Good hotel and nice atmosphere. But they are money oriented and not understand situation

I am blown away by the service of the housekeeping staff namely Shiyamala Sivakumar, Balasubramani Krishnan, and their supervisor Colney Laltanpuia. They have waited on me hand and foot and looked after the cleanliness and hygiene of this room both during day and night.

Mala keeps refilling the complimentary tea (I am a tea addict and drink at least 8 to 10 cups a day) all day with her smile on when i request for it.

What professional staff this hotel has.. it all boils down to right training and right attitude from both management and the employees.

Good place to conduct and attend meets, food is not very good. Ambiance is good.

They've done up the place and the food too has improved tremendously.Excellent service but some of them could improve on their English.

The ambience is very good but the buffet is not indian menu so, it a personal choise.

I wanna see much more improvement in service standard and quality. Love coming here after work to unwind, and work on my laptop. The bar is my favourite, ask for Veera! Great prices. Almost excellent staff but overall the hotel is five star, and the restaurant is even better. Bar, restaurant and night club are seemlessly interconnected. With private well ventilated smoking room!!!! Valet parking is great! And they have underground parking if you prefer to self park, with an elevator from basement parking to lobby. Quick access. Health club is also beautiful. Indoor pool is nice touch. I want this hotel to maintain the best standards. GRT is a great brand, ive had the best times of my life in their properties. Expect traffic if coming for wedding plan 1 hour more

I have stayed here for a few times and somewhat I have been attracted to revisit. Room is spacious, very well maintained. Bath room fittings and water suply are comparable to European star hotels. Front office crew, F&B crew are very friendly and helpful. For any service just wehave to dial ONE number and we get the service on time. No need to say the food items are yummy and oven fresh. Definitely I recommend to all much friends in Singapore.

These guys have zero respect towards inquiries. Called in to check if the banquet hall is available and the lady didn t have the patience to answer my questions and hung up saying if you have any interest come in person. This is not the way you treat people. Wish I had a zero star option.

I had lunch in Bazaar restaurant in this hotel. It was fantastic. The desserts were yummy. Service was good. The ambience was fantastic. The lunch was worth more than we paid for. I wish I would like to go again to enjoy food there

This Hotel is located in T.Nagar near the new Kalyan jewellers. The food is good . The pastry is the best seller here and it's worth your while

High quality, international standards!! Superb breakfast selection, service, and setting. Property grounds are an oasis of serenity and incredible beauty. Better than most. Swimming pool is benefit. Room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Staff were pleasant, professional, and very helpful. Highly recommend this property!! Only query is that they should work a special plan for regular customers
