A pleasant experience with wonderful ever pleasing staff.

The staffs were great, food was top notch! Few things were there but those were nicely handled and rectified by care ambassador. Overall a very good experience

Overall our experience was excellent as last year. We have stayed here last year and wanted to stay there again. We were there from 23 Dec-28 Dec. we once again enjoyed the excellent service by all staff and the entire environment. I especially wanted to call the services of Mr. Raman who was outstanding with his help of getting us situated in our room, helping us with securing rides as well as his willingness to help whenever we were looking for one. Mr.Raman s commitment and dedication is highly appreciated. We also want to mention the help of Mr. Vikram at the front desk with his great support. We love staying at GRT and the excellent hospitality of all the staff. Thank you.

Rooms are clean and cozy. Great breakfast options! Reduced one star as I can hear outside noise but not as much to ruin my sleep

I would simply say - awesome. A must go to destination for great food, competitive pricing and luxury rooms that wouldn't burn your pocket. Well groomed staff and experienced Chefs. I'd consider GRT my all time fav place to dine at.

Too pricy considering location, ambience, taste and options. If you are staying in Grand GRT this restaurant might be convenient.

Seems like a new hotel, hence neat, bright and tidy. Has used vibrant colors and patters so the place looks bright and young. Rooms are otherwise ordinary but you will get what you need and basics are in place hence no complaints. Staff is responsive but personally my check out was slightly slow and chaotic inspite of me informing the front desk the exact time of my check out, they were not prepared. But I guess these are minor distractions so no need to generalise and such confusion can happen. Near airport so short and business travellers have an affordable and comfortable option.
