Had afternoon tea here with my daughter and I think it's a matter of managing your expactations. The Ritz this isn't, and they really didn't have enough staff on to cope with the numbers taking tea, but our waitress was lovely and when I mentioned it was my daughter's birthday the kitchen sent over a lovely plate of fresh fruit and chocolate. Like another guest, I was only offered coffee or tea and had to ask if they had Rooiboos, but every one of my requests was met patiently and with a smile.

The tea itself was very traditional, sandwiches of ham, egg mayonaise, cream cheese and cucumber and slamon, followed by scones with cream and jam and a selection of cakes. They also refilled our pots with hot water when asked. All in all, a lovely spot to take tea and had a nice buzz about it.

Very nice hotel, ideally located on Oxford Street, Bond Street tube station is just opposite. The property is clean, the rooms are spacious and well maintained. Many things are provided such as hairdryer, iron and table, coffee machine, tea kettle, steamer, safe.
For my part, I had a terrace with a view of the city.
The catering section is located on the first floor for meals and breakfasts, there is also a bar-lounge located on the ground floor.
The staff are very pleasant and professional.
I recommend this establishment.

To be honest, I love this hotel, particularly for it's great location where you are in Oxford street just you go out the hotel and that's convenient. The hotel is somewhat good and the rooms' space, however, are not that ample. (ps: I like the detox water in the reception)

The location is probably the best part about this hotel as SOHO and Mayfair are right at your doorstep. Staff was always very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are relatively dated and small, including bathrooms. Also the air-conditioning system is old and loud.
I was missing certain amenities in the room, like slippers or a shoespoon.

My wife requested at reception to use a toilet for our 3 year old kid , the lady at reception won t let her and said use street. What an inhumane staff really tells the standard of the hotel.

Very convenient location, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.
Room size is average, bathroom water pressure and temperature is not stable
Breakfast is excellent with English buffet. Orange peel jam is my favourite.

The room is very small, the bed is tiny, the decor is old-fashioned, there is no air conditioning or ventilation in the room, so the room is very stuffy. This hotel is not worth the money. For this price, there are many hotels nearby. I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is well located close to the Tube station and shopping/restaurants. Service at the front desk was excellent with room being ready ahead of schedule and good explanations. Only complaints are the super slow elevators and lack of gym.

Great location, great staff and great amenities. Rooms were small but that's to be expected in this area. There is some construction going on outside but they didn't start too early or work too late so it didn't bother me.

Greeted by a wonderful lady named Dana, obviously loves her job, as was joking with us from the moment we got here, and made us feel very welcome, very good location in the heart of oxford street, room was a little congested but had everything you could need.

Great location in the heart of Oxford Street. Clean rooms and excellent service. They could do with working on the sound proofing, as you can hear the TV in the next room, and the street noise, Eve on the seventh floor. Fortunately, the other guests seemed to quieten down after about 11pm. Excellent breakfast.
