Excellent Property. Mouth watering delicious food. Very courteous staff. I've tried many dishes for the first time. must try Himalayan tofu soup, and in dessert tender cocunut pudding. Must visit must eat must stay property.

Amazing experience with highly mannered staff. Food was delicious, had an amazing aroma and simply delicious. Best were the sweets. The convention centre was set with air conditioning and lighting just as right. At every step they showed why they deserve those 5 stars. One of the staff guys walked me to the event which was again way beyond duty line as he could have simply given Mr the directions. The guys on the registration desk were highly cheerful. All in whole the experience was memorable and would love to visit them again. The place is visible from a moving vehicle and they have lot of parking space. One can easily get cabs all the time out here.

Attend a meeting here, 2nd floor Gulmohar. The room is good enough for 50 people. The room acoustic was good, ambience also good. The food catered was very good.

Was upset that they informed me that they didn't have Internet or WiFi and access to the pool when I checked in. I would have stayed elsewhere if I had known in advance. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Located centrally and more conveniently to the shopping area.

Just as the name suggests,the staff delivers 'grand' hospitality.The ambience is awesome and so are the rooms and the amenities.A must visit for everyone who wishes to experience a joyous stay in Chennai.I bet you won't be disappointed!!

Hotel is maintained really well. Bar and Restaurant is pretty decent. However parking was a challenge. Valets not available and no proper guidance on parking. Food is pretty decent.

Shivkiran: My visit on the next immediate day was a better experience w.r.t the Parking. I had valet pick up the car at the entrance.. Cheers..

One of the most divine places of fine haute and exotic gourmet...one of the oldest and prime location for a fine dine and a time well spent type of location...although it a bit pricy on the monetary end but hey it's worth it.

Great ambience and good food makes this place one of my favourite. The staff are very courteous and offer good service. Their banqueting facilities are also worth a try. Recommended it for a quiet evening or for some fun with pals....

Recently went to. a party here. The ambience was really good. Located in a little crowded area but Inside it's very quiet and convenient valut parking. Food was just average but not bad.

We had booked Grand for the wedding reception of my cousin sister. The hospitality provided by the staff was marvelous right from the start till end. I have no complaint or any negative feedback, just wish the team to continue to serve with the same conviviality. Thank you!

FYI - The decor was done by from outside, the seating arrangement was by Grand.

Through not so big as compared to the older star hotels in Chennai, it's compact neat with different cuisine restaurants to enjoy. The buffet food for dinner served is far far better than other star hotels in city. The ambience is pleasant. Parking is little cramped due to paucity of space. Fit to visit with family and friends

Not worth for the value because the food spreads were average
