Worst experience ever. From booking, things never went well. They took the booking over phone and it was paid for, but it was cancelled later on saying they were sold out leaving no other options. Stay away from this shabby joint. They transfer your bookings to near by hotels. You are better off booking them directly. HYATT is close by this joint. Very classy and comfortable.
A fantastic hotel by GRT. Just few mins distance from T.Nagar and 13 km away from airport. The behaviour of the staff and management is excellent.Even though the rooms are expensive, its worth the money..

Exceptional service, think of anything you want /need and they will endeavour to make it possible, I mentioned at breakfast no mangos and suddenly there was plateful on our table, and then offered again the next day without promoting, I picked this hotel as I liked the quirky Bazaar furnishings , mix and match but in colourful stylish way, we booked a private over night stay to Pondicherry, with the hotel, with a great English speaking driver, SashaiKumar, so good we booked another trip, All reception staff have fantastic customer service skills, but Sugianaya was special, she organised our bed to be decorated with towel swans, flowers and petals, when she found out it was our anniversary, thoughtful touch, we dined in both restaurants Bazaar breakfast/ lunch , great choices al a cart/ buffet, food was exceptional, presentation was great, we had to make ourselves eat else where it was so good, ( silly but I loved it) some staff come out at lunch time and do a little dance for 2 mins, and JHind sooo amazing Ive written a separate review! I also liked, complimentary hot chocolate, large towels, small scented flowers on my pillow, fruit bowl topped up daily, good spa, and hairdresser, smiling helpful staff, to many to mention, They deserve all my praise, to sum them up in a word, I would say faultless!
A very good hotel, but hospitality wise, this lacks a bit, compared to other star hotels in Chennai.

Kinsgstone hall is sufficient for 50 people. Trying to accomodate more people becomes a mess. The experience was satisfactory.

Good bed, bathroom could use some upgrade. Breakfast buffet is a good spread. The bar "Steam and whistles" is a relaxing lounge bar.
