I would not recommend this place to anyone. I felt like they were very unprofessional and inexperienced. I spent a lot of money AND time. After my service, that I was not happy with, they did not have any REAL answers to why it turned out differently then promised. At the end of everything all they did was try to upsell me on more products. I m sooo disappointed and really expected a great service and experience since there were so many glowing reviews.

The response from the manager literally proves my point of this establishment being extremely unprofessional. I would like to first address the statement about me being happy with the service. I came back to see Rachel and Taylor FIVE times after my procedure. I m sorry, but how in the world would you think that is someone who is happy with their service if they came back multiple times to discuss their concern with how unhappy they were with their results. Secondly, I still have the pamphlet with the writing on it by some random girl Taylor had me talk to, the last time I was there to try and sell me a whiting/bleaching cream for $140, that had NOTHING to do with my concerns of puffiness. At this same appointment Taylor also mentioned Botox being an option as well. If that isn t a clear example of upselling i don t know what is. Lastly, to address you accommodating me by coming in on your day off . I scheduled my appointment THREE months in advanced. The day before my appointment I did not receive a confirmation call like I was promised. I started to get worried because I had to have that appointment that day due to my schedule. When I called to check what s going on with my appointment the exact response was OH we were just about to call you actually. We have to reschedule due to the location not being up and running quit yet. Mind you, I was assured by the receptionist AND Rachel herself when I scheduled my appointment that, that location will be ready and taking clients. There would be no issue to schedule you there. NOT ONE TIME DID THEY EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. After several phone calls back and forth that day, they finally said they would just take me even though it technically wasn t open. I wouldn t consider that accommodating, I would consider that doing your job and following thru with your promise as a company.

I will say Rachel and Taylor both were pleasant, never rude but they clearly did not listen to my concerns as a client.
