Not a luxury hotel of dreams , but have all sort of basic amenities and vogue to be one . Customer services needs to be improved and hotel surroundings to be taken care of.

Staying at GRT for two nights, impressive business hotel but not for a family with young kids

Nice hotel. Grand dinner buffet. Appreciate if we had some regional language trained people at the vegetarian restaurant, shifted to the buffet because of the lack of choices in the Table de hote'.

WOW buffet lunch.... Had the best of its kind in the thematic buffet Truckers menu. Extreme delicacies served with best of hospitality by a team of 10 staff.

There are two different buildings which is hotel and convention centre which opposite to each other but still people get confused inbetween two. Thats the only one issue other than that the food and everything is good
