Great experience. Didn't feel pressured to buy more than I needed. Everything was explained to us in a great way. Great prices and options.

My boyfriend and I went to Brooklyn bedding to just browse and we came out with a bed. Jon was very helpful with our purchase and was very informative when it came to the quality of sleep and comfort. He made sure he was able to accommodate with my boyfriends and I budget but also making sure we bought a good quality mattress. Honestly I think we bought the bed because of how great Jons customer service was. If you go make sure you ask for him!

Im not really satisfied with the mattresses that I bought there a few months ago. Less than a year and both are not comfortable and have not been in 2 or 3 months... I admit I did not go really expensive, so when I inquired at the store recently, I was basically told that we get what we pay for. I do understand that theory but expected more than 9 months from a mattress..My suggestion would be to shop around..Bedding prices have really increased and we dont really know what we are getting anymore

John the salesman was quite knowledgeable & friendly. Had me try out several mattresses to make sure I got the one best suited for me. I can't recommend him enough.

I purchased 2 beds full size Box Springs and everything with mattress It wasn't very comfortable so I went and upgraded at the store. I got a phone call from the delivery man they said they'd be there from 3 to 6 no showed up. I talk to Theo he said they are running late I should be there by 7 it is 730 now my wife has been waiting I have to put my kids to bed I have the mattresses set on a wall waiting for them to pick up an exchange. At least stick by to what you say I've had no phone calls to say we are gonna be late I had to call and find out what's going on. I'm sorry I even gave them a referral.So it's the next day Theo has made it up to us,no hard feelings he is a good guy.

Too Bad they have to get a star. Because they truly don't deserve one. Here it is 3:26 pm and no Bed or Communication from Brooklyn Bedding. I purchase a Bed total $ 3042.85. I had to call the Sales person Andy Klein to find out when I might see my Bed. He stated that it would be delivered between 6-9pm. My wife works from 4am to 2pm and is bed by 7:00pm nightly, guess that wont happen tonight

I bought bed on Sat it is now Wed. I was informed that I was called, and voice mail full. ( I clear voice mail every day). I know that a call was never made. I called to voice my concern to the Camelback location (purchase was made in Tempe). The gentleman on the other end of line, never introduced himself. I tried to tell him my situation, but he kept interrupting me. He stated that all of his complaints were about DELIVERIES.

Andy informed me that the truck started in the North Valley and then was headed South (I reside in Maricopa). this company in my opinion needs to 1). Hire a Logistics Manager 2). Be able to track drivers 3). Have more than ONE DELIVERY TRUCK. this is my first and last time I purchase from Brooklynn Bedding.

Recently I purchased new front room furniture and dinning room from American Family Warehouse. When you buy from them, you are given a window of delivery right then. We have always received a call from the drivers, and always met there windows for delivery. A suggestion for Brooklyn Bedding you need to hire the Logistics Manager away from Them, or invest money in delivery trucks, and you may not have complaints and unsatisfied customers in the future.

P.S. I should have went to American Family Warehouse and not Brooklyn Bedding

My wife and I came in yesterday looking for a new mattress. We were recommended this place by her co-workers. We heard this company all over the valley as well as on most Phoenix radio stations. We had to see what all the hype was. So we visited their Camelback location and we're greeted by friendly face. Theo was great and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. He knew everything about Brooklyn Bedding and was knowledgeable about mattresses and sleeping positions. We laid on all the mattress options we were looking at. Theo also provided his opinions on how our bodies were positioned on each mattress. After 30 min, we knew weren't leaving that place without purchasing our new bed and accompanying pillows. Our decision was easy enough because of Theo and he helped made the transaction that much smoother. We left that store excited for our mattress to arrive the following day and couldn't wait to start the work week in a new bed we both enjoyed at the showroom. Thanks to Theo and his other co-worker who was there that helped us that day!

I recently purchased and am eagerly awaiting my king size Sedona mattress. I tried out many other mattresses prior to selecting the Sedona. My choice was easy once I laid on this mattress. The many factors played a role in my decision. Buying from a local manufacturer, and the sales team were the biggest reasons. Gregg and Shaun were extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was recommended by my boss to go try mattresses at Brooklyn Bedding. I loved that they re locally owned and manufactured. They also met my price point for a high end yet still affordable mattress. I went to the 7th ave and Camelback location and met Shaun. He was awesome and I ended up loving the mattress that was on the top of my list, the Bloom Hybrid. The mattress is latex and I have slept wi th a latex pillow for 14 years. It s perfect, soft yet holds its shape. I cannot wait to pickup my mattress!

Terrible customer service. From the moment we stepped in, the guy was very rude. He chewed gum and wasn't helpful in showing us around. I knew what I wanted as far as size, firmness and price. I was more than ready to purchase, but I refuse to give my money to impolite salesmen that act like their job is a chore. I'll be sleeping on an inflatable mattress tonight and taking my business elsewhere tomorrow.

I had a really great experience with this company. I dealt with Theo and John, who were both friendly, helpful, knowledgeable with no high pressure sales tactics. Delivery people were prompt and courteous. I had a problem with the comfort of the mattress but had no problem exchanging it for one that better fit my body. I would highly recommend.

Theo did an excellent job. I got the bed I wanted and left with plenty information for my next (near future) purchase. These guys are still good ole R&S but with an updated name. If nothing else definitely the very best twin kids mattress value in town- my third for the third kid and the other two are just as comfy as when we got them years ago.

Bought a king bed here and the experience was great.

My wife and I came in and were immediately greeted. We told the employee (Manager Theo Romo) about our budget, and he assisted is within those limits. It's refreshing to find a salesman more interested in customer satisfaction than making the biggest sale possible. He helped us fine exactly what we needed and told us about all of the many related options. We were especially impressed with the four month money back guarantee and/or option to upgrade. I don't think we'll need that, but it's nice to know it's available. All in all, shopping at Brooklyn Bedding was a great experience.

I purchased 2 brand new Serta mattress sets from Brooklyn Bedding(formerly known as R & S Mattress). One of them came in very good condition and my Plush Serta iComfort came with bed bugs. Since the first day (Dec 1)I laid on the mattress I started to notice small bite marks on arms. Didn't think nothing of it until last night (Dec 10) I actually saw 3 small bugs crawling on my new mattress and bedding. I immediately contacted Brooklyn bedding to request for my mattress to be replaced and some compensation for bringing the bugs into my house. I spoke with Eduardo and he said that there nothing that can be done and even though I'm under warranty still nothing can be done and speak to the Manager. I'm upset because I have to deal with removing the bugs, paying for a $1300 mattress and being out of work until they are fully removed from my house. I will update this once the manager is spoken to

Shaun was very friendly and knowledgeable. I have never felt so at ease in a mattress/furniture store. Typically, one would feel rushed/pressured into making a purchase from a salesperson. That was not my experience with Shaun, he provided information on multiple mattresses while being patient.
