It was good temp in the room, but the audio was not great. The speakers had a whining noise. Just letting you know. And the speakers had to walk around with the mic instead of using their clip on mics. They were still great but it did seem a little low quality when they can't walk around without holding a mic... These days.

It's 12:30am and they have a truck out front to pump out the greas trap in the restaurant or something and it is making a godawful noise. It's bad enough that this is going on in the middle of the night but it went on for another 20 minutes after I called and asked if it could be shut down. Also had currency exchanged which i found out they are not supposed to do and probably for the reason they can't do it accurately and I was short changed. Nice rooms and restaurant but piss poor managment

I attended a couple of networking meetings at the hotel. The meeting rooms were well equipped, excellent wireless Internet availability, projector and screen etc. Lunch was very good at both meetings and they even provided a gluten free meal for one of the attendees.

I attended the Face to Face Magic the Gathering tournament at the Radisson a few days ago. The location was easy to access, being just off Sherwood Park freeway. The aesthetics were pleasing to the eye. A few restaurants were available nearby as well as a option inside the location Staff members kept the location tidy and the water stations stocked. The bathrooms were clean, if a little cramped.

Rooms are big, daily cleaning is awesome....but do not expect the front counter staff to be very attentive. Example: I called them because elevators were on fire service . They said they d look into it. Then an hour later we went out and elevators still in service. Went to front desk to remind them, the response was you mean both aren t working? It seems that someone walking to the elevators to investigate would interrupt their Facebook time on the front desk computers allegedly . Also, key cards kept losing programming. Both my wife s and mine. Very annoying. Especially when the elevators require a key card to get to the floor...even though the stairs in front of the elevator are not locked and you have access to all floors, very annoying.

Upon check in there is water filled with lemon and cucumbers this was very refreshing to guests who have been dehydrated from a road trip!

The room was comfortable and classy with a menu for room service. There was a moderate amount of selection for food for room service.

The food at the restaurant from this hotel was okay and the portions were fair for the price. I would recommend the hashbrowns for the breakfast buffett. Additionally, our server Chris was accommodating to our requests. Thanks Chris.

I would also like to thank Ismail for accommodating me and my family during our time here.
Your staff is great and I would come here again.

Attended a seminar in the grand ballroom. Lots of parking available. Decor at the Radisson was nice. Only issue was only 1 projection screen was available and pillars blocked the view for many people, including myself (this just may be the company hosting the seminar's fault and not so much the radisson)

Bathroom in the rooms are crammed, almost as tight as an RV bathroom. You definitely can't fit two people in there. A scent permeates throughout the hotel; It is supposed to smell like a forest I think? To me, It kind of smells like a cheap cologne musk worn by a sleazy car salesman trying to impress the ladies.

This place will never see me again. After having to move hotels 9pm at night when the power went out, with a baby, we booked on expedia, just to hear when we arrived that there isnt a room available and they would try to make a plan. Got a room, i asked for a crib since my baby started rolling off the bed. 2hours later i still hadnt received anything, there was also a loud noise like the water system was going to burst through the wLls every time someone in another room opens the water. I called reception told them to leave the crib since my son already fell asleep, they sent a maintence guy who couldnt believe the noise, he wanted us to move but it was to my understanding that there werent rooms available and i wasnt going to wake my baby up pack everything AGAIN and move just to find the next room probably worse. The mattress was such a poor quality your butt was higher then your head, my child woke up every 15mins from the noise aswell as i, so 3hours of sleep was all we got! When i laid a complaint the next morning they didnt even offer to refund our money back, just said heres breakfast and sorry. Breakfast isnt going to give me back the sleep i lost before our 6hour drive back home. I could have paid half that price and still slept in a quiter and more comfortable place in a motel! Waste of money!!

Place is huge, clean and welcoming on check in. Service is awesome. I asked to change the top sheet and less than 5 mins 2 housekeepers with their supervisor (maybe) went and changed the beddings and made sure all is good in the room. Thank you.
Hotel is really busy that you can't get 12noon late check out on a Sunday.

Great hotel in general! People at the desk are really nice and helpful and the waitress at the breakfast buffet were smiling and easy to talk to! I have stayed at this hotel for 50 days in a row and the room service was excellent (special thanks to Anissa who s working on the second floor). Only issue I ve had is with the delays with things like their fitness machine (6 weeks since they told me they were going to install one) and their steam room who are not operational as of right now... so don t expect a full fitness room! But overall experience was excellent!

Great look and feel when you pull up which is followed through right to your room. Very friendly staff. I would of liked to have seen the pool area serviced at night as I cleaned some things myself in the morning. The oly real complaint I have is the 10$ breakfast in the mornings. Good food but it seems that in a competative world, I would choose a continental breakfast.

I had a wonderful visit in Edmonton, the front desk staff was so helpful, and understanding of my "Newbie" Traveler self. Complimentary breakfasts were awesome, I would most certainly go here again

Rooms are clean. Wifi is reasonably quick. TV's are all LG hotel models with HDMI ports locked out so you can't connect a laptop, console, etc. The restaurant and bar food is slightly expensive. Breakfast buffet is good and service is fast. Sometimes it's tough to find parking if there is are events in the conference side.

Had a lovely night. Ran into a few minor issues with the room to start, but staff were very helpful in solving them quickly. Overall I really enjoyed my stay, but I do have 2 small suggestions; 1) I'd switch your television service from Shaw to Telus. I've stayed at a number of hotels on this Western Vacation and I have had a much better experience with the Telus tv/cable service. I grew very frustrated with the 4 or 5 second lag every time I tried to change the channel, plus Shaw's scrolling guide doesn't really compare to Telus's interactively one. (For the record I have no affiliation whatsoever with the Telus company, just something I've observed on my trip). 2) If you're going to have multiple shower heads (which did make for a absolutely fabulous shower in the morning), you really should install glass doors instead of just using a shower curtain. I had a hard time keeping water off the bathroom floor. Two minor suggestions, and having said all that, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Edmonton area.

Nice, new hotel. Comfy beds, nice little restaurant. Only complaint as a wheelchair user is that their accessible rooms don't have a built in fold down bench. Hotel will provide a little four legged bench, but the fold down benches are much more convenient and you don't have to call the front desk and wait etc, etc.

I would not rate this even 1/5 stars.
I stayed here 3 weeks ago and came home with bed bugs.
1000s of dollars later I am still trying to get rid of them
The manager denies it.

A little hard to find at first, but it didn t take long to find. My family and I came down from Saskatchewan to Edmonton to attend a wedding. I was quite pleased with how comfortable the beds were. One slight problem was that the door seemed to stick after unlocking it with the key card. We enjoyed our stay.

Attended for a Edmonton corporate challenge event. It was held in the ballroom. Venue was large and spacious. Bathrooms were well-maintained and clean. For my event there was a parking shortage, but on a typical day there should be plenty of parking space.
