Pro Resources is a great employer. Every time I had an issue, Matt Phillips was always there to help me out. They work hard to help you get the job and keep the job. I would work again with Pro Resources.

If you need a good paying job I would go through them. Most places will o ly offer you 10 or 11 not them.

We use Pro Resources for our staffing needs. I have had the privilege of being paired with Jacob Stepp. He has been responsive with any questions and attentive to our needs for employees.

This agency is the worst in Lafayette indiana!! Staff members are always rude on the phone with the employees, the wouldn't hire me for been a felon ,but t hey hire illegal immigrants. They hire all the illegal immigrants.

One of the worst Temp Service around. Lack of leadership, lack of interest, Failure to pay people and resolve issues. Helpful tip stay away

The staff in the Lafayette office were very friendly to me, and gave me a chance to better myself, when other people wouldn't. I am forever in their debt. I have since moved on, but the time at spent at Wabash, and the financial boost my job afforded me, allowed me to gain a steady home environment, reliable transportation, and a real shot at a successful future for me & my family. I was even able to get my GED, and continue my education at Ivy Tech. Again, I can't stress enough how grateful I am to all of the staff at Pro Resources for giving me a 2nd chance, and Wabash alike. Matt has been the best to work for. He stands up for his employees even goes to bat against Wabash supervisors and Cordators to make sure your health and safety are taken care of in not in the ideal work environment. I would love to and would in heart beat work anywhere this man accounts are at hope to work with you again.

Don't waste your time with this unsavory chop shop. They herd cattle here. The assignment given was a temp-to-hire custodial job at Tippe School Corp, also a slime pit. After a month on the job, I was terminated. Pro threw me under the bus. They didn't lift a finger to help me OR even TRY to help me. Never was there any mention of dissatisfaction with me and/or my performance. They had no complaint -- I busted my butt on and for the job working for a lady who on Day 1 told me she didn't like men, who had her lesbian lover working as her co-worker (obvious conflict of interest) both of whom had multiple physical ailments preventing them from doing their jobs at 100%. I worked hard always showing up early to work, gave 110%, kept my mouth shut and did what I was told, including all the crap work they physically couldn't do. I was even told I fit in well, so my termination doesn't add up. Politics? Is this the 'game' they play with people. In any event, I got a real job the following week and am doing well. Their loss.

I had the pleasure of working under Matt Phillips, at Wabash National (North Plant 3rd shift)! He is an awesome supervisor! He is dedicated to his people and understanding most of all. I think anyone who has him as a supervisor is more than lucky. He went above and beyond to help me maintain employment not only with Wabash National but also kept me employed through ProResource and helped find other placement. Matt you rock!!!!!

Lack of communication, they have the worst pay card, and they don't have many work options.

I was personally helped by Shannon Treece. She was trying to get me on at AA&M in Rochester, IN. She is actually based in Lafayette, IN. She went the extra mile and then some, to get information I needed about insurance cost & coverage, before I could decide to accept or decline the offer I received from AA&M. Unfortunately I have a unique situation when it comes to insurance and ultimately, I had to decline the offer. I was amazed at how helpful she remained, when it was becoming obvious, I wouldn t be able to accept the offer! She stayed fully engaged and kept me updated until we received the final email from AA&M, that made it clear, I wouldn t be able to accept the job offer.

I was looking for a new job and went in on a Friday. I was surprised when the were able to have me start the next Tuesday. So far has been one of the better jobs I have had through a temp service. It seems like they do care about there employes. They also check in with ya to make sure everything is still going well with the job they place you at, which, I will admit was a little odd but nice at the same point.

This place is great. Got me placed super fast. Polite staff that really cares. Would totally go back if I needed a new job.
