Close to oxford st...right by Bond st tube..lovely spacious rooms..will definitely stay again
Superb staff and service
Very friendly and homely stay
I like the hotel and excellent service
Perfect location and, at the same time, no noise coming into the room from outside. Average breakfast. Little rooms.
great customer service, amazing staff and very pretty rooms
Only went here to pick something uo from a client hence only 4 stars as i didnt actually stay here. Im sure i would have given 5 if i did. Reception staff helpful and polite.
Average hotel. We got a business room and it was very spacious and clean. Not many amenities and a bit old. Location is great!!

Hotel and staff are superb. We were given the warmest of welcomes when we arrived. Breakfast very nice. Will definitely come back as my stay was made very special.
Had afternoon tea here with my daughter and I think it's a matter of managing your expactations. The Ritz this isn't, and they really didn't have enough staff on to cope with the numbers taking tea, but our waitress was lovely and when I mentioned it was my daughter's birthday the kitchen sent over a lovely plate of fresh fruit and chocolate. Like another guest, I was only offered coffee or tea and had to ask if they had Rooiboos, but every one of my requests was met patiently and with a smile.
The tea itself was very traditional, sandwiches of ham, egg mayonaise, cream cheese and cucumber and slamon, followed by scones with cream and jam and a selection of cakes. They also refilled our pots with hot water when asked. All in all, a lovely spot to take tea and had a nice buzz about it.
Small hotel, small room. Suitable for business trips only. Very good location
Hard to find. Friendly receptionist and staff. Small, a bit cramped but very clean, effucient and very well maintained.
Very nice hotel, ideally located on Oxford Street, Bond Street tube station is just opposite. The property is clean, the rooms are spacious and well maintained. Many things are provided such as hairdryer, iron and table, coffee machine, tea kettle, steamer, safe.
For my part, I had a terrace with a view of the city.
The catering section is located on the first floor for meals and breakfasts, there is also a bar-lounge located on the ground floor.
The staff are very pleasant and professional.
I recommend this establishment.
No complaints, rooms look great and fresh, great staff, close to oxford circus. It's all good
Stayed in one of the suites, room 800, beautiful room! Massive! Bed was really comfy. Only issue was the shower but that may have been a one off.
To be honest, I love this hotel, particularly for it's great location where you are in Oxford street just you go out the hotel and that's convenient. The hotel is somewhat good and the rooms' space, however, are not that ample. (ps: I like the detox water in the reception)
The location is probably the best part about this hotel as SOHO and Mayfair are right at your doorstep. Staff was always very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are relatively dated and small, including bathrooms. Also the air-conditioning system is old and loud.
I was missing certain amenities in the room, like slippers or a shoespoon.
Wonderful beds, but small rooms compared to other radissons. But slept well and that's what it's all about!
Excellent hotel, polite and attentive staff, lovely comfortable room, great choice of breakfast, would use again.
My wife requested at reception to use a toilet for our 3 year old kid , the lady at reception won t let her and said use street. What an inhumane staff really tells the standard of the hotel.
Cosy hotel, good location helpful staff a little dated rooms but good value
Love the location and the service they provide! The design hasn t changed over the last 10+ years, but it still ok! It s clean and reliable!
Very convenient location, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.
Room size is average, bathroom water pressure and temperature is not stable
Breakfast is excellent with English buffet. Orange peel jam is my favourite.
The room is very small, the bed is tiny, the decor is old-fashioned, there is no air conditioning or ventilation in the room, so the room is very stuffy. This hotel is not worth the money. For this price, there are many hotels nearby. I do not recommend this hotel.
Wonderful experience at afternoon tea. Great food, great service.
The location on Oxford Street and good reception staff and keen to provide assistance near shops and shopping, despite the small space of some rooms, but to stay comfortable
The hotel is well located close to the Tube station and shopping/restaurants. Service at the front desk was excellent with room being ready ahead of schedule and good explanations. Only complaints are the super slow elevators and lack of gym.
Great location, great staff and great amenities. Rooms were small but that's to be expected in this area. There is some construction going on outside but they didn't start too early or work too late so it didn't bother me.
Noice around the hotel at night
Old rooms
Poor breakfast with some flies around
Location is perfect. But the hotel itself is not worth the price.
Cramped and awkward in comparison to other radisson hotels.
Nice hotel in a great location. Rooms a little on the small size but nothing more than could be expected for the location
Very tiny elevators
The location is amazing
The rooms are small
The services are okay
Workers are Friendly
There is no GYM
There is no swimming pool
An excellent afternoon tea experience. Great food and excellent service at a good price.
Nice hotel, best location, nice beds, a bit pricey.
The most beautiful hotel with its excellent location is a 24 hour service via fr for guests and on Oxford Street
Greeted by a wonderful lady named Dana, obviously loves her job, as was joking with us from the moment we got here, and made us feel very welcome, very good location in the heart of oxford street, room was a little congested but had everything you could need.
Small rooms but What. A. Location. Satisfactory amenities and friendly staff.
Extremely well located. Comfortable room, excellent wi-fi. Breakfast, however, is not as good as it used to be.
The place is lovely for a close to Oxford Street .... but the picture is not identical to reality ....
Clean room
Comfortable bed
Frindly staff
Excellent location
Great location in the heart of Oxford Street. Clean rooms and excellent service. They could do with working on the sound proofing, as you can hear the TV in the next room, and the street noise, Eve on the seventh floor. Fortunately, the other guests seemed to quieten down after about 11pm. Excellent breakfast.
Ive stayed in this hotel 3 times now and I always have the best night sleep.
Very nice and freindly.
The location is great.
