 for a pet. So we are put in a disgusting pet friendly room. Stained loose carpets. The drawers won't stay closed so they had scotch tape holding the closed. $128.00 to stay in this dump.

I haven't found a hotel that I like more. Quiet, good location, lovely staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. The new side of the hotel is nicer, so it's worth the bit extra to stay on that side.

My necklace was stolen. My family booked a reservation there on September 27 and when we were checking out the next day I forgot to get my necklace back in the room. We called the hotel 2 hours later regarding the necklace and then they told us that the housekeeping manager went home. So we just said okay were gonna call back tomorrow. Then when we called back they said the manager was not there at all. They kept giving us excuses like they cant find it or that the manager is out. We called the hotel three times for the next consecutive days but still nothing but excuses, finally they told us that theyll call us back if they have found it. A week passed and still nothing so when i called back today. A receptionist answered and its unbelievable how rude she was. When I talked about the lost necklace she started to sound annoyed and just said "we cant find it" in a straight laced voice and just short answer. When i tried asking again if they talked to the manager, they said nothing has been found at all. Then when i suggested if they checked the cctv they said they did and still nothing can be found. I asked about the housekeeper and they said they dont know. They offered little to no help regarding my situation. We went to a lot of hotels before but this one by far is just outrageous. When we went there first to check in, we had to wait for 1 and half hours just to get our room ready than the assigned time and now my necklace is stolen with no care given with the situation. I definitely DO NOT reccommend going here. Staffs are rude and they might even rob you. I would have given 0 stars if i can

My work put me up in this Hotel. It's a nice hotel that has all the amenities, with a massive parking lot. Truth be known, I never thought anything extraordinary or special about this particular place until their General Manager with an Assistant came to my work to deliver lunch just to thank the company for choosing The Radisson. In all my years of travel and hotels this is a first... 5 freaking stars... BABY!

Stayed here to visit some friends and room I had was infested with bed bugs!! elevator was a mess and staff was un-helpful.... hopefully they fire the manager running this place but be careful folks never had a worse experience at a hotel in my life plus the costs incurred and mental stress from getting rid of infestation.

Corporate meeting in the grand ballroom. Nice place, it is accommodating our group of 240 very comfortably! Adequate parking.
Our lunch buffet was excellent with a kitchen staff that really cared.
This is the place for corporate and group meetings. The HVAC was at a comfortable level and A/V equipment worked well.

I went toy first union meeting and it was held at this location the building is very nice and clean. And the smell from the restaurant was amazing

I ve stayed in myriad hotels across Canada for business trips, and this four-night stay at the Radisson was easily Top 3 ever. Very quiet and spacious rooms, excellent room service menu, excellent breakfast, friendly staff abound. A1.

Really beautifully decorated, gorgeous art work throughout, large rooms with comfortable beds and larger than average swimming pool however in cold winter temperatures it's cold in there! Water should almost be heated because of the outside door attached, but still had fun

In the first room the toilet did not work, but Ramsey one of the security guards went above and beyond to make sure we were promptly moved to a new room.

Was there for corporate challenge event, was surprised how nice it was inside the building. We weren't able to take our drinks off the patio which I found a little odd. Maybe it was the liquor license they got....

Nice hotel. Clean rooms, fancy dual shower head, complimentary water, didn't get a chance to try the breakfast buffet. And I wasn't to fond on the pillow style, but overall a very nice experience.

The hotel seems to be in the industrial area, far from anything. The renovations are quite nice, and the Exec King suite is very comfortable.

Rooms were nice and comfortable, but the insulation between the floors is awful. If you are in a lower floor you can hear everything. The rooms also did not have a safe in them, which was very strange. Staff are very nice and friendly. The dinner in their cafe is very delicious. The breakfast buffet is okay. Overall, our stay was all right.

The radisson staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here! Would like to especially say thank you to Anne as we came to Edmonton for medical purposes and she went out of her way to make us feel more comfortable. Thank you Anne and staff!

Well managed property in an industrial area. Very quiet location. Staffs are friendly and professional. Air condition is noisy.

This hotel is a good 3 star hotel. Don't expect much from this hotel it's pretty basic the bed are somewhat comfy and the pillows are terrible it's like resting your head on a peice of wood. The restaurant is hit and miss with their food. One good thing is the breakfast in the morning is amazing.

Stayed while attending city for medical purposes. Location a bit off the beaten path, but price and peace of neighbourhood well worth it. Though we arrived well into the night, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well attended, everything appeared in good repair, and wireless internet signal and strong and consistent. Though we missed opportunity, breakfast coupons were available for continental breakfast for the morning of our checkout. Other than minor issues, stay was pleasant and would court another stay if we find ourselves in similar circumstances. I would have no problem in suggesting this hotel to friends and family.

The beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept in

Really nice hotel. Everything seems big: King beds in the nicely finished rooms, lobby is large with lots of room to sit, and the restaurant always has space. And so somehow the entire hotel always feels calm and quiet. Multiple shower heads in the tub, and my room has had a well appointed kitchenette for both of my stays. The pool is fine, with a decent hot tub. There really is nothing you can walk to from the hotel, however, which is unfortunate, but otherwise I very much enjoy staying at this location.

Good location, nice amenities, food was a little over priced for what it was. Was asked to leave or pay cover at the pub even though we had ordered drinks and been there for 2 hours already.

Not impressed at all... clean but old. I returned after 4 years and I regret it. Poor gym, oatmeal is served only three days for breackfast, sauna was not in working etc.
