Clean. Great service. Amy on the front desk does a great job, so does roomservice and the restaurant staff. Why the few stars?? Its very expensive and there are so many things on top. Parking. Breakfast. Weighing the bags! I was at an event where they were even selling the water, never mind the coffee for 3 . So if you are attending an event. Bring an empty water bottle.
