It was good. Staff Naveen Joshi at gate didn't behaved in the way a person in hospitality industry should behave. Even guards at the gate in the morning were not up to the expectations. In short staff inside the lobby entrance was really good and professional but those out of the lobby entrance were not up to the mark.

Staff behavior is not so cool, because ms. Anamika misbehaving to my bro for placing dinner in my room no. 307

Well located. Nice rooms, some of them have Alexa enabled. Good breakfast spread. Good inroom dining menu, though the kitchen overcooks the fish and the chicken.

Restaurant Is Smoky As Their Is Not Proper Ventilation Designed So Once You Came After Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner Then Your Clothes Will Started Giving Smell Of Your Food You Have Taken In That Restaurant. I Believe Admin Will Take Of This Issue.
were provided in the room and was not on request like some other properties. Rooms n washroom was clean and no plumbing or electrical issues.

The front office was slow in service. When asked to send bell boy for photocopying they took ages even after 3 calls n letting them know that it was urgent as i had 2 go 4 shower n reach at a meeting on time. Same was the case in check out when called 4 bell boy to help me carry the luggage, time went by but no one showed up so had to carry my luggage myself.

Food was great. Not spicy as asked for. Portions were adequate and quality was up to the mark.

Nice food with authentic flavours and aroma. Food connoisseurs would surely like it for ones or twice. However, that's about it. Too authentic is not how we have trained our taste buds!

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The head chef and staff treated me on Thanksgiving day to a cake mixing ceremony. It was so much fun mixing spices, liquids, nuts and fruits to be fermented for a month to prepare baking cakes for Christmas! I plan to return for the prepared cake on Christmas! Be aware of laundry services and be sure to ask about their specials if spending 10+ days to make sure you get the correct information on timing of 40 pieces of laundry for 4,000 (Rupees)! I was business class and felt like they didn't treat me fair as I inquired a couple of days after learning about the exclusive offers! Was told something different by front desk when inquiring A bit disappointed! 10+days means 10+;days! Not when you learn about it from a brochure! Room service, Chefs, and Spas were great! Front desk checkout was very disappointing, when you see a lot of charges on just laundry and ask about the 10+ days exclusive deals, which arn't mentioned until you notice a brochure in your room! They make their own rules! Did not get satisfaction! Haha! The breakfast Buffett was amazing! Doorman was truly a friendly person! I do recommend this hotel but please just inquire all concerns when checking in!!! Loved the Chefs, because they prepared to your orders with concerns and are wanting to serve each guests!! The guests floors smelt awesome with the pleasant odors! The Terrace plays same music every evening, which can be extremely loud and obnoxious! The music was extremely loud with bass and should provide different types of music each evening, for all ages not just to gain the younger crowd, but for all ages! Please understand, I'm only informing of my 10 days stay at this establishment!! Things were much different at Radisson Bangalore and Radisson Blu in Hyderabad where I have stayed 7+ days on my travels!! This incident about the laundry, may change my mind as being a Radisson member card holder! Not all Radissons are alike and follow the same standards!

The sound proofing of rooms observed to be good despite mine was facing the busy roads.

This place is ideal for a conference up to 100 people. Ideally located.

At Radisson Blu the ambience is so nice and I always enjoy whenever I visit Radisson Blu on every Tuesday morning to attend BNI MEETING, I enjoy the time I spend there
