First and foremost the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! Rachel is an amazing nurse who not only goes above and beyond to make your experience extremely comfortable; but she takes the time to fully explain what you are having done with no pressure to do more then what you came for which always has been frustrating for me at other spas. She made me feel less like a patient and more of as a friend! The spa is beautifully set up with plenty of room to sit and explore their amazing menu and products they to offer! Will defiantly be recommending this spa to family and friends and can't wait to go back! Thank you Anew MedSpa:)
