The hotel is so good.... You can see it from far.... Night view is very very good.... Hotel staff is very polite..... I have been there for a function and family who have organised the function was very much satisfied with the hotel staff and hospitality.....

It has a nice ambiance. But the servers are very poor. Food was good. ( South Indian )

The hotel is another iconic hotel in heart of Chennai. The have revamped themselves and they have top quality restaurant along with their food as well. And the have a good pub with a dance floor. They have spacious banquet halls. Could visit for all occasion for your family and friends

Very well appointed hotel, great rooms, good food and service.

We have ordered two chicken biryanies and kal dosa with mutton paya. Kal dosa and mutton paya combination was amazing and chicken biryani too is very good. Very good ambience. Total cost was 2600.

I tried calling the hotel multiple times but nobody answers the phone in reservation department. Never going to book it.

Great ambience with value for money. Vegies may have lesser options in the buffet.

We went for lunch buffet. As is normal for most hotels nowadays, they had valet service. The food was good. Plenty of choices, from soups, starters, main course etc. The ambience was good, too, with a live singer. Overall, a good experience.

We went here for dinner on the night before the lockdown. The restaurant was empty, which was a shame as it was a beautiful place. The staff were very friendly and helpful although they did not provide a menu. I am guessing they had very limited stock due to the forthcoming lockdow. We opted for two pasta dishes. Both were excellent, very tasty.
The reason for just four stars was the price of the drinks. 250 rupees for a lime soda felt a bit extortionate! Overall though it was a lovely place with good food and service.

Restaurant Bazaar
I have had several high-class restaurants buffet, but yesterday dinner from GRT Grand's Bazaar was splendid and outstanding. We were about 20+ went on in an official party there and everyone relished the food options, and dumbstruck with the tasty food.

Non-veg starters and main course (South Indian cuisine) - was so good.
Desserts - I have tried almost everything, it was way beyond delicious than other places I have tried before.

Lovely place, they dance during lunch time in bazaar restaurant. Spread is plenty.

Fantastic hotel. The staff were very polite and cordial and they were very eager to help. Rooms were very clean and had the latest technology. There was free WiFi in the hotel as well. Pool and fitness room really exceeded my expectations as I haven't been to India in 10 years. Overall I would definitely recommend the hotel as I had a wonderful time and I plan on staying here again on my next trip to Chennai!

Visited Bazaar restaurant inside GRT , had good food, they had plenty of options especially for vegetarians. Non vegetarian food was also good. Servants were polite, they also did a dance show. Overall heart experience.
