Good for a quick bite. Not as it was earlier. Hope they will improve in the near future.

It was a grand and dignified hotel.staffs were very well behaves. Especially the receiving worker at the gate.when it comes to food it's not up to the mark.

It is great to see the renovated lobby and the restaurants. Dining in Jai Hind Restaurant is a pleasant experience.

I was very happy for their services. I went there for a special occasion and they treated me specially ! I liked the food there. Also the location was easy to find out. Overall it's a nice experience.

Its a nice business hotel and attraction for major govt. Meetings.... Its quite in central Chennai and it has metro near it say around 600mtr only which is also to airport in just 25min... The metro nearest to the hotel is Tynampett metro station which has fare of Rs. 40 till airport... It is attached directly to airport

The Hotel was top notch and looked so five starish, the staff were so cool and kind, the food was amazing, they had continental and south Indian, silverware cleaned properly. Bathroom was clean, the water pressure was Good, the taste foof was so good and satisfying. Car parking available, wheel chair accessible. If you are gonna throw a party it's the fantabulous place. They have unlimited drink for 2500Rs, that's satisfying. Ambience was Good, Hygiene was top notch, place looked so spacious, they had different varieties for desert and fruits. Negative I couldn't find one. Everything was perfect and top notch.

Spread for lunch buffet for veg was limited . We booked 2 tables. One was not cleaned properly, table napkins spoons all were quite dirty . Was upset. Food was tasty . But items were limited

I booked a "Business Class Room" . Upon arrival they have upgraded the room to "Grand Club" on the 8th floor.

Overall stay was Good and satisfied. Excellent hospitality and attitude shown by the staff in all departments . Ambience of "Bazaar" restaurant is Good and gives a Good vibe. Breakfast spread was little limited comparing with other Big brothers but it's more than enough to fill your stomach and satisfy your taste buds. Reasonably Good.

"Idiyapam and Sodhi" tasted well. Sambhar tasted authentic. Filter Coffee was Good.

Room Size and amenities are the same for both the rooms but here you have Lounge access and a Osim Foot Massager in Grand Club room. Lounge is closed now due to Covid . Foot Massager lacks cushioning and it may break brittle bones. It's time to service or Change the massagers. This upgradation of room doesn't serve any purpose to anyone without Lounge access or age old massager. Otherwise I don't have any complaints about room. Everything was provided as per 5 star standards.
