A neat place. We had a convention at this hotel. The first floor hall is very good. More than enough for 100 to 200 people. Round circular tables are arranged neatly. The floor carpet looks worn out / faded. The looks of the lounge is great and beautiful. The ornamental decorations in the roof is beautiful .
The interior decorations were stunning and great.
This place is a treasure trove for the people who love taking lot of selfies. So, selfie lovers, if you are at this hotel, don't miss the chance.
The toilets are clean and neatly maintained.
This hotel is disable friendly from the portico.
But from the street enterens to portico and portico to parking area are either too steep or too slope.
The hotel is having valet parking service but I don't know whether the valet parking is safe and scratch free.

I had attended interview here on Feb 2019. Very clean and chill. Their service is good.

Stayed here for my reception the breakfast spread and rooms were great but the one thing that is annoying is the lifts to each floor needed that floors key card. I was in the 9th floor and my relatives were in 8th and 6th floors. I could not use my rooms key card to enter any other floor apart from the 9th floor. It caused a lot of hassel between the relatives.
This is the only issue that made me rate 4 stars for GRT.

I am sharing my experience of conducting a reception at the southern crown hall of GRT. Amazing hall with excellent buffet spread. The services provided are top notch. If you are planning for an event with smaller number, I would definitely recommend this place. Though prices on the higher side it was worth spending.

The service which was provided to us was unplanned and we had to badger them to give us a good spot. Was disappointed because the GRT at Yercaud has one of the best services

Went to J Hind and had a great experience. Good ambience. Excellent food. Huge spread. Great taste. The lotus stem starter deserves special appreciation. The presentation is flattering. Very well chosen menu. The service and explanation of the menu was awesome

I had a night stay, good room with a mini bar of 2 pint KF beers. The buffet breakfast was delicious with wide spread of items.

Nice ambience and good courteous staffs. Good place to conduct conferences. Rooms are maintained so well. Food is good to have.

I went for the restaurant named Bazar inside for buffet. It costs 1350 with tax. I really enjoyed everything they had, Veg, Non veg dishes and desserts was very delicious. They too had a live counter where you can choose dishes and they will prepare it with the sauces of your choice. The hotel ambience was outstanding. Overall the buffet eas worth for money. We went for our team lunch and they also provided corporate discount for us. I am soon planning to visit again.

Everything was fine... Not that great when comes to taste and ambience... The lift was irritating, without guest can't we can't use the lift to go up ..

One of the best buffet options I found in Star category hotels. Trust me, I have stayed across multiple chain of Star hotels but the food taste here is unmatchable. Unlike other Hotels, wherein the food taste are prepared to match European flavour, here you can find variety of Indian as well as Western dishes with Desi style. Would love to visit again :-)

A wonderful experience in business class hotel. In-room dining, Bazaar or J-Hind are pretty expensive. Transport provided by hotel is average at luxurious price. Located at a very strategic place, close to most of the destinations. Breakfast spread is awsome with options like Indian, Continental, American, European etc.
