Radisson blu hotel cebu Review

Looks ok and neat. Upgraded to a bigger room as a new comer. 4 star is for the noise from singing videoke peeps past 12.

The hotel is close to SM Cebu which is a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast spread is fabulous. Service is excellent. Fantastic gym.

My favorite buffet in Cebu! Food is good but there are lesser options especially on the promo days.

It is a very good hotel to break the expectation.
There is also an outdoor swimming pool and health club, and it is a clean and safe hotel.

I love my stay. The room is really nice and comfy. Near / besides SM Mall. Good choices at the buffet breakfast. Check-in and checkout was great during my visit.

Five star hotel with five star services and ameneties always comes with luxury. A shopping mall is just few steps away and the airport too.

For the Philippines it is overpriced.Always use the hotel homepage never Agoda. I made a mistake and not given a breakfast despite being a gold member.

It s very convenient to be next to SM MALL. I m going to check out at three in the morning, so the hotel also prepared a sandwich breakfast for us.

I'm not crazy about it. The hotel is dated and the buffet below average.

The security is so solid that you can feel safe. The front desk is also very kind with a smile. I have never felt disgusted at all facilities and services during my stay.

Always check the luggage in front of the hotel grounds and entrance. A large dog like a drug dog is also deployed in front of the door.
The frequently used taxis can be used with great peace of mind as the driver keeps the ID card at the entrance of the site. There is no doubt that the taxi stand in charge of the SM Mart next door is a bit suspicious (it was negotiated for the price of the meter) and it's definitely a ride from the hotel here.
We want to use this hotel by all means next time.

Great high end hotel, everything was very nice. Pools are beautiful and service was great. Only detractor was that the cleaners didn't clean the bathroom floors which were very marked.

Superb hotel, rooms, facility, pool, splendid lobby and service are just the best in the city!

They offered s culinary workshop for pasta making. It was wonderful and the selfmade ravioli tasted sooo good! Hopefully, they will do something like this again.

Modern hotel with a tendency toward dark lighting. It works because it's a huge hotel and attendants abound to guide you along. A plus is that it's sister mall is just right next door

An awesome place located in a city, very elegant and sophisticated. Great place for spending holidays. We've been here already twice this tear and it's been a great experience all staff knows us already here and been enjoying our stay as always.

As there is only a 5 star hotel, facilities are luxurious. The service of the staff is also the first hotel man and hotel woman who set it apart from other hotels in Cebu city. You can go to the shopping mall next to the hotel without getting wet. The guest rooms are also decorated in a Western style.
Unfortunately, there is a small ant there. I left the room service plate at the desk for about 2 hours, and the ants were flocking and creeping.

The pool is nice and spacious and convenient. More than anything else, it's so comfortable. But I was surprised to see two lizards near the Hull pool. What was more shocking was that I went to a restaurant for breakfast, and a cockroach was moving in a chair, so I called out to the staff and screamed.

Good food, great ambiance, and love the staff at Feria, they are very polite, respectful and very accommodating.

Place is good, it's just next to SM Cebu. Buffet food is good.

A posh hotel situated beside an SM mall. It's hard to beat that. Dining options are also good in this hotel. This is also a great hotel for holding events.

The service is the best so far compared to all the hotels I've been to here in Cebu. The staffs are all friendly and they make sure that you are enjoying your stay.

When in Cebu, we stay here. Very clean facilities, friendly and professional staff, breakfast is a feast, and located just a stone throw away from the huge SM Mall. Everything you need in a proper hotel in Cebu is Radisson Blu.

Great location literally steps away from a big shopping mall. Excellent, friendly service. Rooms ideally set up for business people.

Only negative, which is quite minor, is that it's a bit confusing when exiting the lift. You'll see what I mean when you stay here.

Stayed in this hotel for our Company's Forum in the first week of July and I was impressed.
The rooms are clean, attractive and spacious and its internet connection is very fast.
Its function rooms are also great and the the lobby is grand.
The hotel staff are very helpful and accommodating and you have a wide variety of food to choose from during breakfast.
On top of that, its situated just beside SM City Cebu so all your shopping needs are just a few steps away. :-)

Luxury hotel just beside SM City Cebu Shopping Mall. We had Rotary International District Conference 2011 here at Radisson Blu. Great hotel, great food, excellent!!

Try a cup of their chamomile tea and it will give you a relaxing day.

spacious rooms. Clean and well maintained. good proximity to SM Cebu Malls and shops. Cable TV in rooms -- but with quite a few channels can not be viewed. Good room views. Competent staff. Excellent dining area, and excellent food choices. Elevator area is a bit dark, and sometimes can cause confusion on where the exit to the lobby is. Stayed on the 10th floor on my last stay, and in the evening, there are some creaking sounds on some of the furniture/fixtures, probably caused by air conditioning vibrations or general micro vibrations from the building or next room. Shower area is not properly labeled as to where the hot/cold lever points to. In the room where I stayed, turning the lever clockwise is for the hot setting, and turning to counter clockwise is for the cold, but no signs/instructions. Overall, stay was good. Air conditioning was great, restaurant was great.

Celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary here. Perfect place for this milestone. Will go here again.

Great place to stay if you prefer the city side of Cebu. The mall is conveniently right beside the hotel so its easy to get food or whatever you suddenly need.
A plus, they early check in us hassle free. The rooms are very spacious.
The not so good, I think the hotel needs a little fixing. Lots of sign of wear and tear already.

This is one of the best in Cebu, not the cheapest but we had one of the best time and the best food in Cebu.
