Great location, fantastic breakfast, modern rooms, lovely staff.
Lacks the basic hospitality one associates with this chain. The front desk is unable to sort out your reservation and makes you wait to sort out even the check in which should take minutes.
Nice hotel in city centre. Good meeting facilities.
Got told off by the concierge for using the toilet and not purchasing anything, extremely rude and very offensive
A top convenient location to all of the historical sites. Good selection of varied restaurants in the area within easy walking distance.
Large rooms with desk and sofa. Shower and seperate bath. Close to downtown.
Excellent attention. Very good breakfast Very spacious rooms, impeccable, modern bathrooms. Highly recommended!
Lovely place. Room was fairly clean and was cozy. Staff was very friendly. We skipped breakfast as it was a bit pricey. They were doing construction but did not inconvenience us at all. Centrally located. Easy walk to Guinness, Jameson and Temple Bar district. I would stay here again.
Not great very slow service and very small portions
Friendly staff. Allowing us to check in early. Great breakfast.
Clean. Great service. Amy on the front desk does a great job, so does roomservice and the restaurant staff. Why the few stars?? Its very expensive and there are so many things on top. Parking. Breakfast. Weighing the bags! I was at an event where they were even selling the water, never mind the coffee for 3 . So if you are attending an event. Bring an empty water bottle. You can fill it in the reception or in the room. The rooms are spacious and equipt with a coffee machine without instructions. And no decaff options, neither for tea or coffee and the walls are so thin you can hear everything next door. Having said that if the 120 pp/night and the 8 drinks were lowered in price. Yes it would be worth it.
Here for a conference but did not stay over. Impressive lobby and staff everywhere I looked. Spotless and very well maintained. Close to many attractions such as St. Patrick's Cathedral, Christchurch, Guiness Storehouse & Vicar Street. Grafton Street only a short walk away. Helpful? Please Like.
Very nice hotel. In the middle of the city. I could find a mosque within walking distance for Friday juma' prayer. A blessing!
Very poor treatment from reception staff. Also apparently no incident report nor complaint proceedure, so i was told.
Great venue for a conference, staff are super helpful. Later on the bar did look like it was a little overwhelmed but can't fault the restaurant. During lunch at the Conf nor sure if some staff realised there was an allergen list beside the buffet food as it turns out that answered the questions I had completely forgotten everything. Very comprehensive, though it did seem that there was some minor confusion as to what was gluten free as a staff member indicated that the brownie was while the allergen list indicated it had gluten. Fairly minor and resolved as I spotted the allergen list at that point. Staff were wonderfully polite and helpful through out which is immense when dealing with so many people all around once and random questions on dietary items. To finish had a wonderful venison dinner there and staff were again helpful and very polite, absolutely delicious with mixed berries. Looking forward to returning.
The steak with portobello mushrooms was amazing. Decent value for money.
Service is painfully slow at times. Ordered 5 teas and scones and every came out separately, including cutlery.
Excellent location. Great service. The room was very comfortable and the bed was amazing.
A very Central located hotel with great customer service, new and clean rooms, and above-average Restaurant + bar. Would highly recommend any traveler visiting Dublin to stay here as it central to all major attractions. Customer service varies.
Excellent, modern hotel. The business room was spacious, good bed, very nice and clean bathroom with rainshower, resupply of amenities in the evening, good breakfast, free & fast wifi. Very friendly staff helped us with a breakfast bag when we went on a very early daytrip. Not too far from the city center, so quiet but still just a few minutes walking to get in the busy areas like Grafton Street. Can absolutely recommend this for a city trip.
Went there for festive dinner, the food was of very low quality, it felt like we're in a run down pub. The starter included chicken wings, nachos and lettuce leaves drowned in mayo. Moat of us felt unwell after eating there, will not go back
Attended a conference - great location. Food is the best conference food I have ever experienced! Staff were really friendly! Seems like a nice place to work too which is a lot to say for hotel industry.
Nice hotel 10 minutes from the center of Dublin. Very good starting point for all the sites or attractions to visit. The breakfast buffet is excellent before leaving for a day of sightseeing. The staff is very professional and puts you at ease quickly. In short, hotel consistent with radisson classic blu. Finally, for athletes, you have free access to a gym with swimming pool 5 minutes walk.
There was a terrible mistake. We ask for dinner in the room. We paid using cash and it was charged in my credit card.
Friendly and welcoming.. It has residents parkibg under the hotel.
Beautiful hotel, don't even attempt to get parked there...pity
The Radisson Blu Hotel's inside looks okay,it does lack atmosphere I was there at evening time, the large TV in the Bar had a very dominant presence, though the Philippine Barman chatted with me for several minutes,Dublin is a friendly City talking to Visitors/Tourists is natural for Dubliners.
Enjoyed our stay, hotel is located in a quiet area but is still an easy walk to main attractions..
Visited for a breakfast meeting seminar this morning. The coffee ran out before the seminar began and 20 minutes into our seminar loud construction noise commenced and continued throughout the morning session forcing some of the speakers to near shout down the microphones for us to hear. Underground car park is also difficult to get to if you don't have a residents card to access the lifts.
Luxurious
Love it
Central, very nice rooms, nice breakfast, but expected a booking for three would result in a room equipped for three. Slightly dissappointed, otherwise happy.
Relaxing atmosphere, with large comfortable rooms. Located behind Dublin Castle, very close to central downtown Dublin and the DART, LUAS and buses.
New Spa on-site (temp. closure due to COVID). There is a restaurant and bar on-site.
Staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful.
Due to an early-arriving flight and super fast customs, we got to the hotel around 5am. The night clerk worked his magic and found a room that was clean and ready for us! Check-in isn't normally until mid-afternoon, so we felt very fortunate!
Stayed for 4 days, room was clean and quiet, internet was fast, easy walking distance to Christchurch, temple car. Would definitely stay here again.
Very good hotel, very comfortable and clean rooms, very central, friendly staff, great breakfast for my understanding indecently expensive.
Very good, cozy, spacious rooms, very comfortable bed, excellent service.
The hotel itself is four stars in this review. The hotel staff was very friendly. We had a nice clean suite with a view of the cathedral. We didn't spend a lot time in the room and found on the last night the remote to the TV did not work and we only got three channels. They tried to fix the problem and offered us another room but it was after 10PM and we were packing for an early flight so we declined.
The bar's review is three stars. We often eat at the bar in any restaurant or hotel that offers one. On our last night in Dublin, we opted to stay in and try the steak. Our intentions were to select from the early bird menu, which advertised 2 courses for 22 or 3 courses for 25. The only steak on the menu at the hotel's V'nV Restaurant is an 8 oz Golden Vale Prime Rib Eye for 26 but you must add a 7 supplement if you choose this during early bird hours. After a very confusing explanation from the waitress, we opted to go to the bar.
There were three options on the bar menu. We ordered the 9 oz Golden Vale Prime Rib Eye Steak, and the 10 oz Golden Vale Beef Kansas Steak. The experience was hit and miss, literally. They have some great appetizers and it's convenient. For the price, the steak is acceptable but not amazing. There is some great people watching after the businesses clock out and the local professionals come for happy hour. The bar gets very busy and lively so if quiet is your thing, this would not be your scene. The staff made every effort to please, which can be a huge factor, and the atmosphere is fun.
Huge improvement in vegetarian food. Had a very relaxing time. Everyone very nice. Given Radisson in Germany is dog friendly why can't Radisson Ireland be dog friendly?
Excellent upscale restaurant with beautiful designs and finish.
The decor is suiting, complimenting the calibre of food being dished out by the chefs.
Staff are highly courteous, and extremely customer oriented. You tend to feel sorry for them at times if you hate the master servant etiquette.
The entire hotel itself is just uniquely splendid as is always with most Radisson blu hotels.
Anyway, if you are looking to impress a partner or have a business meeting or even a group dinner, I think this place is a good option for fine dining.
Just be mindful of your wallet as it can dig a hole right into it.
Good location, everything you wpuld expect from Radisson.
Beautiful hotel with newly renovated rooms. Staff is so friendly and accommodating for any issues. Good breakfast. Only downside was construction in the next lot over but the manager did their best to compensate for the noise which was appreciated. Great location with proximity to many interesting activities and areas. Would recommend!
Great place to stay. Well situated with large, clean room & bathroom.
Very nice and tidy rooms, location about 10 minutes walking distance from temple bar. Bathroom with walk-in shower and tub. Didn't eat there so no food-rating possible.
Was only here for a conference but the staff were polite and friendly, and the lunch was delicious.
Very tardy service considering current restrictions. We arrived on time as requested but it took 20 minutes to place our order. I had to go find a manager to eventually look after us. Pricy drinks but that's to be expected in a hotel setting. Won't be in a rush back...
Great location, impeccable service, superb breakfast, super cleanliness. I don't think we could want more from a hotel.
Clean rooms ,staff friendly ,nice breakfast free parking all good !
Very poor.
Dirty place.
Room in international format, without charm but comfortable with the exception of sound insulation which despite the renovation remains weak. Otherwise, the hotel is in a great location, less than 600m from places of interest and the staff are lovely. The price is a reflection of the coitus of accommodation in the center of the Irish capital
Amazing hotel and staff. Staff very polite and professional. We booked a junior suite with a balcony but it got over booked so they offered us an upgrade to a one bedroom suite and it was HUGE with a separate living room, meeting area, extra bathroom etc Thank you it was a lovely get away for us.
Lovely rooms and property with excellent service. My favorite was Samantha, she always took excellent care of us!
Hotel is at a very central Place all Sightseeing is in walking distance. Breakfast was outstanding.
Attended for a conference. The rooms were comfortable and easy to move between different tracks. Central location and easy to get to from major transport hubs. Professional staff made the event run very smoothly.
What a great room and property in a very central location. This was definitely on the pricier side in either cash or points but compared to similar quality hotels downtown it seemed right on par.
The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful getting us settled in earlier than usual. The property was really well finished and the quiet outdoor patio on the first floor was a nice escape.
Our room was where we really felt like we got good value for the price. The bed was incredibly comfortable with plenty of pillows including soft down. Soothing and modern dark furnishings, a beautiful and functional stone bathroom with waterfall shower and separate tub were all great touches.
We didn't try the restaurant or bar in the lobby but both looked like good options.
Great staff, very helpful for the out-of-towners. Very clean rooms, good breakfast and centrally located make this an excellent choice.
Very good hotel with great spacious rooms. Personnel is helpful and really kind to help.
Awful and expensive food. Got a "carvery" sandwich, which is a bap and few pieces of lamp with no sauce at all, just few dead vegetables
