My wife and I came in and were immediately greeted. We told the employee (Manager Theo Romo) about our budget, and he assisted is within those limits. It's refreshing to find a salesman more interested in customer satisfaction than making the biggest sale possible. He helped us fine exactly what we needed and told us about all of the many related options. We were especially impressed with the four month money back guarantee and/or option to upgrade. I don't think we'll need that, but it's nice to know it's available. All in all, shopping at Brooklyn Bedding was a great experience.
