Radisson GRT Grand Reviews

Dining at GRT is always an experience. This time went for a team lunch, opted for the buffet. Though I have been here earlier was surprised by the sheer options available. For someone who likes to try out a a lot of new cuisine, the buffet had a lot of varieties. Both in veg and nonveg.
Special mention about the desserts section. Finally finished with a nice strong filter coffee. Didn't even notice the chats and salads section at the beginning of the floor. Maybe for next time ;-)

Having stayed in a number of hotels in Chennai, GRT Grand is one of my favorites. The staff is courteous, the food is great and the rooms are nice. I recommend the hotel for business trips since the staff is efficient and will not let you waste time at check-in and check-out.

This hotel looks simply amazing with awesome design and spacious places. The grandeur is a sure thing to admire, from rooms to restaurants everything made me feel happy! It is a much worthy place to try in chennai.

The building, facilities, people, spa everything is wonderful. Just the indoor swimming pool is little disappointing. Rest all right from breakfast in bazaar buffet till end all is very good.

We had training session there. Always noise around which is very disturbing. They could not do anything as its very close to kitchen.

Went there for the all day dining. Was shocked to find a high chair without a top or even a belt to hold the child. The food was good.

A stone's throw from our residence. Went to Jai Hind. Nice people, nice food. Ask for offers like Dineout in advance. A little expensive. Do visit the loo... impressive. They add service charge ( optional.. I think) apart from gst.

A great place to stay in the heart of Chennai. Staff are cordial and understand your needs. Rooms are spacious and bathroom are big. Special attention is given for elderly who might use washroom like raised WC seat, soft seat under shower with height adjustable, Armrest near WC pto help them stand. Food is delicious out here. Breakfast layout is also good. Overall it's the preferred hotel in Chennai if you are on official or personal visit.

GRT Hotel is family restaurant. It has nice ambience. The morning buffet is good and Jai Hind restaurant food was excellent. But overall things on the room is not safe. We lost some cash kept on the locked suit case when we not in room and hotel management responses did not get any amount back. Overall things in the rooms is not safe even in 5 star hotel and that's is very pathetic. I would suggest any expensive things keep in the Bank and don't keep expensive product in the hotel room.

Awesome place to have food. The service was too much friendly. The try to make the best available. Ppl ask for the type of taste u like to have like spicy or normal.... Service was too much friendly. It's veggies friendly restaurant we have lot of options for veggies. I never found this much varieties in other restaurant. Taste i can't describe in little words basically it was awesome. Veg pizza was the best.

A Good tasty food. The convention center the lotus is not being maintained properly. If it is maintained it is one good place for any party or seminar or any session.

Fantastic breakfast with lots of options. The rooms are very well equipped with great showers. The service really stood out, everyone was very helpful getting us settled in. Their motto was "I say yes" and they really went above and beyond.

A nice place to stay in Chennai. The location of the hotel is good, easy to walk to stores like Big Bazaar. The staff are friendly and service is efficient.

Do take note to request for non-smoking rooms if you are sensitive to smoke smells. Wanting a better room? Request for the renovated rooms, and if they are available the hotel will do the necessary.

Walked in for the breakfast buffet. Good spread. South Indian could have been better in terms of taste, rest all was yummy. Commendable service. Great ambience.

I just want to write reg coffe supply during breakfast buffet . They ring a bell. When i saw its a Pooja bell.
It's a Pooja bell with nandhi symbol atop. I really hurted me a Shiva bhaktha . I really want the technical staff to find a alternative.
Ringing bell can be like candy seller bell abroad can be considered
Kindly avoid Pooja bell.

Awesome food and service. Haven't tried the buffet there but the a-la-carte menu is awesome
