They are also helping with me as like a family member... In need to specify thanks for Mr Deva sir as a executive of banquets he is I can't forget in my life ...he is fully dedicated the job ...I need to grow up and ur life I prayed for God ...alll the best for grand by grt hotel ..

The ambiance was amazing and the hospitality was really satisfying. I felt pampered by the hotel serving every night with 'Good Night hot chocolate ' absolutely comes with compliments and also not forgetting the 15 minutes leg massage by spa for the guest. They have made me felt that my next visit to chennai is only the 'Grand by GRT.. Thumbs up to the the family of the Grands...

Dear All,
Have stayed few times during my Business visit at this Beautiful property. Its a very decent and safe 4 Star property and it gives value for money.
Food is average good and Breakfast spread is good aswell.
House keeping guys do a good job .
Once it so happened when my arrival flight to Chennai, got delayed by 25 minutes , Airport Representative from GRT Grand was rude to me upon arrival . Its expected , Representative waiting at Airport to receive guest should make them feel comfortable by greeting them.

Front Desk team are professional & friendly.

Great place to spend an evening. Food and ambience outstanding. The non vegetarian and sea food platter is very good. Be aware that this is a luxury hotel and the bill would be steep

I stayed at GRT GRAND CHENNAI for 5 nights from 8th June till 13th June 2019. The whole stay was wonderful. I requested for 2 Double connecting rooms and was allocated accordingly. I was travelling with my family of 5 adults, 1 child and 1 infant. All Staff were very friendly and courteous. Rooms were clean and quiet. Housekeeping was good. Room service was also prompt. As for breakfast, I was a bit disappointed with the vadai and idly which were not crispy and soft respectively as they should be.

One of nice hotel situated in the center of the city. They offer good range of food options. Their midnight buffet is very good and resonably priced, though they had stopped for sometime due to Covid. Good spacious room and their service is very good.

Pros: Stayed here with family couple of days. The hotel rooms are very clean and organised. Hospitality is great! Quite attentive staff with continuous follows ups on order.

Cons: We order for tea and two bottles of water and bill was a bomb ! The pricing is near to terrible on in house food. Need a revise of their pricing.

On the whole a decent place for stay!

Food taste is ok. The Barbaque chicken,prawns, chicken lollipops all taste was not that good. Momos was good. Desserts were also few in number compared to previous visits. Ambience is good. Non veg food to be improved.

The place is absolutely amazing with really beautiful decor. The ambience it provides is comforting. I visited the restaurant there and the food was really good. Their buffet had so many options. They had Spanish food too. They also had a special counter known as the chefs bowl where you could pick the ingredients you want in your dish. The staff are also very friendly and serve with a smile. Overall its a great place to visit and enjoy!!

Had been to this place for a team dinner. The ambience is really good. The food is good but not that great. It's just like any other restaurants.

I m here for the second time for my USA visa stamping, their package is awesome which includes airport pickup and drop, USA consulate pickup and drop which includes widely spread breakfast, their service is awesome they take care of each and every step, their food and drinks options are also good, their lunch buffet is widely spread with all options, rooms are very neat and very well maintained, SPA and pool are awesome and very well maintained

These images are from The JHind restaurant in GRT Grand, Totally loved the ambience! It's decorated with an artistic and ethnic wall on one side - which you've definitely got to see! And I personally loved it because I love elephants!

The service is prompt, the staff - patient and courteous.

The tender coconut pudding was really good! The chocolate Pani Puri was also delicious.
