Radiant Medical Spa Review

I LOVED everything about it!! From my initial call to set up an appointment with Sharon to walking out of the beautiful, top-notch facility. I have shopped around a bit fir Botox treatments and I feel like I no longer need to shop ... I found my place. Rachael was so knowledgeable and confident. I have to say that this is the 1st time that I bought 20 units and she was able to get the job done without pointing out other areas that need improvement. I will absolutely be a repeat customer - feeling ZERO pressure to do more or spend more is what will get me back. She understands a budget! I'm amazed at the results. It's only been 2 days and my forehead is smooth. Being a master injector has given her the ability and expertise in injecting the right spots to get the maximum results. I will look forward to going back to get wonderful results as well as see Rachael and her amazing staff! I will also be referring all of my friends. Thank you Anew Medspa!!!

I have had the pleasure of going to their newest office in Medina. You can go to any spa but here is what makes them stand apart; their compassion and empowerment. Taylor is one of my new best friends. The vibe at Anew Med Spa in Brecksville is unmatched!! The ladies were very informative, but not pushy. I've never felt so comfortable and I definitely got that feeling that I'm in great hands. First and foremost the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! Rachel is an amazing nurse who not only goes above and beyond to make your experience extremely comfortable; but she takes the time to fully explain what you are having done with no pressure to do more then what you came for which always has been frustrating for me at other spas. She made me feel less like a patient and more of as a friend! The spa is beautifully set up with plenty of room to sit and explore their amazing menu and products they to offer! I am so happy that I chose to visit Radiant Divine medical spa in Medina. I opted for Botox and Restalyne lip fillers. Taylor was absolutely AMAZING! She was professional and very personable. She calmed my nerves and put me at ease. The office was modern and clean, and all of the staff was welcoming and warm. I am so glad that I found this place, because I will definitely be a regular customer! I am IN LOVE with my results and can't wait to go see Taylor again!! Everyone should try a GREAT place like this!

Love, Love, Love, this place.. A+...NOTHING BUT #10 IN MY BOOK. I just want to say what an all around amazing experience I had at Anew MedSpa with both Rachel, and Samantha. Will go no where else ever again. From the staff, to my treatments, and not to mention an exquisite office setting. Felt like I was in Los Angeles. Rachel Devault did my Injections for different types of precedures that I had inquired about with many concerns in our lengthy consultation, which she was very thoreau in explaining everything to me. Her techniques of injecting the fillers were above my expectations. It's been a week now since having my lips done, which 2 other drs have already complimented her technique process. They said they look perfect and she did a fabulous job, and wanted to know exactly where I went. I was very nervous going to a place new, or trusting someone again with my face. I've had horrible experences the last 2 years at 2 other places. Drs kept wanting to put more fillers in to cover up and not correct the damage that 1 other facility had caused... She would not. I honestly just can't say enough good things about her. She has given me faith again into trusting Dr's to give me complete honesty and not to meantion exceptional care for ME and NOT my wallet to make money. I also have to admit, her prices are the lowest than any facility I have ever visited in the last 10 yrs, without sacrificing the up most best results. She said "she would rather have more patients, making minimal versus a few making a lot off those individuals"... Complete common sense to me. I am returning in 10 days for a little more corrections needed, not cover ups!! Taking baby steps to correct what other's have messed up. I can't THANK YOU enough RACHEL.

I am not one to write reviews at all, but my experience was so great I had to share. i went to radiant Divine spa to get my lips done for the first time ever. And I absolutely love Them ! I was super nervous and have a history of passing out with needles, and as soon as I told Rachael and her staff that they brought me a fan and ice pack and a stress ball. This place is absolutely amazing. The building is beautiful and the staff is very welcoming. The team members immediately make you feel comfortable and help you determine what is best for you. The products that are available are great. Check out their ZO skin line. Rachel is amazing and has always helped me throughout my procedures. I would recommend everyone to schedule and appointment!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I felt like they were very unprofessional and inexperienced. I spent a lot of money AND time. After my service, that I was not happy with, they did not have any REAL answers to why it turned out differently then promised. At the end of everything all they did was try to upsell me on more products. I m sooo disappointed and really expected a great service and experience since there were so many glowing reviews.

UPDATE:
The response from the manager literally proves my point of this establishment being extremely unprofessional. I would like to first address the statement about me being happy with the service. I came back to see Rachel and Taylor FIVE times after my procedure. I m sorry, but how in the world would you think that is someone who is happy with their service if they came back multiple times to discuss their concern with how unhappy they were with their results. Secondly, I still have the pamphlet with the writing on it by some random girl Taylor had me talk to, the last time I was there to try and sell me a whiting/bleaching cream for $140, that had NOTHING to do with my concerns of puffiness. At this same appointment Taylor also mentioned Botox being an option as well. If that isn t a clear example of upselling i don t know what is. Lastly, to address you accommodating me by coming in on your day off . I scheduled my appointment THREE months in advanced. The day before my appointment I did not receive a confirmation call like I was promised. I started to get worried because I had to have that appointment that day due to my schedule. When I called to check what s going on with my appointment the exact response was OH we were just about to call you actually. We have to reschedule due to the location not being up and running quit yet. Mind you, I was assured by the receptionist AND Rachel herself when I scheduled my appointment that, that location will be ready and taking clients. There would be no issue to schedule you there. NOT ONE TIME DID THEY EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. After several phone calls back and forth that day, they finally said they would just take me even though it technically wasn t open. I wouldn t consider that accommodating, I would consider that doing your job and following thru with your promise as a company.

I will say Rachel and Taylor both were pleasant, never rude but they clearly did not listen to my concerns as a client.

I ve had my first ever Dysport injection with Julie and I m already a huge fan! Julie is very approachable, she shared her knowledge and answered all my questions. She is calm and professional. It s about a week ago and I love the results . The entire procedure was pain free and I had zero bruising. I ve seen one of their aestheticians today( I believe her name is Jamie) and she helped me to determine the right treatment for my skin, she did a great job as well. So glad I found this gem in Medina.

I absolutely love this place. Specifically the Medina location. I ve been visiting Radiant Divine for over 6 months for facials, injections, general skin care, and lash tint. They offer many services, the staff is so sweet, they give great direction (if needed), clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Jaime and Taylor.

The best medical spa in Ohio hands down. The staff treats you as if you are family, they are all extremely welcoming and nice. Rachel is VERY knowledge and makes sure you feel 100% comfortable with everything. The prices are great, and the whole facility is super clean and chic. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment! Friendly staff and an overall great experience. I was very nervous to get my eyebrows microbladed but now I am happy I chose to have them done here. During my consultation all my questions were answered and I was shown several before and after images as well as progression images so I knew exactly what to expect. The procedure itself was not nearly as uncomfortable as I anticipated and the healing process went exactly as explained. During my follow up, my healed brows were touched up and my results were even better than I imagined!

I won the grand prize make over they did for Christmas, I went in today, consulted and had it all done at once. Hands down best Medical Spa around. Professional, Approachable and the best part is how passionate the ladies are about the work they do. Each step is explained thoroughly. I have been to a young lady by the name of Libby Poplar several times now at the Brecksville location and I truly enjoy her. She is consistent with her work an smile is contagious. You would never know if she was having a bad day. It s like meeting up with a friend you have known your whole life and at a spa. How great is that!!! Highly Recommend.

I have had nothing but A+ experiences at Radiant Divine. The staff is very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. Rachel and her staff are true artists at what they do. If you are looking for beautifully natural aesthetics, this is the place to go!! I come here for all my injections (fillers/dysport) and just recently tried the Aerolase laser.. which is AMAZING. I m normally not the type to write reviews, but I feel so strongly about my positive experience that I feel compelled to. Working full time nights as a nurse for nearly 10 years and being a mom of three has caught up to me . Looking at myself in the mirror I noticed more and more lines appearing on my forehead and crow eyes. I have been self conscious about my skin and signs of aging for some time now, but to afraid to go do anything about it. I have always felt intimidated to go to a medical spa because I am not a girly girl and I was afraid to be judged. I drive past Radiant Divine almost everyday and finally mustered up the courage to make an appointment. I have to say that from the moment I walked in the door I felt so welcome there. The staff at the front desk were so kind and courteous. The facility is beautiful and clean. The staff was very professional and prompt in taking me back to the room after filling out my medical history. Once in the chair my injector Julie explained the procedure, side effects and potential outcomes. She was very comforting, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Julie was very gentle and I barley even felt the pinches during the procedure. The owner (Rachel) even popped in to make sure I was comfortable and that the visit was meeting my expectations. I cannot wait to go to my 2 week follow-up appointment to see my before and after pictures. I definitely recommend Radiant Divine to everyone and am excited that I finally took the plunge!

I want to share my results since my last review. At 2 weeks there were no more wrinkles! My before and after pictures show such a huge difference in my appearance. I am so happy with my results! Now one month out from the original injections and still no wrinkles. Excited to see how long the results last and seriously considering becoming a member!

I've been to the office twice since it opened and have my next appointment scheduled already! The office is beautiful and the staff is amazing. I recently switched from another spa and have been so pleased. The staff is very knowledgeable and they really take the time to learn your needs and make helpful recommendations. The office is located about a minute off the highway, so it couldn't be easier to find.

I have had injections for the last 14 years from Botox ,Juvederm ,Restylane Lyft

I have mainly gone to plastic surgeons for this process but let me tell you Rachel the owner is the best and hardly felt the injections I felt that she treated me as a person not just anybody, As a accredited commercial interior designer her environment made you feel very relaxed and felt how professional she was.

What a wonderful place! When I arrived for my appointment Libby helped get me settled and helped with paperwork as I was nervous! After talking through some concerns with her I was at ease! She is very knowledgeable on the services they provide and even suggested some different options for my first time.
