Radisson Blu Royal Hotel Dublin Review

Dropped in here a couple of weeks before Christmas for a hot whiskey and to soak up the Christmas atmosphere. I was not disappointed. The hot whiskey was made to perfection and the decor was beautiful. My only complaint was that there did not seem to be enough staff serving and after a long wait we ended up going to the bar and waiting again to be served. It's a minor complaint and it would not stop me returning again. It was an enjoyable hour spent in good company.

It's nice. Food was ok-ish. Staff were super friendly. Even the doorman jumped behind the bar when it got really busy

Nice hotel with good lobby and space. Was at event recently and the food was deep fried shite. Would have expected more from a Radisson

I went for a kilogramme sales of clothes , yeah it is a good hotel

This was our 2nd time to go here and once again we had a wonderful experience the food and staff were excellent..We look forward to retuning again..

Great hotel and staff but be warned that there are huge construction site at the back of the hotel and it's very loud. That's why it lost 3 stars. If you're coming anytime soon and wish to do work at your room don't choose a room at the back. The loudest would start from 7 am till 4-6 pm.

Great hotel! the only "bad" thing i can say about this hotel is that the bathroom was a bit cold in our room, and that didnt even matter to me, just something i noticed! Overall a wonderfull hotel!

Building construction ongoing., empty mini-bar, bar closed early. Rooms okay for the rest

A nice, quiet place for a drink of a bite in the afternoon.

Average business hotel placed a little away from town center.
Big nice room which are nicely fitted, I liked you are able to open a window and get fresh air in you room.
4.5 star rating. I paid 192 for my stay, I believe 120-150 would have been more fair.
My favorite hotel I Dublin is still the Marker.

I'm a taxi driver,,, so I dropped people there,,,needed to use the toilets and when I asked the Potter where was it and could I use it was told no,,, want be asking again and will never go inside the place again,,,,,,, bad,, bad form,, I'm 51 well dressed respectable man,,,,, no need for it

This was a brilliant hotel in a great location. It was very well presented and had very good facilities. Perfect for families or couples, and right next to shopping centre, museums and parks to explore. Recommend.

Service poor , prices high and furniture showing signs of wear.

Apparently has a great breakfast, and a really nice modern hotel close to the city centre and Grafton Street while still being a bit away from the main bustling parts.

Good service, excellent breakfast, nice rooms with friendly staff. Location is convenient to temple bar, and a short walk to the Luas.

Friendly staff, lovely room. Breakfast was fantastic. Only negative is the underground designated parking is too small and as a guest I wouldn't expect to have to pay for it.

A great base from which to see the city. Great staff and a lovely room.

Easy check-in, comfortable bed, clean room, delicious and varied breakfast, outstanding restaurant (very very nice employees). In fact, one of my best hotel stays ever. Congratulations to the whole team!

Stayed over for 1 night . very clean. Warm rooms, I'd stay again. 19mins from dundrum

Had planned to stay but needed to change reservation. Had 3 rooms in total, 2 had cancellation fees but one inadvertently did not. I called them and they said sorry and kept repeating policy and process, nothing they could do. Mind you the reservation was one month out, it was not short notice. Change request was made only a few days after booking. Reached out to Hotel GM and have not heard. Be very careful when you book your reservation on line. They make it very confusing.

Nina was an amazing bar staff, we absolutely loved her for our business trip quick in Dublin. I can t recommend her and this staff enough

Professional customer service and very clean rooms.

I cannot say enough about how lovely the staff at this hotel is. Especially the 2 ladies at the front desk. They are the epitome of class and caring. Will be back as often as I can. The rrom are well situated, large and clean.

Nice room, comfy beds, rain shower heads are a great plus. Well worth the price.

TL;DR: if you're debating between this hotel and another, CHOOSE THIS ONE.

Definitely a 5 star experience! They helped me when my luggage got lost. Gave us tooth brush kits to use while we waited! Front desk staff was extremely helpful. Room was great and being in a business class room had its perks. The family breakfast buffet was fantastic. Sure bar was a treat too. Best pizza I've had in a very long time. And Damian was a great bar tender!

Location is spot on. 8 minute walk to Grafton street, restaurants and convenience stores within 2 minute walk. Central to most tourist locations without actually being trapped within Temple Bar.

Best Radisson what I have met so far. Everything is just right here

When the manager lies to your face and is found out s few minutes later . Says all I need to know about the place ! Forgot our deserts and one was the wrong order. Also a girl employe ran after us shouting "Your drinks bill. Your drinks bill. " we hand no drinks bill . Embarrassing

Despite the hotel having few guests because of covid 19, the rooms offered to me have windows not opening a crack, view of a overbearing grey wall or looking directly into an apartment across. This hotel would be okay if you spent no time in it. Definitely not good for any kind of lockdown.

Spent some time in lobby on business meeting, nice place, lots of space. Quick and polite service.

Amazing, delicious food of the highest standard. Staff of extremely high and professional calibre. A venue to rival any other 5-star hotel. An absolutely perfect place for events and meetings, including birthday parties and other special occasions. Very highly recommended for all events!!

Hotel location is great, staff was really nice, also we liked the rooms.
