Nice rooms, All services are pretty good, Spa rocks. i'll Surely come here again.

Good Cordial as always, Food was Good ( papadams were tasty), Meeting room was very satisfying, Actions for covid are also good, Nice Cordial staff ,Time taken for billing needs to improve

Once a mango garden and now a five star hotel opposite to Chennai Airport.Nice hotel for stay in a calm natural atmosphere with tasty food and drinks. The staff are extremely excellent and the pool makes you cool.

The property is close to the airport...the outlook of the place as compared to other tridents needs attention for sure..the staff is very warm and cordial..

Convenient location, close to the airport and bang on the main road. But Not great food.

Their buffet is really amazing especially for the price of 1650. But if you are going to this place better to go on an empty stomach. Their hospitality was so over the top to the point where I had to stop them from serving me any more food or deserts. Would definitely go again & again.

Just 3 areas/things for them to add would've baby friendly cutlery, baby wash basins & rest room facilities.

This has a great coffee and good restaurant, we went in for a recently started dessert buffet between and 3 and 6 pm and loved it, people with sweet tooth do visit this place for the dessert buffett, it had around 8-9 varities of pastry and good selection of cookies all unlimited...unlimited tea/coffee and 2 varities of sandwidch. Though icecream was not on the offer they went a extra mile to serve th favour we wanted and covered in the buffet price. They were ready to change anything and reserve if we didn't like something, service was good. We gave many suggestions like including snacks and the guy incharge Nithin(hope name is right) gave his careful ears over it and made our suggestions meaningful..Overall had a great time and will look forward to go with my friends or family who loves sweets :) There could be Indian sweets added to menu ! one more suggestion :)

Very cozy and we'll maintained property. Very. Close to airport. They have pick up and drop off facility. The staff is great and the hospitality is also awesome.

First time we went to restaurant. The starter served by them full of oil smell. The oil is used very bad smell.

A great place to stay ...foods are extremely good and are variety full....staff are cooperative....swimming pool is great and no restriction on timing...best part is airport drop by The Minicooper....awesome experience...

Room that we got was small and not worth the charges. We have been to non branded hotels for lesser price, bigger and neater rooms. Not worth the money

This hotel is very beautiful. It is also near the airport. The staff are very good and take good care of them and they are very posh areas. Nice to go to this hotel. The less praise was, the food was also very good, the designs were very good, the hotel was of international quality.

I love their wood fired pizzas. The gist cheese and sun dried tomato pizza is fabulous. The service staff are impeccable. Add draught beer to the mix you know why i like the place for relaxed lunches or dinners

Great place. Very courteous staff. They had some trouble in locating my reservation and they were so apologetic about it and made the hospitality extra special to make up for it. The swimming coach brought some toys for the kids to play on. The day I selected had no much guests and bufeet was not available as promised. So the entire Ala carte was on the house. And the chef made it really worthwhile. To make up for these issues at their end, they have my kids chocolates and coloring materials complementary. The gesture was commendable.

I would say "The Best". I had my engagement here and the way treated from the begining was awesome.
1. ENGAGEMENT HALL-- 10/10 (FANTASTIC)
2. EXECUTIVE -- NANTHA (She is so polite and humble , that shows their professionalism)
3. FOOD -- 10/10 (We opted for a veg menu I would say it's absolutely mind blowing in terms of taste and it is so delicious. All the dishes we selected were perfectly prepared that showed their experience)
4. PHOTOSHOOT -- The photoshoot turned up very well for us and all the places were perfectly maintained.

Clean neat safe and secure but the pricing is high and it's not for middle class like us

Went for an betrothal function at alaap hall (around 200 to 300 people can be accommodated).Trident located in gst road just opposite to menambakkam airport.well maintained as expected since a star hotel.food tastes really good especially sweets and desserts special mention to curd rice (umah).Buffet was arranged outside the hall space was limited apart from that every thing is good.

Location is near to the airport. Very convenient if you plan to fly in have a meeting and fly back.

Location right by the airport is a plus. Rooms are very nice looking and comfortable, although they don't have strong enough ac in my opinion. Restaurant is high quality.

The hotel is very near to the airport, check in process was quick and smooth. The staffs are very friendly, and the hospitality was really good. Room is spacious and the interiors are good, though the fittings are old in bathroom, they maintain it well. The fitness Centre is cool, the swimming pool looks great.
All the COVID safety measures were followed.

I give one star less to 5, because the breakfast wasn t up to the mark. The pastries were good, but the South Indian dishes were below average..
I would recommend the hotel for business and family stay. Hope they work on the food part....

Been here for a work meeting. Place is nice and easily accessible from airport. It's just 10mins away via a cab. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast is good. They have cloakroom for luggage!
