I checked in late in the night and front desk team surprise me by giving an upgrade , morning breakfast was amazing the service was exceptionally well and room was clean and tidy , front desk manager alisha was very professional and make sure that my family will look after well. Radisson Ahemdabad rocks...

Awesome hotel for stay, clean and adequate space in rooms with gallery and basic amenities

Considering the Radisson name and the price tag, this hotel is a little disappointing in some ways. Food is indifferent and worse, breakfast is kept inadequately warm, so if you come down to eat post 7, most of the food is cold and rubbery. There were some plumbing issues in our room and the steam iron leaked, almost destroying a silk saree. However, the staff is very pleasant, prompt and helpful and did their best to resolve all the problems. Maintenance is just a miss.

Fine business hotel. Staff excellent and very accommodating. Great kebab restaurant also excellent. Only issue so far is that breakfast has been OK, not extraordinary.

Good executive hotel midst of Ahmedabad also, good place for family stay over.

Good ambiance and hospitality. I visited for dinner at kabab factory... fine dining with good food and service provided.

Staff is very good and Helping.
They also at your service at 2 AM or 6 AM or 3PM.

Service was slow as it was understaffed in the morning overall had an excellent breakfast

Poor accessibility and lack of sensitivity to persons with disabilities. You have to explain six times to the security that you need to use the disabled parking space and that's why we need to drive the car inside the compound ( they wanted us to park outside).

Then when we got to the drop down point they refused to move the valet-parking desk which was parked on the bottom of the wheelchair ramp. I insisted they move it but it took some effort. They first refused saying the desk didn't move but it obviously did because it had wheels. They moved it with no effort. Zero understanding and zero sensitivity to disabled!

Then when we got inside we asked where is the foyer disabled toilet. There wasn't one! They sent us to the restaurant floor. To get to the lifts we were faced with a ridiculously steep slope. When we got the restaurant level we found there were only ordinary toilets.

back to the lobby again! Then they sent us to the Banquet level and there was the mysterious disabled toilet!

Of course the toilet was too low. It's a tradition here in Ahmedabad. Disabled toilets are made only for very small people (unfunny joke). Also the hygiene spray was inaccessible behind the user and the flush was behind the toilet where it would be difficult to reach from a wheelchair.

The adjustable height grab bars are the best in class (made by Pressalite). The washbasin was also on some kind of height adjustable rack but it was fixed at a very low height and no obvious way to adjust it up.

Other than these obvious glaring faults the size was good the door was a good size sliding door and the mirror was adjusted titled forward which is the correct method for over the sink washbasin in a disable access toilet.

Two other things were missing. Emergency call pull-switch and a locking mechanism for the door.

Nice location with good non-veg food. Galoti kabab is excellet and rest others are quite range of taste. The main thing is this place is too costly so think twice and then try to visit.

One of the better hotels at Ahmedabad with great restaurant with fantastic options.

One star less becauser auto riksha is not allowed inside to drop.
