They remove my kayak racks every fall and re-install them every spring for a reasonable fee and are very professional as well as very nice.

They put a trailer hitch and new bike rack on my 2015 Subaru Forester. I got a new 2019 this weekend and they're going to be my first phone call at 10am today to see if they can put a hitch on my new car. Quality work, nice employees. Use them for all your car accessory needs!

I ve been here a few times and it s obvious that the owner cares about the customer experience...he or she seems to hire only friendly experts. I had a big install without an appointment a few months ago...the young guy (maybe 20?) really knew his stuff and then installed a rack and two bike mounts. He literally RAN whenever he needed to get something or answer the phone.

Then recently, I had a problem with an old cargo box. I remembered how knowledgeable and helpful they were so I figured I d swing by and ask. I got lucky...a THULE rep happened to be there and the store guy and they really wanted to solve my problem. Very helpful. I was lucky to have the whole box replaced because the Thule rep was there...it was several years out of warranty. But the Rack & Go guy was willing to fix it if the Thule rep wasn t able to swap it.

Anyway, it s become rare to have such service and This store should be commended!

Great staff, met the owner Steve who was very friendly and accommodating. Personification of what a mom and pop shop should be.

Recently, I ordered an amazing child transportation system (which is a stroller for walking and has conversion kits for: hiking, running, & biking) through Chariot Carriers. Rack & Go was the "Fulfiller", meaning they would ship the items to me. They did ship two packages just like my confirmation email said; both packages were able to be tracked. However, 3 out of 8 items I ordered were missing and no word given on where they were/when they would come to me. I finally was able to speak with Steven Frind at Rack & Go. (Steven's name is the one on the UPS tracking slip.) He was unprofessional & extremely insulting. Never once did I hear an apology for the fact that almost HALF my order was missing. Instead, he had an "I don't care" tone throughout our entire conversation. He literally had the nerve to ask me "is it life or death that you have these things right now?" I asked to speak with someone else after we bumped heads and he claimed he was the only one there. (There were also marks on the packaging list that came attached to one of the boxes I did receive. Next to 2 out of 3 items which were missing from my shipment there were scratch marks- to me this indicated that someone may have known those items were not included.) When I asked him if he was Steven, he said yes. When I asked him if he was the person who put marks next to 2 of 3 missing items--he laughed at me! Never did I hear back from him! What an incredible lack of customer service! (Not that it should matter how much you are spending)... but I spent over $1300 for my products ($225 was for SHIPPING & HANDLING) and I think I have every right to be concerned when I don't get something I have paid for.

Fair, Concise, Knowledgeable and professional. I was researching Kayak racks for my (2) 14.5' Kayaks on my MDX. I called and spoke to Nassir who was very helpful and described all the different options I had. Then I went into the shop and spoke with Conner who was also very helpful. After exploring all the options, I went with the very expensive Thule Huillivators but the guys gave me a fair discount and then pre-assembled the units so the actual install on my vehicle was only about a half hour. I love my hullivsators and my new friends at Rack and Go

Very disappointing. TL;DR - I didn't get what I paid for (integral parts missing; totally unusable partial bike rack). This shop took zero responsibility and basically gave me the shaft.

I ordered a the Thule Passage 910XT 2 Bike rack direct from the manufacturer site, and it was "fulfilled" by this store. The item I received was clearly a sloppy repackaging of someone else's return. The box and rack were both worn, the straps were in a loose bundle, one of the wingnuts was loose and just rattling around inside the box. Worst of all, the rack was missing one of its arms (and the corresponding attachments, of course). Called the store reporting the issue, simply hoping to get the missing parts; not even interested in any kind of full replacement, since the rest of what I received DID look like it could function properly. The guy on the phone kept calling me "buddy" and seemed flippant in general. He told me he'd give my name and number to whoever "handles" issues like these and I've not heard since (2+ weeks). I'd be happy to amend this review if they ever do get back to me, but for now, I know I can do better elsewhere. Also, of course, a lesson learned regarding ordering from manufacturers as you have no control over what store will fulfill the order.

Amazing service, from finding the right rack for us, explanation of the extender bars for small bikes ( which would not have fit without these) to the installation! Highly recommend !

They did a complicated job really well and took the time to explain my options and how each choice impacted the cost. They installed custom strips on a Honda HRV, which is difficult because the curved top limits spacing for the bars. They made sure that everything worked with my existing equipment (bike and kayak mounts) and everything came out with a clean professional look. The only thing that keeps me from the last star is how much everything costs, but it might not be fair to blame the retail shop.

This place was awesome, staff and manager/owner were extremely knowledgeable, and was able to test cargo boxes out on my actual car. Was able to make a big purchase decision very painlessly, and i drove away with the new cargo box installed on my car! They are also a repair center for Thule equipment so even better. Same pricing as what i saw online. Highly recommend.

Was the only store in 30 miles to have my fit kit in stock. Very knowledgeable and great service. Highly recommend! Just a note they are on the second floor if you are looking for the store

Always a good place to go when you need something specific. I got a rack for my car for transporting a kayak. They took the time to explain all the differences and benefits of each type of rack. Definitely very knowledgeable and friendly. They also do installation which helps a lot.

Roof racks and more sold and installed quickly and competently at a competitive price.

These people were great! Though I'm quite a handy person, I'd had bad experiences with a highly-rated rack system I bought off the web a few years ago, so I decided to get some help. Their people were very knowledgeable, and made sure I understood and could manipulate the parts of the system I got before I left the showroom. Because the position of the rack system was important in keeping it secure, the person who installed it put little Sharpie marks around the feet on the inside of the door frame (where they aren't visible), so I could line it up again easily if I need to remove it for whatever reason. Their wiring specialist even checked out my electrical-to-hitch connection free of charge! Their prices were very reasonable, and they didn't try to oversell me things I didn't need. I was REALLY thankful I found them.

These guys were great, they know their stuff and are willing to answer any questions to help you make the correct decision in your purchase. I definitely recommend this place.

LOL I'd give them five stars if they were a bit less expensive! However, they are a great shop. Got a roof rack for my Infiniti then asked them to adjust that rack for my new car. Always helpful and knowledgeable.

Ehhhh service was okay but then again my service was for a older vehicle they have lots of modern stuff nevertheless quite pricey for my roof racks, got same deal on eBay for 200$ less so go figure plus I gotta install myself worth it yes! Roofer here!

Stayed late so I could get the part I needed for a trip the next day. Went above and beyond.

Boy if you need a car rack for bikes or cargo, a roof box or need a hitch installed this place should be towards the top of your list.
