Nice staff, clean environment, fresh food and reasonable prices. Buffet to get you in and out quickky or let you sit down and fill up. 5 salads, soup and a variety of sandwiches, full buffet with soup & salad or just a quick, hot bowl of soup, they have a choice to suit your appetite or your wallet or both! Do not forget to tip your wait staff!

Had an awful experience here. Stayed for a sporting event the power went out and the manager and staff didn't seem to have a plan in place. When I inquired about a refund they said their system was down. They made next to no effort to accommodate - despite the fact I was paying for a suite that weekend. Then, in the middle of the night, the fire alarm went off with no explanation from staff the next morning. Do not stay here if you are looking for friendly staff, a good nights sleep or a positive experience.

The location is quite a bit away from the city center, it's located more close to the south-east industrial zone but it's well connected to the city center.really clean and good pool.also the breakfast and the dinner inside the restaurant are really good.

The venue was beautiful for my friend's 18th debut celebration/birthday and the servers were extremely courteous during the event and food was always provided. The location is secluded however there was a huge sign indicating where it was making it easy to find.

Service was great. Ordered in food (blt) and it was great. Only reason I didn t give 5 stars was the rooms could use some upgrading/maintenance. Paint was chipped and desk/cabinet drawers slid open randomly. Bed was super comfy though. All in all would recommend!

Please try to avoid this serious low service hotel ever seen. THEY EVEN DO-NOT CLEAN YOUR ROOM AFTER SEVERAL REMINDERS AND EVEN AFTER REMINDING THEM ITS NOT SAFE TO HAVE KIDS BEFORE A PROPER CLEANING AND AFTER HAVING SHARP THINGS SCATTERED IN ROOM BEWARE

Rooms are junk. Looks like they furnished the place from several liquidators. You lay down in a bed and sink half way down. Some TV's work, some don't. Staff don't seem to care which tells me management doesn't seem to care either. Talked to the sales manager and head housekeeper about my issues and all I got was excuses. Although the sales manager said they were in the process of changing the beds. That was a year ago. Only stay here cause it is the assigned hotel my employer chose. Your money can be wisely spent elsewhere

My wife and I have been here twice now for 'Paint Night' and I have to say that this hotel is beautifully decorated for the Christmas season and their restaurant is designed VEEERY nicely and the staff are fantastic.

My favourite place to stay in Edmonton. Great location and rooms. Rates are very competitive as well. Katie and Joelle at the front desk are always a treat. They will totally brighten your day, make you laugh and make sure you feel welcome.

Have stayed here over a month with work. During stay, fridge broke, all food spoiled. Light bulb burnt out when arrived and was never fixed. Tap in bathroom keeps falling off.
Housekeeping is far less than adequate. Put in requests to have room cleaned multiple times and still not carried out.
Management/front desk seems incaple of providing an proper stay to guests staying long periods of time.
Will not recommend this hotel to any of my co-workers.
Terrible experience.

Terribly disappointed with the hotel security after being kicked out of the pool area by a flashlight weilding self proclaimed security guard. Had a week stay booked for multiple rooms I cut short after he has put a bad name on this hotel by making up rules and being way too pushy. Had a pair of dirty underwear stolen from my room witch I felt absolutely disgusted in them after noticing missing. Have stayed here before multiple times before but after this experience I will never be returning to this hotel. Disappointed in who they hire and how they do not stand up for paying returning customers. Will be calling head office tomorrow to inform them of the wrong doings at this location I had experienced... unacceptable for how much money and time I have invested into this location to be treated like a criminal and for them to make me feel like I was 2 feet tall. Will NOT be staying at this location again and highly recommend you do not either.

Our daughter was stranded in Edmonton. We had arranged a room at another hotel and was treated terribly by the management and staff. Thank you for the professional, kind and efficient manner in which you helped her. We will be forever grateful. Truly a first class hotel!

My husband and I had the displeasure of staying at the Radisson last night. His company Christmas party was held there and the food and the venue were amazing. The room however was not. Beaten up furniture (the office chair was missing a wheel so he couldn't sit in it and that was the only chair) and the beds were like trying to sleep on lumpy concrete. The front desk staff we're very apologetic but it's not their fault.....come on owners step up your game! Would not recommend!

Good breakfast food although not enough signage for where the meeting was. People in next room were ass holes and asked 7 people to be quieter but yet they were chanting and being irrationally loud! Raddision was good overall

I stay here for work. The food is sorely over priced but typically acceptable. The staff is usually pretty nice. But like anywhere theres some bad apples. I would stick to the pub for dining and check the elevator for free breakfast vouchers.

Very disappointing experience. Checked in at the desk at 12noon. Was told we had 2 rooms on 6th with the rest of the party but rooms were not ready. They took all my info and card imprint. Told us they would call when rooms were ready. At 415pm we still hadn't heard anything. Told us then they didn't have our reservations and proceeded to take all the info again. Assigned us 2 rooms on different floors and said that was all that was left, take it. We had a senior with us and that was not an option but they wouldn't accomodate. No idea what happened to our original reservations and room assignments. Staff did not apologize. Took another hour to get us 2 rooms on the same floor finally. Did not need the stress.

My work had its holiday party at the Radisson, and a couple friends and I got a room so we would have a place to get ready and to hang out afterwards. We got one of the premium king rooms, and it was absolutely beautiful! The room was a good size with comfy beds and had a decent kitchenette area (mini fridge, microwave, sink, coffee maker), and the bathroom was large with a nice shower.

There's no view with this hotel, unfortunately, so if that's something you need in a hotel maybe avoid. The hotel is in an industrial part of the city overlooking a freeway, and if you're on the first floor (as we were), you get to look out onto staff parking instead. We just kept our curtains closed so no one could look in.

We also stopped in at the restaurant for brunch before we left, and it was delicious! Service was a bit slow but the waitress was polite and the food was nice and hot when it came from the kitchen.

First time experiencing the Radisson in Edmonton. The people at the front desk were a little slow with the check ins and were not very pleasant. We received a room #306, which would have a washroom that is extremely noisy with a constant squealing noise. Very bothersome.

This hotel is very nice. However if you have a family I do not recommend coming here as it is not close to amenities that families need when they are traveling. This hotel is located in an industrial center so there are no stores within walking distance if anything is needed. The pool facility looks quite nice, the rooms are a bit on the small side but overall it is a nice hotel

Wow, I walked in and was immediately inspired to start taking pictures. Christmas nativity scenes, awesome decorated tree and fireplace.
Every corner of the entrance way made me feel warm and welcome. We were there to attend a New Years Eve event and much to my surprise there was a wedding and 2 other celebrations going on as well. The ambiaunce in the pub, where our event was, makes you feel like you want to celebrate and we did. The pub food was great too.
I would highly recommend the Radisson Hotel & Convension Centre to for any event you are planning. Classy place and plenty of parking.

given the fact I was there as a presenter for a conference on a variety of different disabilities and service agencies, the washroom wasn't accessible. My small walker did not fit in the accessible washroom stall.

Meh. Honestly go to the other raddison. Better location, much cleaner, and you don't have to hear trains and loud vehicles all night. Rooms are dirty. Got transferred from the old tower to the new one because it was gross, but the new room still had the same wooden "headboard" which still had adult hand prints all over them and the overall room was not entirely clean. Oh, and did I mention the trains? All night? Also not an ideal shower if your a mom who brings your small children into the shower with you to wash up. There is a main shower head, and two small ones at waist hip height which sprays your children directly into the face - no avoiding that one. I also asked for a crib which never came.

My initial impression was quite good, I thought. Wow!! Am I at the MGM-Grand RN?!

But upon a couple visits I've noticed they are quite par with other places I've stayed in Edmonton. The heater/AC sounds like Elon Musk is landing a spaceship up in aheyumph, they forgot to clean my room one day (this was VERY difficult for me because I don't know how to make the bed) and the internet is nothing to yeet about.

It's pretty ok
Good job
